Fresh fruit, I was able to arrive and get my order done in 10 minutes. Feel free to call ahead or order online to speed up service. My favorite was the chocolate dipped pineapples. Be sure to try chocolate dipped strawberry, its always a win. I will be trying chocolate dipped apples wheni can. Great customer service and awesome handy work.

Customer service orible that type of business needs people with at least a good smile my order is seen at 10:00 in the morning and I arrive at 6:00 in the afternoon I can see the attitude of the person who receives the order not nice at all

Ive never been to this location, but Ive ordered from them twice online to send gifts locally to my Grandma. Both orders have been well received and, most recently, my Grandma said the delivery person was very kind and wished her a happy birthday. Thanks for helping me make my Grandma feel special even when I cant be there with her 🥰.

My first time there and it wasnt a good one, I ordered the Kale Comfort it was.very watery nothing about it was smooth on top of that it took 10 minute to make. Far to long not planning to return..👎

Waited over an hour on Mother’s Day when we ordered our stuff at 9 and said to pick up at 11:30. Same people with out problem too, it would’ve been smarter to give out the exact time our order was ready then wasting our time. Be more prepared next time please.

You’d think for paying over $100 for an order would bring a great experience. It doesn’t! Sent a gift to my friends job as a surprise. The driver expected her to go and leave her job and grab the delivery from the driver sitting in her vehicle instead of the driver going inside her job. Mind you, contactless delivery was never selected. I paid for delivery, as in deliver the merchandise I paid for. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. I wouldn’t want anyone else to receive a ruined surprise on top of a headache. Try a different location. You’ll thank me later. Wish I could get my money back for the entire experience. Beyond disappointed. Never again!

There so bad and with the products and prices,also the page online needs to be fix better to understand it. Costumer service bad to. Never again will buy form them. They still people money with the ridiculous prices and little bit of the fruit. They stole my money that all they did. That’s is why I see in the reviews is a 3 start.

Delivery was incomplete, called several times they pick up the phone and hang up. Thanks to home cameras with audio. I will call credit card company for refund. The Elizabeth location is horrible. Use a edible arrangement in a different town.

Ordered something for Mother’s Day and never got my order.

Very bad customer service , Very bad and bitter experience, I went to this branch to order an order for my wifes birthday party, and I chose the shape of the basket and the delivery date, so that I would be at home to receive the order to my wifes surprise. The note when issuing the order was the lack of interest of the employee and he left it to me more than once while she was screaming and laughing with her colleagues and indifferent to receiving the request, and I confirmed it more than once and reviewed the request with her more than once and unfortunately as I expected, they sent me another basket than the one I requested as they sent me The request was more than two hours before the agreed date, so my wife received it and spoiled the surprise and it was the worst birthday I prepared for her, and this was the last time I would deal with this company with all its branches.

They are supposed to close at 7 pm , I came to the store at 5:30 pm to order an arrangement and the door was closed someone inside didn’t even come to the door , just with her hands said it’s closed ..... I don’t understand then they do want to go out of business.... they just lost a client

Oh this place is great... yes I had 1 incident in the past but about of about 20 orders they did great .. today I called to redeem a coupon (15°) and they said they HAVE IT as in isnt easy for me to pick it up lol ... they are excellent like I said personally never had an issue .. Happy New Year 2018 (my birthday free treat)SO, Unfortunately I had to change my 5 stars to 1 Star cause again, I place an order online (pick to avoid problems with not having a driver for delivery) and they call me to tell me they cant make the order reason being the person is not there anymore. very very disappointed special when I called the 1877 number so I could have my order made at another store and that number directed me back to the same person ....... oh and I cant cancel my order until the next day cause the supervisor is not there .....

This location is horrible! My boyfriend ordered me fruit for my birthday, however it was nasty & slimy. The fruit had a weird smell, clearly it was old! They charge so much money, and yet give you old fruit.. I will never return.

The young lady Crystal is very rude. Placed an order for delivery on last Friday the delivery guy claimed he was at my aunts door. I told her that was impossible you had to be buzzed in. I advised Crystal to cancel order I used another store. Still waiting for an email from her for my refund. Asked to speak to manager she said manager is out til Monday. Called Monday manager is out on family leave. Called today owner just left. Horrible customer service..

I was supposed to have an arrangement delivered by 1:30 I explained the recipient was leaving work early okay no problem they never made it I changed delivery to another location and still didnt deliver on time this was supposed to be sent early in the morning to be enjoyed all day terrible never again
