The store manager Wayne is awesome and he understands human problems overall great store to go get pretty much anything you want, one time my old stove broke on my daughters birthday in the middle of baking her cake and I told him I needed a new stove so I could finish and they had me a new stove with 30-45 mins

I ran out of gas and broke down on the side of the road, two men saw me and kindly went to get me a gas can and even brought some gas to get me going again. I was supposed to be on my way to work, and I would have been extremely late if it werent for them.

I have asked for someone to call me twice on a lawnmower rental...nothing. I guess my money isnt good enough. I will be moving on to another company. The Elizabethtown KY store doesnt need me I dont guess.

We rented a fireplace..made one payment an now it not working..flame comes on.for maybe 5 min an it goes off an flashes E5..I googled it it said it means there is a short .no book with it..they said they come tomorrow between 3 an 5
