Very helpful. Called ahead to see to see if they had a certain wheelbarrow. They only had one told them we were coming from Hueco tanks they offered to hold it for us until we got there very friendly very courteous Mr Martinez was very helpful.

Really enjoy shopping at this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a variety of tools for inside and outside the house. Tools for yardwork, for building or repairs. They carry supplies for plumbing ,painting, electrical, etc. They have a rewards program too.

Every visit the staff has been very helpful and courteous. Ive enjoyed every visit except for maybe one time when it was a young kid working as the cashier. You could tell that he just didnt want to work that day. Attitude and even asked me if I wanted all of my change. I awkwardly looked at him like..... Duh! Lmao but other than that, I enjoy Ace hardware on Pershing Dr.

Absolutely love this place! So friendly and knowledgeable staff! 90% of the time I walk in i dont have to worry about buying the wrong items because the staff is so fast to ask you what you are looking for and direct you in the right items to purchase. Now its not the biggest ace hardware, thats for sure. But 90% of the time they have what I need! Thank you guys!

I havent been to that store in a while, but if you are looking for very good tools and brands this is the place for tools. Also its the screws and bolts that they have in the store that comes in very good grades of strength. You have to know which bolts to get according to the application of what youre doing. You do pay a little bit more for tools,screws, nuts, and bolts and worth every penny. If you live in the surrounding area its a plus because you done have to go to a hardware store thats further away. Its just the individuals preference how far they want to go for a tools, or hardware!

For such a small store the Ace Hardware at Five points has an incredibly large selection of items.

Great customer service. Came there and got a great 50 gallon gas hot water heater for a good price. I will be back there for another major purchase.

This Ace is BY FAR the best in the whole city...maybe the state...possibly the country. Every time I step inside the store I am greeted by the employees and offered assistance right away. Sébastien was really rude and should start working on his communication skills. He was talking to us in a very loud tone . Never did we hear please or any manners I felt really disrespected. When all we were doing is taking a quick photo outside the business. Sébastien approached us aggressively yelling at us that we had to move.

This rating is not a reflection upon Ace Hardware itself but rather the management. I loved the idea of having this place in my backyard with small business mentality I thought came with it.The first few visits were very good, got the help and support I needed. Took off for about 6 months and came back home looking forward to fixing up the house and having this store so close. First visit back I discovered a lot has changed. Still no issues with Ace itself but I cannot recall a time where I have been talked down to and treated so poorly by someone representing a business (was the owner actually).Needless to say I left without buying anything and decided to no longer bring my business here (definitely his loss). Unfortunately I had to come back for a very specific need that the other home improvement stores were out of. I was immediately recognized by one of the employees who started to apologize to me for what had happened 2-3 weeks prior.This employee went on to state that he is like that with everyone (which makes senses after seeing small interactions with his employees) and that they couldn’t believe what they had seen. The employee said that it wasn’t the first time and that it was unfortunate that he does that to his customers, contractors, and employees alike.Very unfortunate since I was extremely excited to have this store so close, and I looked forward to helping a local business as opposed to a huge corporation. I wish Ace Hardware the best but will do online orders before stepping back into this location again.

I was in the NE the other day and stopped by Lowes for a special electrical plug but they didnt have it. But you know who did? Yep my little local Ace Hardware store right in my neighborhood. They may be small but they have a wide selection of everything.

They are truly the helpful hardware people. In addition to helping find garden hoses, they also helped in evaluating and selecting the appropriate one for our needs. They had also sent out coupons which proved useful in saving money for other purchases. They were able to change some demographic information in their computer without having to contacting the company by telephone. This was very convenient.

Luis the owner and Adrian are just awesome. They point you in the right direction, never recommend heavy duty or expensive options if you dont need them, and have a good knowledge base if you are willing to admit you dont know something. I like Ace over bigger stores because they have everything I need without wandering for an hour, get in, get out, get lucky and dont mess up my project and Im done.

There is nothing like walking into a store only to be greeted with a smile and a “how can I I help you”.,, this is what you will get when you go to the ACE hardware on Piedras. I’d made the choice to go there instead of Lowes after 1) receiving no help with my garage handle screws 2) when I did they gave me the wrong ones. I headed to ACE and without hesitation was not only given the right ones... I was taught how install. Today we headed there for paint and bolts...kids and Luis are great! Oh don’t forget your cherry sours at the register 🤗 We have made ACE our neighborhood go to store!

Good usually has everything you need for repairs around the house but often a little bit more expensive than big box stores however you will get help there and the location is convenient. I actually only went for the machitos from the food truck in their parking lot. Really good tacos but that guy is hard to catch!

He was walking around with is mask off, then he put it on his chin where it barely covered his mouth. The nose is connected to the respiratory tract, FYI.
