I have been eyeing these boots for a while, trying to get my size and I finally did. The shipping was so fast and I love the product!

Rudest customer service ever, called to get information on an event and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that he didnt know anything and for me to get the info from where ever I looked up the event. He hung up the phone on me when I told him he didnt have to be rude. This is who you have representing your location? Not even a simple question could be answered correctly. I will no longer buy anything from this location. Sorry we customers are the reason businesses are running and he makes a paycheck.

If you can catch the red tag deals on time its good. Most boots anyway. Some kinda out of style for my taste but other than that good clothing is good.

I was in El Paso about 28 days ago to see a concert. I bought a shirt in your store and it was too large. I did not return it during my visit because my wife had an accident and did not recover till today. She went into the store to get a refund and was declined by a person named Liz at 530 el paso time today. My wife had the product and it has all tags and was not worn. She claimed she needed the credit card. I am in San antonio and she refused to accept a picture of the card. I was accused of wearing the shirt not only by the manager but a corporate person as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT BUY BECAUSE IT IS A BATTLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

Found a pair of Black Cherry Armadillo boots for my wife at a fair price. Was even able to put them on layaway for three months at no additional cost. Very happy with our purchase.

Love the service. Every time I go, I am greeted with a smile. I can ask as many questions as I need, and I never feel like a burden. Everything I have bought was at a good value. Great product, reasonable price. My favorite part is I can get custom made stuff as well. We are getting custom made saddle bags for the motorcycle. So excited.

No help, no service, employees eating pulled pork BBQ at the register, the rest were outside smoking... I asked for help, basically told me do it yourself. Place is sad.

We found/bought a pair of Harley Davidson boots for my wife, matter of fact we also bought a pair of HD boots for my son a year ago too. Better prices than at the Harley dealer.

We havent been here for 25 years, but happened to get off at the correct exit. It still had that great smell of leather boots. We picked up two pair of boots and a great price that fit well!As usual, they only do exchanges, not returns, so make sure they fit, but we are super pleased with our purchases!

Cowtown boots has been around for as long as I can remember and I have always left a satisfied customer. Roman the manager is amazing at fixing any issues that I came in contact with my boots. The quality is amazing - I was extremely hard on my boots and wore them everyday for 4 years before I decided I needed a new pair. I have tiny feet and they always have boots to accommodate me without having to match 6 year old girls. I will definitely continue to shop there

This place used to be a top notch place to get all your western apparel... I went out there on June 3rd, 2018 and the place was totally dead... Star Western Wear, on the other hand, was bustling and full of energetic folks... I surely hope Cowtown makes it through...

Old man is rude as hell!Walked in with no one at the front checkout, so husband and I continued to the jeans section to exchange a pair for a different size my husband got for Christmas. After we got an adequate size (it’s hard for my husband to find jeans that fit), went to the checkout, the girl talked to us like we were an inconvenience to her, then this old man (don’t know if it’s the owner or manager, etc.) and started questioning why we didn’t bring the jeans in a bag or why we didn’t have a receipt. We explained it was a Christmas gift so we didn’t have a receipt or the bag. He then said he didn’t see us walk in with the jeans. He accused us of trying to steal. He gave us a lecture on how we should have gone the the checkout first, that’s great and all, but no one was at the front when we walked in. He can check the damn cameras to see for himself that we walked in with those jeans.Never again will we shop there.

I felt the store...while expansive..was under lit. So it appeared very dark making it seem dingy. Some of the clothes seem to be straight out of the 90s. Like a time warp. They have a huge selection of boots, unless you have big feet. . .

Cowtown boots was alright, dont get me wrong- they have a lot of options, but they are all pretty similar. My boyfriend found a pair here, but I didnt see any boots that I was absolutely in love with.... kinda disappointing for how many options there were. Dont know if I will be back... still gotta check out the Lucchese Store!

This place is old and the employee is rude. We are from out of town and we wanted to see what this place was all about. We walked in at 430 and the man said I will be closing in 15 mins.. the prices are not reasonable. We were the only ones in the store. I do not recommend this place at all.

Guy that waited on smelled of booze. Place was dirty, unorganized reminded me of swap meet. I wont go back. I went to Justin/Tony Lama Outlet and spent over 200 bucks Ill go back there. They were professional. Great customer service

I have always supported my hometown boot store, but I have now suffered two very disheartening experiences (separated by about a few months) and I think others should know. During the Christmas holidays, I took my family to our yearly boot trip to Cowtown. I told my 11 year old boys to pick out a pair of boots while I picked mine out. They were searching for their pairs of boots while I browsed the mens boots. I noticed a large family of five kids go through the kids boots section, while I was being stalked by a sales representative. I was looking for a rubber sole square boot made by the Cowtown; so that I can get what I need and concurrently support El Paso (I currently live in DFW). Because I was looking through all these boots so meticulously, the sales representative thought that I was trying to steal boots. Realizing that I gave him the wrong impression, I chose to have him help me find what I was looking for. Since I had been pinned as the wrong kind of person, he was rude, acted like I had an unreasonable request, and gave me the impression that I was the problem. Turns out, Cowtown no longer makes those kind of boots. The sales representative got upset at me and left, and I continued to browse. A few moments later he asked me if those were my kids in the kids section. He informed me that they had moved about 20 boots out of where they belong and made a mess of the kids section. I was angry with my children because they are certainly capable of misbehaving so I raced over. When I arrived, my kids were putting a bunch of boots back where they belonged on the shelves. I confronted them, “Boys, this salesman said that you left at least 20 boots out of their place.” Then they responded, “No Dad, there was a family with five kids that left everything out, and we are putting them back for them.” So I looked at the salesman, and said, “how about you verify my children’s wrongdoing before you falsely accuse them next time!” He was apologetic since my tone towards him had clearly changed, and he changed for the better. However, it shouldn’t take that much drama to get good service. He offered a discount, then took it back on one of the pairs because it was already marked down.About 2 months later, I ordered a pair that had caught my eye when I visited in December. I just got the shipment, and it was the wrong boot! I called and explained, and they informed me that I have to pay to ship it back to them before they correct their mistake!

We walked in 15 min before they closed and were greeted at the door with a stern warning. Ill give you ten minutes he said.... we found what we wanted but his attitude turned me away from spending almost $200 at this store. As we walked out he said he was sorry, it was Saturday and he was ready for a beer and a steak whether he was a salesman or management his attitude was terrible customer service. As we drove away three more cars pulled up, he shouted closed! From the doorway. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Selection cant be beat. All work & Western wear. & Definitely boots. There arent many staff, but theyre knowledgeable, know their stock, and will bend over backwards to help you if you ask.

Horrible experience! There was an older gentleman with a mustache who acted very rudely. It sounded like a great place to go and buy some boots went in there and the gentleman asked my gf and I if we ladies needed some help. I laughed it off and turned around and said Im a man. This seemed to upset the employee and he stared down my gf and I as we tried on some boots. ...feeling uncomfortable my gf asked me if we could leave ...so we made our way towards the exit and the employee followed and waited by the exit for us to leave .....idk what caused him to do that but I guess he found it necessary to try to intimidate us... as we walked out i asked for his name and he replied with I dont need to give you my f***ing name I said alright Ill be contacting your boss. They need to teach their employees how to treat their customers. ..we felt attacked and like we had done something wrong. Ive never been cussed at by an employee before definitely wont be going back .
