The ladies at the Sunland Park Mall location were wonderful. Sandra , Isela and Annette went over and beyond ti help our 87 year old father to have a wonderful and fun shopping experience. Mind you my dad doesn’t like to shop. Thank you ladies for everything. He actually looks forward to coming back. This is him.

I really enjoyed the western decor throughout the store. Even the front doors were very inviting preparing you for whats in store (get it, double meaning). I went in for a gift card which I was impressed came with a leather type card holder. Walking around there was selection for all types of western wear. From hats being shaped to little baby boots.

Really cool store, they have a duster that I have my eye on! Only 4 stars because I went for slacks for my kids and they didnt have their size. Not the stores fault, Im sure they just ran out when I got there. Great stuff if youre into the cowboy look.

Chingao those are some pricey shirts. They have like 6 different boots, but a ton of sizes in each one. Bunch of hats.

I went there to get some jeans, unfortunately I couldnt find my size. The store is clean with a wide selection of nice clothing and bootsWill dedinately be back to buy some other items.

The staff was really helpful, literally they were there helping me pick out a shirt giving there opinions telling me what I looked good in and helping me find the perfect shirt and size. So super kudos 👏 to them. Prices are a little up there but hey you get what you pay for.

Be weary of buying jeans here. I bought jeans off the shelf as new, that had been altered in the store and put back on the shelf. Both pair were Kimes Ranch jeans, and at $100 a pair, I would expect them to be factory new. Not altered and sold as such. I tried to get them to exchange them for me and they denied altering them to begin with. Kimes Ranch confirmed the jeans were altered and not their original seams. The store would not exchange the jeans for me, but Kimes Ranch did step in gave me a coupon code to order a new pair directly from their site. Shouts to Kimes Ranch, but shame on Starr Western Wear for the horrible customer service.

Very limited selection in jeans. Usually have more than one person ask for assistance, this time, not one person came up to ask if I needed help looking for a size or a garment.

Was there a hour before closing you would think they would help me to get out faster but that wasnt the case. One guy was too busy putting up some kind of towel holder to even acknowledge my family next to the fitting rooms. Only reason I went there was where I was at, at the time. Would definitely make the extra trip to the Sunland location better service

From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and helpful and were very helpful in helping me find the Stetson I needed. The man Arnaldo that was shaping hats was super patient and friendly and shaped my hat more perfect than I couldve imagined. I will most definitely be bask. By far have one of the biggest selections of just about everything. Nice to see some great hospitality in the big city.

After dinner at Outback Steakhouse, and getting mom to the airport, I decided to go shopping again for a new hat for dad. Dad loves Stetson straw hats, so I went to Starr Western Wear. This store is huge! If you are looking for anything in western wear, you will find it here.

I bought Almost the whole Entire Store for Mens and havent change is always the same clothes. The Boots I dont buy there. Wrangler over Priced way too much. Bought many Pants there for $50 each. Found out the Outlets of Wrangler have them for more then Half Off! Pants for $10 alnd more. The Store has Over Priced Clothes. I Hardly go there now. Spent Money Wisely

Place is really cool, but customer service is not, especially when you ask for help and workers act like if they are helping, but they just walk around the store talking to each other and go back to you and tell you they dont have what you are looking for...

The best jeans ever! From wranglers, Dockers and of course the best jeans Levis. You can find shorts, t-shirts, hayas and more. This is the best store to buy jeans. Highly recomended.

Cheap cheap cheap Western wear

The staff here is really great... prices are a bit higher than you would find online, but you will not get the service anywhere else.

I went to purchase several items and wanted to use a credit card for payment. Upon trying to pay the cashier accused me of using a stolen credit card. The card wasnt stolen.If you like being called a thief just for trying to buy clothes, this is your store. There are many other businesses with the same goods in the area, I would suggest visiting them.

If you need a hat, youre better off ordering it on-line. There was only 1 gal that had knowledge of sizes of hats. I asked if they had a stetson in my size and it was like pulling teeth, HUH? I repeated my size like 20 x both in English and Spanish. Finally one did only to say they did not have my size and asked the front office cashier to look at thec2 other stores inventory and she kept saying that the largest size hats came in was a 7. She supposedly checked and said they didnt have a 7. I was asking for a 7 1/2.! I will not be shopping here anylonger, a waste of a hr because no one was tending the hats after I asked 1 showed up 20 mins later. I cannot fathom why they are still in business. They suggested ordering me one, a 7. Did they check the other stores inventory? Probably not and if so, a 7. Sad. I ordered 2 online just now w free shipping.

Actually found what I needed. No one came up to help us until the very end.

I remember when they us to have efficient employees. We never got asked if we needed help. The employees were gathered around just talking about their personal lifes. I even had to excuse my self so I could look at the rack they were leaning on, and even then they did2ask if I needed help. So sad how their service has dropped.

Great things about this place its just like any other western clothing store amazing boots and lots of brands true to there name although a bit expensive but very good quality not bad would really recommend over and over again.

Staff inside push to make a purchase and the prices are really high and clothes look like the brands are not original you can see it in the bottons of the shirts dont show the brand
