This dealership exceeded all my buying expectations, especially as a first time buyer of a used car.Unlike their competitors, they welcomed my request for placing an order and exceeded their delivery. From my first internet request with Anna to my order and check ins with Jon and financing with James, the entire process was incredibly smooth.After test driving similar models, I knew I wanted a BMW 4series. Exotic follow through with everything ahead of schedule, despite known industry delays. The vehicle is amazing, in excellent conditions and continues to impress me that it is a used vehicle. I could not be more satisfied!

Sneaky dealership. Had car on car gurus for over 150+days at $33,500. To then remove the car from carguru’s only to raise the price on their site by $2,400 just so cargurus and US THE CUSTOMER wouldn’t be able to follow the price history of lowest/highest sale price and so we would not know how long the car has been sitting on the lot. Easily they can now add the car back to cargurus seeming as if the car has just hit the lot and is new. SHADY PRACTICES.

Masters scammers, prices they advertise are 10k below they real asking price. Absolutely disgusting. 1 star is too much for them.

Don’t waste your time coming here or calling all these cars are LEMONS/FLOODS…they don’t tell you that until you get to the dealership then show you other cars. CARS CAN ONLY BE BOUGHT AT CASH FOR PRICE LISTED. PLS do not waste your time. They didn’t even have the car there. The people who answer the phone are a “call center” as per manager from across the street (real dealership). He did try to make up for the wasted time, very nice. But don’t even bother !

This place is full of unethical business practices. Beware and think twice before you go.

I suggest you check their car gurus page, 55% negative 1 star reviews. The complaints against them will shock you. The dont have the cars listed and sales people could care less. This dealership is a living scam. Cant wait till NJ consumer affair department acts on all these complaints.

Purchased a 2018 Q7 and couldn’t be more happier with the service I received. My salesman was George and he was outstanding to say the least! Very family oriented and professional!! When I came to pick up the car with my 1 year old son, George made sure to change over everything from my old vehicle into my new vehicle and even put in the car seat for me while I signed papers to make it easier on me and the baby. He even made sure to entertain my little one while everything was being put into place. When it comes to the car buying process, everything was smooth and hassle free! Usually Id spend hours and hours at the dealership, but I was in and out within 1-2 hours max. In addition, every staff member I came in contact with was professional with extraordinary hospitality and all smiles. You’ll feel like family buying a car from this place and my next Audi will definitely be from where luxury meets!

I went for a preowned vehicle posted on car guru. Called ahead to make sure it was there. Drove 20mins just to find out it was there but needs work and is for wholesale. They didnt show me anything else and treated me as tho my money wasnt good. I would never deal with these ppl again

I called and asked about a car listed on their website. Asked for a copy of the Carfax and was told, we dont send out Carfax reports, but I can read it to you...no accidents, great service history... That sounds sketcky at best so I ran my own Carfax report which clearly listed an accident. I wish you all could have been more forthright.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had read the reviews not to waste your time and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call ahead twice to double check and try to confirm that this wouldn’t be a waste. I Called once to schedule an appointment to see the car the next day and the second time the day of to confirm the car was on the lot and 100% available to test drive and see. They confirmed on the phone twice that it was. We arrived at the lot no more than an hour after I called and were led to believe the car was there, it wasn’t. The guy, Ronald, led us all around two lots and still didn’t even really know what car we were talking about until I had to physically show him the car on my phone to which he replied with oh that car is export only. It has flood damage. It says it all on the website. It’s in a warehouse about 20 miles from here. Nowhere on the website does it say any of this. He then proceeded to tell me a 2014 model of the same car I was looking for was actually a 2017 even though it clearly said 2014 on the stickers on the windshield. This place is a bunch of liars and crooks. If you’re reading the reviews not to bother wasting your time there, believe them because they’re absolutely correct. Don’t waste your time!
