Any questions or concerns I had at the time were answered right there at the dealership. I left there with a car and knowing it was in good condition. Horrible experience. They lied about the cars features, and tried to talk their way out of fixing problems it had straight from the lot. Scam artists and dishonest people just tryin to get what they can out of customers.

I do not recommend them at all, on January 27 I bought a 2014 durango rt and from the beginning they spoke wonders and thousands of things but the moment I took the car out of the dealership the problems began and every time I wanted to contact them they had an excuse to not helping to repair things or fulfill the guarantee that they supposedly provide with the purchase of the car, 3 months have already passed and the car continues to show problems. I honestly dont consider it to be a reliable dealership and the staff can talk a lot just for selling the car

The price is worth every penny because they go above and beyond the work that you want done. Your satisfaction is what they strive to achieve. The work was done in great timing, they keep their word about start and stop time. They value your time and your vehicle as if it was their own. Im glad that I finally found a place that does excellent work weekdays, weekends, and even on rainy days.

Hi everyone I came here on Friday 2/22/19. Right now they have a lot great deal and great looking cars. Theyre very nice people and they do negotiate price if youre putting down cash. I saw this car origianally on CarGurus. I fell I. Love with it sight unseen. I had just had an accident with my car which was the same car and was devastated at the loss. When I called Luis the first time we haggled a bit, but there was someone else who wanted the car and was coming down to purchase it. I kept calling a couple times a day making myself a severe nucense and he’s was always nothing but completely professional and very sweet. He knew how badly I wanted that car because I had drilled it I. His head. I had to return my rental on a wed. And tues around 8 I get a call from him telling me the other deal. Had fallen apart and did I still want the car. I jumped up and down and said I’d be there that night. I was so excited. Needless to say I went up there the next day and saw my baby. I did t even want to drive it as I already had my mind up that that was my car. Luis was so kind and we came to an agreement on The price. His wife was so kind to me since we had a pretty long ride back, that she had the paperwork was done in just a couple of minutes. Luis made sure the car was emmaculate, nice and detailed to the hilt. I’ve never bought a used car where I felt as if I were family and that he was selling his personal car to me. They were terrific and I can’t say enough about SANCHEZ MOTORSI WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING A. AR FROM THEM.
