Broke down passing through Elk City, OK. Brought our truck there that late morning, assessed by early afternoon, parts ordered and delivered late evening, worked on it next day early morning and we were on the road again by noon. They were very accommodating in driving us to the hotel and then delivered our fixed truck to us. Too, they had delicious cookies in our truck as a “thank you”.Thank you for making a stressful incident a comfortable experience!!

I got stranded in Elk City. My Car was smoking😳 I had it towed to EC. It was my starter. They had it repaired within An hour. I was back on the road quickly. They were so nice and helpful they offered to find me a ride to Okc if I needed it! They are awesome - I highly recommend. They are so nice and showed me other things needing repairs in future. Was traveling cross country and had an issue. Pulled in and discussed options for repair. Ive been a mechanic for 30 years but did not have tools to complete job.(ac compressor replacement, suction and recharge)The team at EC had parts delivered from OKC that evening and started the repair. Completed repair in minimal time and had us back on road in under 12 hours total(including an overnight stay, wow)Awesome...cant ask for better service. Our Ford E-150’s radiator split one night driving through the hot OK weather during our cross country road trip. Not only was EC Auto Repair more than willing to fix it, they drove 250 miles round trip to Oklahoma City the next morning to get the part AND stayed open to fix it until 10:30pm....all in the same day. We have never met anyone more knowledgeable and kind. If you’re going to have vehicle trouble, make sure it’s near EC Auto Repair so you can meet these people.

When we had serious car trouble on the highway 800 miles from home we found the shop with the best reviews in the area and prepared our selves to most likely get taken advantage of by a shop that would know we really had no other option. Im so glad to say that this wasnt the case. They worked with us to get us the best price and got us back on the road within a couple of hours. They were kind, professional and very hospitable (had an area for the kids to play in while we waited and even sent us off with cookies for them)! The absolute highlight of the visit was when we were preparing to leave, they flagged us down in the parking to tell us we had been accidentally overcharged and needed to be refunded $200! Thats a level of honesty that you dont come across often! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

We had an unfortunate incident on September 15th around 9:45-10:00 as we were leaving the trailer park next to this business. We were treated exceptionally nice. They let us park our RV on the property, furnished us a nice cool place to wait, coffee, water, allowed our pet to stay with us, and drove our pickup to get the back windshield replaced. They gave us a time it would be ready and it was exactly the time they quoted. Our windshield was replaced and all the glass cleaned up inside our truck and in the bed. Even helped hook us back up so we could be in our way. This business, the owner and associates went above and beyond to help us in a situation that was a Family emergency with our 89yrs old parents. We are so grateful for everyone in this extraordinary business and the associates for the expedited serve and great work. Thank each of you for all your help. It is greatly appreciated. On a trip in our RV across the country, our check engine light came on. After stopping a few times, we were finally directed to EC Auto Repair. We called first to let them know we were on our way and they took us right in. Turns out there was nothing major going on but they did a full safety inspection, topped up all of our fluids and made sure we were safe to get back on the road.I dont know when well be back in the area, but if we ever are, well be sure to stop by for a tune up and some delicious cookies!

Had oil seals changed out, yet I still have leaks and I was guaranteed that there wouldnt be any. Had gaskets put in. Got my truck back with no power, but I didnt bring it in like that. Took it back to them to correct the problem. They kept my truck a few days and gave it back to me without fixing the problem. Said they fixed what they were suppose to, and anything else Id have to pay. I take my vehicle to another mechanic and the spark plugs were cracked on one side due to changing out the gaskets. But its obvious their mechanics didnt solve that problem. I doubt if they even tried. Thumbs down! Ill never advice anyone to go there. In the end, they dont live by their word.

I traveled from oregon to Oklahoma to pick up a horse and my water pump went out I went to auto parts store bought the pump was gonna do it myself cause I usually work on my own stuff and I didnt have all my tools with me so I took it to them got it done for cheap told me it would be done in 2 or 3 hrs had it done in bout hr an half very quick very professional and and nice an clean work I would definitely stop there again if something were to happen again thank you guys for the help appreciate it this was 2 days ago an now Im back in Oregon thank you

I live in town and drive by this place when I get gas all the time so they were first on my list when I needed work done. First off they were so nice and professional!! William set me up with all of my options as far as financing goes and Trevor gave me a complete inspection on my car letting me know everything that needed to be done. I decided what work I wanted to do and Trevor completed it on time. He even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was finished. Talk about customer service!! I not only have a new mechanic but a friend for life!! 5 stars!!

Here in town for work, I had a got a nail in my tire and I went to EC Auto Repair, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly face and within 5 minutes they pulled my truck back and began repairs. Top notch service!

I was traveling from Oregon to North Carolina when my car started making a weird sound. Something told me to go get it checked out and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have an appointment but showed up right when they opened. Trevor was one of the nicest guys I’ve come across in the auto repair business. He had my car in the back and within 15 minutes, his guys knew exactly what was wrong. The alternator was damaged and would have definitely left me on the side of the road. Within 3 hours they gave me an oil change, balanced the tires and had a new alternator installed. If I lived anywhere near there, I would definitely take my car there for anything. They were honest and great guys to be around. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

These guys are great! Had a issue on my f350. They got a tow truck out to me quick! And cause Im paralyzed they brought a car for me to use while truck was getting work done. They were fast and reasonable on price. Honestly the best mechanic I have ever felt with for service on vehicle and customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

On Oct / 18 I went to them due to problems with my work truck, it was 7:20 am and I was already open to the public, I told them I had problems and should return to work as soon as possible, the manager told me that I will not worry that they will assist me quickly and professionally. I had a flat tire in my garage. Trevor sent a Technician over to air up my tire to make it back to the shop for my repair. They had me in and out. Trevor also looked up the recalls on my vehicle and all of the Service dates, and set me up with an account to remind me of future services my car will require. Excellent service!!

My son and I were traveling from Colorado to visit OU in Norman, Oklahoma prior to him starting there in the fall. The check engine light came on with my Chevrolet Traverse when we were about 2 hours from Elk City. I looked up mechanics on Google and found Jesse’s place. The next morning he checked my vehicle and diagnosed it. He got the vehicle in, gave us a loaner car (so we went fishing!) and had it ready by that evening!Jesse and Robert and the rest of the staff there are honest, hardworking, and reliable! We were traveling in our motorhome near Elk City when we experienced a Check Engine light and a Stop Engine light. It was Saturday evening. We called a few Diesel mechanic shops in the area, but either they didnt work on motorhomes or they were closed. We got a hotel room, and on Sunday morning, called EC Auto Repair. William answered and said he they could work on it. He met us at the hotel and we followed him to their shop, which we very much appreciated this customer service touch. He had two mechanics start to diagnose the problem on Sunday. Trevor, their diesel mechanic, diagnosed it as a bad Nox sensor. On Sunday, they ordered the new sensor from Freightliner in OKC, however, the roads were bad due to an ice storm, and the part didnt come on Monday. It didnt arrive on Tuesday, either. On Wednesday, Trevor sat down with us and gave us a detailed description of the network bus and the elements connected to it and gave us assurance that when the new Nox sensor arrived and he put it in, it would solve the problem. Trevor has very good technical skills and communication skills, a very good combination for a mechanic. The part arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Trevor had the part in by Thursday morning and tested to ensure everything was working properly by 3:00 pm Thursday afternoon. We were back on the road by 4:00 pm. This is a small local shop that does quality work. They only issue we had was a communication breakdown a few times when we thought the part would come on Tuesday and it didnt and then on Thursday when they didnt think theyd be able to finish their testing until Friday morning. But, they ended up changing their schedule around for us so that we could get back on the road before bad weather got there. We are happy to say we made it to Tuscon, AZ with no further issues. We thank William, Trevor, Renee, and Jesse for their support and thorough work in getting us back on the road again. They truly care about their customers.

We were from out of town, traveling in our RV, and experienced a problem with one of our dually tires on a Sunday. I called the number and the gentleman that answered took our tire size, then sent someone to assess the problem. He said we were okay to drive to their location the next day. The next morning they had our tire and took care of our problem, then discovered the same issue on the other dually, showed it to us, and took care of that too. We were very pleased with the service and care we received. They even gave us cookies for our return trip home.

I took my car in to Jesse Griffith at Elk City Auto repair when my air conditioner quit working. As I entered the office, I noticed how clean it was. Then I met Jesse and immediately felt at ease. He is professional, friendly and actually knows his stuff. He took my car around and Trevor quickly assessed the problem and told me what needed to be done. The all around service I got was top notch and I would highly recommend them for your automotive repairs!

I have never been so surprised by a business! We were in Canute for a funeral when our car broke down. We found EC Auto online. Jesse was kind and very helpful from the beginning. He arranged to have the car towed while we attend a funeral we were in town for. He got our car in quickly even though it was late Friday afternoon. His shop diagnosed the problem quickly. He allowed us to take a loaner so we could return to Enid while it was being repaired. We were told upfront the cost. Jesse went the extra mile and met us partway between our home and the shop. The car is running great. I only wish he were local. I would use him for everything. Thanks for the great serviceOk

Friendly, quick and professional oil change.

I was driving through elk city with a trailer on 4th of July weekend and I sheared off my rear axle leaf springs. It was Sunday and everything was closed. I called and Trevor he picked up the phone. He was great and knew his stuff. He told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning and told me about a RV park right next to the shop. I brought it in Monday and they immediately put the trailer on jacks and started working on it. They had the job done in 2 ours and I was on my way. Jesse and Trevor and his crew were outstanding. If you have any vehicle issues near or around elk city, I can’t recommend this place enough.

My wife needed a shop that was a partner with her warranty company and so we found Jesse’s shop. We drove an hour away when Jesse called and told us that he had a loaner available, my wife had previously informed him that we had two young children, so we needed a reliable loaner. Upon arrival, Jesse shows my wife the car, a 1997 Grand Marquis, the other option was a an old, beat up minivan. Whatever, right? Then he tells my wife that she will have to pay a $75 just for him to work with her warranty, even though they’re a partner with the company and aren’t suppose to be charging for this. Of course, he didn’t tell us this before we drove an hour. He then has her write down all of our card information, security codes, expiration dates, billing address, and tells her he wants her to verbally agree that she will authorize $200 for diagnostics and other things not covered, even though diagnostics are covered in my warranty, I also have a $0 deductible, so why would we pay $300 just to take it there? I called the warranty company and they are investigating this business for breaching their contract. They suggested I go elsewhere and I agreed, I’m not so sure they would do honest work on my vehicle. Beware.

On a road trip during hot weather our A/C quit. Trevor and Jesse at EC auto repair we’re extremely helpful and had us back on the road in cool comfort within 90 minutes. I highly recommend trusting Jesses EC auto with all your auto repairs because Trevor and Jesse are qualified and courteous professionals that stand behind their work.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!This is where the term HIGHWAY ROBBERY was coined.We have a 2003 MB that was making a noise that started in Texas as were traveling from Cal. to Chicago. We pulled off to get something to eat and came accross this place. Asked if they would look at it. Since they did not know if it was the alt, water pump they wanted to change both. Did not have any mechanic equipment to verify, just a couple guys listening.... after he showed my husband and myself he told us he has FINANCING options. Financing options?????? Ive never financed a car repair. I then knew what we were dealing with. I asked for a guestimate and he said $2600.When I said no, put the belt back on, he offered to buy car. Sweet. I declined.Then I had to pay the $152.11 diagnostic fee that WAS NOT ADDRESSED UP FRONT.DONT COME HERE.I dont write reviews, I feel compelled to warn others. They should be reported to BBB.

I was just coming into town and didnt know where to go. We had a hiccup in the delivery of a part but it all worked out in the end and my fuel pump issue was fixed. Definitely recommend. Honest, fair and professional.

Trevor and his crew are very professional. Took my 2013 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change and they discovered that the Pinion seal was leaking. In removing the oil from the differential they saw metal in it, then did a complete check of the differential. Very positive experience.
