I come here on a weekly basis and not because of the corporate struggle it that online trading fiasco thats currently taking place. They along with other similar retailers have really decent and Im intriguing stuff. For the smaller retail foot print the staff acknowledges you and are pretty quick to offer their assistance.

The store is well stocked with several video game products. There are also novelty items related to the video games. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Customer service is excellent. Covid-19 procedures are in place.

The gal who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. We talked about old game systems and new games. She answered questions I had about Far Cry 4 and the latest expansion. She explained how reserving a game works and which new games might interest me. I really appreciated her honesty, she was very helpful, friendly, and professional!

One of the better locations around here! Employees are quite helpful, their stock is good and they have great sales when they do have them.This review is missing that last star because the location is messy and can be quite disorganized, making it difficult to find what youre looking for. Helpful employees can make up for this though!

This place is pretty good. They know their stock and were quit helpful. I had no issues when I went in. I go there all the time. They even hooked me up with better equipment when I brought in one of those power up rewards coupoons.

I Love GameStop. However, this GameStop is the worst place to trade they will always try to give you less by sneaking a refurb charge even when your items are in perfect conditions and if you ask them on why, they will straight lie to your face like the wireless controller must include the USB cable or the 1st gen PS camera must include the stand if not, they are considered items that must be refurbished according to them. Thankfully, I went to the Mesa Marketplace GameStop and they gave me the full trade value. Also, is the first one where employees have been rude to me for not renewing my pro membership. If anything avoid if you want to trade and if you do lookout for that refurb charge.

Sadly, unlike the professional customer service I’ve experienced in the past , this gamestop location lacks a trained attendant.Upon desiring to reserve a copy by pre-order, I was informed that I MUST first purchase a gamestop card for $15. A bit puzzled by this, I further investigated the matter with other gamestops in El Paso. To my surprise I found that I did NOT need to purchase the gamestop card, in order do my pre-order.As I have stated, this is just disappointing, but I understand he may not have been properly trained and perhaps lacks any kind of professional attributes.Until this employee is properly trained, or reassigned I would firmly advise against all services from this gamestop location.Thank you

The store is relatively small and the staff are moderately helpful. In other words, theyll help, but theyre somewhat hesitant at first.

I dont think these guys pay attention to their website or just dont care. Twice I checked online for an item that was supposedly in stock and both times they had no clue why it wasnt there.First was a used game that I located in the used game section with a worn out box. To my confusion, it was labeled new with a new game price.(A difference of about $15) No used game to be found.Second was an accessory that was never there to begin with.

It seems as if they dont care about the customer in this store, Ive been to different GameStops around El Paso and I have not had any bad experiences but the employees at this specific store do not care at all about how the customer is treated. 👎

I went in just to buy a ps3 controller, the lady says its wireless and I when I get home it has a wire... it also took me forever to pay... and there was only like 2 other people in there.

This place always smells like feet and it takes so long to pay, plus the employees are uneducated if they can or cannot do, such as this past time I went to buy 2 of the same video game and he made me wait 10min so he call his manager and ask if that was allowable.
