I love the customer service at this location. The staff here are very courteous and make you feel welcome. My only grievance is on the main reason why we go there in the first place, ice cream. On many occasions the ice cream is not hard enough and I end up having to drink from the cup rather than eat from the cup! Please pay attention to this or let the customer know in advance that the requested ice cream flavor is not hard.

Finally someone make me the perfect cappuccino blasts!

The place is inconveniently located, to the point where you can get stuck in their parking lot because theres a car trying to use the place as a way to do a u-turn or just trying to get in through either one of the confusing entrances. The wait was super long, just for them to not have any vanilla, surprisingly. And their chocolate chip cookie dough did not taste like it should have. The staff was nice and communicative.

Thank you for the human factor. I appreciate this establishment. They treat people like people. You are appreciated. My advice to customers is to call ahead...get the hours & work within the time constraints. The pandemic has thrown everyones times off. I get it. However,the product; the Strawberry Cheesecake Icecream & the Service is 2nd to NONE. THANK YOU FOR obliging me & my daughter. You ALL are truly appreciated. Thank You.

It didnt have my choice of ice cream. The manager was courteous and respectful.

The only problem I have is that there is no type of signal in store. I have the top of line cellphone and still have to go outside for service. The ice cream is great

This Dunkin Donuts suck. I do not recommend anybody to go here. I waited more than 10 min for somebody to help me when there was not even 1 customer in line but myself and there were like 3 employees. Not to mention, when I called one of the employees to help me he answered to me in a rude way and the part of the store where the ice cream is did not have a employee.

Love all the varieties in ice creams.... u could even make your ice cream by picking different flavors n adding it 2 a extra large waffle cone or cup with 2 0f ur fav toppings....n there ice cream cakes is yummmy

The coconut pineapple ice cream is really good but the strawberry cheesecake one is gross anyways I had a good experience I got as banana split with those 2 flavors for ice cream the banana caramel in pineapple pieces with the coconut ice cream was like the best combination in the world lol next time I will get just that flavor I felt like I was in the Bahamas lol

Had a bad experience with the Iselin branch with a previous personalized cake , therefore i decided to try coming to this one in Elizabeth since it was closer to where my family lives .. what was that for , i placed 2 orders , 2 birthday cakes one for my mom (rosette cake) and one for my husband (tool box cake) and paid for it for pick up the following week (placed the order online) , the day of the party i sent my brother to go pick up the cake so he then called me and said that they are saying they have no such order ? WHAT? i paid for this order so who did i pay ???? i placed the order online and i have my confirmation email and everything so i spoke to the manager on the phone and they said that they dont make those cakes ?? OK so why will the website allow me to place the order with this branch if they didnt make the cake ? when you place an order online you choose your cake and it will show you the branches who can make this cake for you ANYWAY to accommodate my order she suggested picking a cake they had there to replace my cakes which i had no other choice since they didnt give refunds since the order didnt exist for my mom they gave me a polka dot cake and for my husband a chocolate fantasy cake (the only manly cake they had there) which if you look online DOES NOT even add up to the value i spend on the cakes i previously ordered ..and my husbands cake was so small that my son couldve ate the entire thing in one setting.. im so disappointed with BR and not only because of this mistake but this is my SECOND time ordering a personalized cake that comes out messed up . I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE ORDERING FROM BR and definitely making sure everyone i know doesnt order from here as well ..
