They have an extensive selection of fabrics. Everything one would expect to find at a Joanns and then some. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the organization of the merchandise.

Not bad but nothing I couldnt find at any other craft store. This one had boring fabric prints.

Flowers and accessories WAY over priced.

Very sad that they tried to force a mask on my husband who has heart trouble to the point he felt so uncomfortable and went to wait outside. Masks restrict his breathing. Walmart and other stores allow him without. Im sure JoAnns could make an exception as well. I suppose Ill just order my fabrics off Amazon.

I think that the store has good prices but could do better on selections.

They dont have enough fleece its the most bare of any joanns Ive been too.

LOVE this place! A little expensive on some stuff but they sebd out so many coupons and if you sign up for the rewards program, you basically walk out with more than you need and saving money!!Staff us always so friendly and helpful!

Great selection of items. The only complaint I have would be that the isles are labeled but they do not catch the eye well. So you still kind of feel the need to wander. Each area was well kept and organized.

Very pricey place to shop, but if you cannot find what youre needing anywhere else then its worth looking for it here. The staff are very friendly and attentive to assist customers.I recommend using your smart phone to search their website for online coupons, they always have discounts available for regular priced merchandise. They also regularly have on-sale items to which, I must add, your coupons will not apply.

My girlfriend had worked here. We had a son who passed away a week after we were born and we had him cremated and carry some of his ashes in necklaces. One day a customer was asking about it and she was telling said customer about it and a guy behind that customer said well its a good thing your boy wasnt born and my girlfriend broke down crying while none of the workers did anything. So she quit. When she left the store they heartlessly called her to tell her to come get something she forgot or else they were going to throw it away. It was something she worked hard on for that store. None of our friends will go near this store now because of this and I say thats great.

Always have exactly what I need exactly when I need it.

Stopped by to pick up some more cloth other half had purchased but needed more of to finish item. Staff did not want to assist in finding an item i needed. Rather rude and crass that I did not have their product number despite having a swatch of cloth. Did not even offer suggestions to assist me in finding it myself.

Coming from the Detroit area, i know we have great stores. However. This store is about 1/5th the size of most Joanne’s I’ve been to. The selection of goods is minimal at best and mostly made up of super cheap fabric or very basic seasonal items. Effectively this store is stuck in 1989. The workers are helpful, but seriously corporate, this store needs some help to even get close to the bar you set at your Novi, MI and Madison Heights MI stores. Very much a let down.

Trying a new project and was hoping for some deals. Looked at the clearance section and was pleased to find just what I wanted at half the price. Great variety of jewels and beading as well.

Prices are good. Cashier was tired working alone and did not like dealing with coupons. Actually told me next time have the coupons ready on my phone before getting in line. The issue is you can use several coupons depending what is in your shopping cart.

Walked in, and had no idea what exactly I needed but told the first associate I found what my project was, and she had SO MANY options for me. I found not only what I needed but some extras to make my project even better.

Lots of items and fabrics to choose from. Coupons are great. Only downside of this location is the speed of service. Most of the staff are extremely slow. Rather in cutting fabric or checkout process, there is no speed in the service. Also, during busy times of day, they are only staffed with two people.

First I want to say JOANNS IS OPEN! The store looks great. The staff was friendly and helpful for it being the first day. And they used the space to look like a bigger store than Hancock fabrics did and it worked for them.

I went here to buy materials for a tie blanket. The person I gifted it to was thrilled.
