Great games, great staff. Retro gaming market is getting ridiculous with the price of OLD games. Not the fault of the store tho.

Bought a gameboy & a charger last week I get home the same day to find out the charger given to me was for a gameboy mini & not a GBASP. I thought no problem I’ll just borrow one from a friend since the charger was free. Got my friends charger & plugged it up to my gameboy & sure enough it did not charge. Thanks for letting me waste my money. Never coming here again.Edit: I am fixing this review bc not only did they help me out, they also gave me a replacement with a charger. I appreciate the help!

Small stand but awesome inventory! Bought a couple of SNES titles with them. Like, “Pocky and Rocky 2” and “Demons Crest”. Just had a little problem with “Alien 3” and they were happy to exchange it. In the end I got “ Super Mario Kart” and was very satisfied. Awesome staff by the way. The owner is friendly, the dude with long hair is very helpful and also the female employee. Keep up the good work guys!

Went the other day and guy was trying to sell LOZ Majoras mask for $100. That same day I went home and found it on eBay in near perfect condition for $65. Needles to say I bought it, definitely recommend looking through eBay for retro games before coming here. (Btw it’s trending at $70 right now most people listing it at $100 also have the original manual or original box or a game guide)

Games, consoles, and accessories are way overpriced, more than double going rate in most cases. Also sells illegal Chinese reproduction games for double what they cost online. And theyre illegal, so a store shouldnt be selling them anyway! Avoid this scummy store like the plague!

Bought a console there and was told it had all the original games! Got home and hooked it up and all the games are fake! Very disappointed! Wanted to go back and buy more things

Henry is a great person he worked with me on getting the right game great customer service never had any issues and what better place can you ask for that has the best retro classic games back in the day growing up as kids and Thats why I give this 4 ⭐

Really cool place. I got my switch controllers repaired here. The girl with the red lip stick was really nice and explain to me what the problem was with them. After she was done repairing them she tested them out in front of me and they work great! I did have to wait like a week and half for them to get repaired since she had couple repairs ahead of me, but it was worth the wait. Great quality takes time!

Another candy store for my family

They sold me a faulty game I went back the next day and he said he buffed it but didn’t check to see if it actually worked passed the title screen. He gave me an option to wait for another copy that would arrive in “1 week”. A month later and I still don’t have the game, very unprofessional and I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Kinda expensive but they have a great selection of old and new games and consoles. Pretty good stuff.

Bought a couple of games there. Pretty good selection. Dont know if they repair controllers since I have a PS3 controller that needs a battery replacement and a PS4 controller that needs the X button replacement.

So good selection of games but I feel like everything is just over priced as far as consoles and what not decent repo cart prices though

The Worst customer service, employee stated if defective I could exchange or get a refund. Turns out the game was defective. Returning day after manager states that I can’t and she was very sarcastic about their small signs on the corners of the display cases about their policy. Sorry I was taking your employee for their word. Very rude manager, very over priced, would rather buy online. Worst Customer service over all. Do not recommend.

Good selection of games, however they will tell you you’re able to bring them back and then deny it when you actually try to return/exchange them. Employee wasn’t much help seemed disinterested in helping. Wouldn’t recommend.

Easily the best game store Ive ever been to. Not only do they give great service with a smile, but they are always so willing to help. They have great quality in their products too. Easy contenders with gamestop.

I dont know if the store switched owners, but ever since they rebranded to EP Games from XL Games, Ive had a drastically better experience. The retro games are way more reasonably priced now, and the staff are super friendly and savvy (Id love to be a part of the team, actually! Haha). On top of that, they paid me more for my used Nintendo Switch than what Gamestop was offering.Ill be popping up at this store frequently, as I love to check out what new GameCube games they have. I love it!

Awesome collection of games and accessories the variety was crazy awesome and the dude with the super long hair that helped me was very kind and knowledgable and was even able to recommend a few things I ended up liking.

Just got NFL Blitz 2201 and Starwars Pod racer for the N64 for just $30!!!!!!!! The guy that helped me and my friend was really supportive, he popped the game to make sure it works before our purchase. Great job! Great Location! Right infront of JcPenny on the first floor. Cant miss it! Woot woot!

The games are fine. Dont trust the equipment or consoles. Not only does the girl there not know anything about games but when I tried to bring in a faulty Xbox they sold me, she just accused me of having a tone instead if just apologizing for my inconvenience. So when she tries to trade a different Xbox she failed when it didnt work either and proceeded to make excuses that her coworker didnt check anything and its his fault even though she tried to give it to me. Only one star for the games but never going back after that experience

This is not the place to go to. The employees I’ve interacted with know nothing about the games they are selling. They don’t know how to price items and they OVER price items, asking way over eBay prices, by far the highest prices I’ve seen at a video game store. And worst of all, they sell boot leg games without warning you they are bootleg. They have a small rotating display (similar to the ones you see at the stations holding zippo lighters) full of boot leg games. If the games aren’t boot leg the labels sure are, it looks like they printed them with a gameboy printer! Selling reproduction games is wrong and selling games with reproduction labels for the price of genuine labels is wrong as well. Don’t shop here.

Do your research before buying any vintage games here. I was sold two fake Pokemon games and the kiosk wouldnt give me store credit unless I sold the games back to them for 25% of the original price. Very disappointed.
