The lady that help me was really nice. She was very patient and didnt rush me. She even clean my bracelet and charms. Highly recommend 😊

If your hours say open at 10, you should be open at 10. Not still cleaning and prepping for opening at 10:40.

Today I went to pick up an order and also purchase a bracelet. I stood outside the store while an associate was inside with one customer and another came to assist me. Another worker showed up and went inside, she then returned and it was another customer standing behind and she was invited in. I was left standing at the door to do my transactions and was not allowed in the store to browse for a gift for my daughter. The associate claims she will bring it to me and I stated why are the two ladies who were lighter skin then myself allowed to be in the store and one came after I did but I’m left standing outside to do business? Never again will I patronize this establishment. I felt violated in every way.

One of the workers is extremely rude and has no patience. why work at a job if your miserable. most definitely never going back.

Worst customer service EVER. A short worker with black hair literally starred at me while waiting online to get inside, didn’t even greet us, didn’t even ask us what we needed, didn’t even let us in to watch with only TWO s inside. There were also 2 other workers and one hid in the back while the other failed to acknowledge us as well. Not mention horrible attitudes. Never go here, I for sure will not be returning. The one in Newport mall gives better service than this.

Been in line outside the store for 1hr 30mins. Terrible service! All employees have no sense of urgency. All employees went to the back while the store was empty & a line outside wrapped around the store. Avoid at all costs. Only came here cus what I want is sold out online. Finally got inside the store just for them to tell me they don’t have the charm I want. I wish their phone worked so I could have asked if they had it in store instead of standing on line for over an hour. Tried to call numerous of times!! Worst pandora store ever!! Will never come back again!!

Went here on a Tuesday December 22. It was packed as expected. An hour wait and i got in. The staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. During covid-19 they need someone directing traffic as far as the line goes. Prices are normal Pandora prices.

I went 1 year ago to buy my mom a bracelet and I asked for the silver bracelet and she told me “we dont have those in stock” I said “ok” I was kind of upset already when she said that but I wanted to get my mother a Pandora bracelet because, she really wanted one and asked and asked for one, so I said ok lemme get a Gold bracelet and I told the lady that and she showed me some and I finally picked one out and I said ok is this real Gold? cause I don’t want anything cheap or that’s going to change color, she told me no no it’s real Gold don’t worry it won’t change color, and so I bought it and on top of that she told me I had 1 year guarantee, I paid almost $400 for NOTHING....after 8 months that bracelet started changing colors so I went with my mother and I asked to speak to someone she said she was the “manager” and she looked at it and she said there’s nothing we can do about it, I said what what do you mean? I paid $400 so this goes to the garbage and she said I guess. So I spoke to her nicely and said if this was going to change different colors why are you guys selling this, you guys are just taking money from people and than never want to help when something goes wrong she said that there was nothing she can do about it and on top of that she had the nerve to say I can throw it out for you😂😂she real funny never buying anything from this store again.

Ive been calling this store for the past 4 days at different times of the day. What a WASTE of my time!!! They NEVER answer the phone, it rings 4 to 5 times; then, their voice mail picks up which is always FULL and cant leave a message... Some LOUSY Customer Service

They were very helpful, and covid concerned,, I would shop there again any day of the week.

Spent an hour in line only because there were 2 large families inside. There needs to be a rule that if you’re not shopping, you have to wait outside. There were at least 20 people behind me and 2/4 workers were just standing around doing nothing. Never coming here again.

5 associates working at the same time and I’ve been inside the store for more than 40 minutes and none have approached me to ask me if need help.Complete bad customer service, not buying from you anymore and Im telling every person I know to never buy from you ever again.

This place is under staff and it just opened. I went in there to get my chain cleaned they said a hour because it’s busy and it’s only two of them there. For a grand opening the place should be fully staff for opening.

Supperrrr happy I finally got a Pandora near me :) the store was a little busy but it was definitely worth the wait, the workers there were so nice and super helpful. I didnt feel rushed at all even though some of the customers there were being very rude and very inpatient with workers who were just doing their job. Amazing workers and very happy with my purchase

Disgusting customer service. Dont know proper etiquette. This was my first and last visit at this store. Anyone who plans on shopping here- change your mind pls and do yourself the favor of going elsewhere. Im 100% positive that Swarovski and speaking with experience, Short Hills Mall Pandora employees have much better bedside manners and proper work ethics than every employee at this store location !!! They do not know how to treat their customers and are just disrespectful and petty.

Horribly understaffed considering the amount of attention each costumer received. This store is fairly large but only had three people helping costumers. Keep in mind that these “sales associates” jobs are to help people build their bracelets which take quite a bit of time. Hence why good pandora stores like Woodbridge (which is about the third size of this store) has at least 5 people working. On top of this no one even acknowledged or kept track of the growing number of costumers waiting to be helped. LASTLY, despite its size they aren’t even stocked with the newest of items such as O - Rings and the autumn collection. It’s worth the drive to go to the smaller but overall more productive Pandora in Woodbridge center mall if possible.
