I called to ask if they could print out the prepaid UPS shipping label to send my package and was told it’d be an extra $1.35 if they printed it for me. I was able to print out the shipping label for free at FedEx, then just drop off my package here.

Very convenient place. You can use USPS service also from here. I printed my document and mailed them directly. The service here is pretty good.

Went into the UPS store the other day to send off a package. Armando was able to answer all my questions regarding timeframe of when it would arrive. I had additional questions on how to ship other items and he gave me by far the best customer service ever! If you think Chic-fil-a has customer service, they better watch out for Armando!

How do you charge for a label on an amazon return that is free. The Amazon website says that all UPS stores ship for free. Why are you charging for a label. I live in Arizona and they do it all for free. Yet this location charges to print the label. I would rather go to another location in the future or even better go to FEDEx for future business. If I ever need to return something through Amazon Im going to too do an Amazon dropbox.

No internet on the computer when I needed to print something. Ridiculous. Happened 8.21 and no its not the wrong store.. this is the correct one. I was already helped by FedEx thanks..

I’ve been here several times and the customer service is always great. Last week I went in to get help on some certified mail. Both the female employee and manager went out of their way to help me track it even though I had lost the tracking number. I prefer coming here over the local post office, customer service is better.

The thin guy that was at the counter was awesome!! I just needed to return some books and he took care of everything. I came in expecting a huge hassle, but instead I was in and out in a matter of seconds. Thanks!

They moved from the downtown location off San Antonio street, youd think they want a fresh start on things but no. The employees continue to remain incompetent and getting them to help is like pulling teeth. Also if you dont know Spanish , good luck. UPS needs to clean house, Id be ashamed to have my name on a store that lacks basic work ethics.

Ive been with them since 1 year and receive lots of packages every week. I ve not have any problem at all. Also, they are very good customer service and they speak spanish too.

Armando,I called today to ask if I had mail forwarded from the closed San Antonio location. Placed on hold for 6 minutes. I called from a second number, customer rep immediately answered. Placed on hold again. Hung up after 2.5 minutes. Called back and now Im told that my name and or old address is not on a list and even if I had mail Id have to wait until Monday when you are available.For Google review readers:I suggest using any other personal mailbox service in El Paso. Now having dealt with the UPS store in El Paso for a few years Ive realized I should have kept my mailbox and shipping business needs at a federal government post office where there is no doubt what you are getting into walking through the doors. Im not sure how much mail Ive either never received or had to track down myself from shipping services but I sure would like to think thats not a doing business as normal procedure.
