I found Drimmers online and called them Friday. Not only did they give me a better price but delivered it the following MONDAY! Exceptional service and everyone has been so nice. I live in Bethlehem, PA but Aaron and Drimmers will be our go to for all future appliance needs!! Thank you!!

Let me start by saying I Typically never write reviews but had to with this situation ! Sean at drimmers was UNREAL! Simply the best, honest , caring , and stand up person to deal with! I got into a bad situation with my cabinet maker (their fault ) Sean has nothing to do with it BUT yet took hours and hours on the phone with them helping me get everything corrected and having my back !I will and would only now buy any appliance from DRimmers and from Sean ! Aaron is amazing. My appliance arrived and the delivery people were kind enough to ask if I wanted it installed since it was dented. I did not and Aaron swiftly arranged for a new appliance to be delivered the next day. I look forward to buying all of my appliances from Drimmers . They are helpful and their prices are low. I dealt with Aaron at Drimmers. My experience was first rate and top notch. I needed to replace a dishwasher and he walked me through the pros and cons of various models. The transaction, including the delivery and installation and removal of current unit, was seamless and there are not many times these days when the process goes so smoothly. I have used Drimmers in the past, my friends use them as well and I am now recommending them to anyone I know who needs appliance, including A/C, replacement.

Holy Cow Aron or Aron (not sure of spelling) was great to deal with. He noticed that our designer selected a hood that was not a match for the range. The hood needed to be significantly larger to exhaust the built in griddle. Oh yeah the price was great. Super customer service and returned phone calls. Awesome experience.

I highly recommend Drimmers NJ. We purchased a Wolf range & riser and subsequently a ventilation hood. Their customer service in assisting in product selection, delivery, and providing service was outstanding. They worked with us to meet our delivery date needs and a few follow up issues. Sean D, in particular, was so very attentive and helpful. In result, we have a professional quality kitchen and a company we can rely on for service & support, as well as a reliable resource for the future.
