Oh my gosh. The cashier was the worst dont know his name, but he was a young guy with long brown hair. He just stared my mom and I down because we asked a question about the add which led us to believe there was a sale going on for the item we were purchasing. If looks could kill we would be buried. Sir, please adjust your attitude. Whats your issue.. You chose customer service now and customers ask questions. The store gets the 2.....I will give you 1/2.

The selection of products are amazing. There is a wide variety of products. I went in looking for a rainbow rose for my daughters wedding bouquet (unfortunately there was none) and found so many beautiful floral arrangements and stems. I spent so much time admiring all the different colors and flowers. The store had a sale on the flowers and arrangements. I even looked at the pebbles and beads for vases. I actually was surprised with their prices being lower than other craft stores.With the sales going, there was plenty of products. I did not see any empty shelves! There was also many customers shopping but still had plenty of room to walk around without bumping into someone. That itself is impressive!My daughter loves Hobby Lobby and I can see why now. The associates were friendly. The store was sparkling clean. There was plenty of walking room in-between the aisles. Definitely will recommend this store to anyone!

I recently came in contact with JILL who is supposedly the manager about a customer service inquiry, she was absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered she kept interrupting me and refused to help me. then proceeded to follow me around the store and interrupt my conversation with other staff members who were willing to help me. I am very disappointed in this establishment and I will definitely not be spending one more dime in this store.

Etown HL is great but has a mix on staff. Ive had them straight up look at me and turn the lights off it when there was 15 minutes left to shop before close. They can be so rude.And it sALWAYS crowded during the day in the weekends. I drive to Bowlinggreen for a better experience.

My wife and I go to Hobby Lobby to have our antique prints framed. More specifically we always see Brad in the frame shop as he is the only one we trust with framing our collection. After a brief discussion when we first met Brad we knew he was the one that would be able to accomplish what we were looking for in having our prints that are over 100 years old framed with zero damage.

Theyre misleading on their sales price and items available.OVERLY PRICED & ALWAYS long line and a long wait.I bought some items to make key chains and bracelets etc. In help to support Joey Dipietro. He is my uncle and was hit by a car as he was walking across Dixie hwy. Near John Hardin high, he was leaving the neighborhood next to Honda.TEAM JOEY!

Initially, I was a little underwhelmed. As soon as you enter, there is a bombardment of fake floral and name plates. But as you dig a little deeper, you see that Hobby Lobby has more than meets the eye. With the help of an extremely kind and knowledgeable associate, we were quickly whisked down the isles to the exact items we came to get. She even shared her own experience with the paints and oil colors, which helped us to decide which item was best for our needs. I would like to see more of the r/c products for my son like they offer online. But with the changes over the past year, that is nothing out of the ordinary.

So walking into this store for the very first time for ever in life.... just glancing around i wasnt really impressed... kinda looked like jo-anns fabric. But upon closer inspection of the items on the shelves... I found a wonderful place full of great... hobbys!! Thats why they call it what they call it lol. It was great

Great deals, always a sale on. Usually a 40% off coupon online (for a single item that is not on sale). Bathrooms are clean. Aisles are kept clear and stock is kept properly in their respective places. Good shopping here.

They have great variety of things to offer. If you can create it and need supplies, that is the place to go!

I found what I needed and some things were on sale! I hope the frame prices do not go up. I am an artist and if I have to pay a high price for a frame my customers do not purchase my paintings with the added expense.

Was looking for a specific item. Asked for assistance from three different employees including a manager and was told they did not have the item. After a 30-minute search of the store, I located the item myself.

Hobby Lobby is like going to an amusement park. I rarely buy anyting because everything made in Hobby Lobby is from China.

I have to be careful in this place because I usually spend way too much money. Lol. Love it!

Miranda & Kim went above & beyond to help me set up a gender reveal with the cannons they sale. Im in Nashville, TN and currently with our weather, I wasnt able to come up and do my reveal with my family. I called and asked if I could purchase them and if they could take off the gender and my mom would pick them up. Today(2-21-21) my parents are going to celebrate my grandmothers birthday and they are going to shoot off the cannons so my grandma will be surprised. Thank you Miranda & Kim!

Couldnt find anything I was looking for and I know my wife has bought there in the past. When I finally found someone to ask for help she tells me she doesnt think they have it anymore and says, why dont you just make it yourself? If that was an option, I WOULD NOT BE THERE! As she wanders away, mid conversation, she calls over her shoulder while pointing towards the middle of the store, or you can look over there, it might be that way. I will not be back

I like going here to see what type of models they have. Would be nice to have a bigger selection. But they do have a good selection. Great selection on model paints and accessories you will need to complete any model kit. Great service and good to know that they have great Christian values

One store is the same as the next which is great for this kind of store. What sets the individual stores apart is the service (people) inside. While I was there this afternoon I saw several employees, but not one of them said hello or asked if I needed any help. Not one. When I asked someone where something was they replied That way, 5 aisles over. which was very wrong.One thing they did get right.... finally, there was a single register open when I got in line with at least 10 other customers ahead of me. Three more joined the line when someone finally decided it would be a great idea to open three more registers.

I went to Hobby Lobby in search of some baubles for a craft project. Before I knew it, I was in Bauble Paradise! So many choices & colors. That was just one small section of the store. They have anything a crafter, decorator might want.

This is a great place to find all sorts of fun and different types of things to do. They have lots of different products to decorate your home.

I love this place. Its a great store for buying gifts for that hard to shop for person.

Since Daniel Criswell is no longer there. The store has went down .Your employees are rude and not helpful. Daniel would always help me to get just what I needed .He was a very valuable employee WHY DID HE LEAVE ? HE HAD SAID HE HAD PLANNED ON GOING INTO MANAGEMENT

I love our local store and it is one of my personal favorites. For the first time ever the other day I used their restroom and was pretty shocked at the uncleanliness of it. The store is always so neat and clean so I was surprised to say the least.

Watch out when standing in line to checkout. I stood there for 3-5 minutes behind another customer. And without even giving me a head up the clerk closed her register as soon as she was done with the person in front of me. It would have been nice to tell me when I got in your line that you were closed. Heck would have been nice to communicate at all. Therefore I left my item and left the store. Typical 5 star rating moved to 3.
