I requested two bouquets but didn’t know what flowers or colors I wanted. They were able to create two beautiful bouquets at a great price. They’re extremely helpful and listen to all your requests.

I believe that this picture speaks louder than words.The service was very good, and I was made aware that they were going to substitute one of the flowers for tulips.The succulent on the arrangement I got was made out of plastic.To see the pictures side by side you have to look at the ”photos” tab on my profile.*I picked up a different, nicer arrangement days later at no cost. Again, their service is very good and I was pleased with the second arrangement.

I live in NY and ordered from here for my son that lives in TX. When I reviewed my order, I realized the card wasnt correct so I emailed them and they corrected it for me. My son was not home on delivery day and instead of just leaving the flowers, they called me and rescheduled a delivery. They went above and beyond for customer service, they were so nice, and the flowers were beautiful!

Being from out of town, I needed to find a place to deliver flowers to the UMC Trauma center for a friend. This florist did not disappoint — Wow!! The floral arrangement was just stunning! The personalized service provided by Andy was terrific. She was patient and very kind...providing suggestions, answering all my many questions and sending photos of beautiful arrangement before delivery. Absolutely would use their services again and I certainly appreciate their assistance.

I called to inquire about flowers I had ordered they where more than helpful even when the delivery time didn’t match with mine. INFACT, they later called me to inform that i had my order placed for a different date than I had intended. They where able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently and deliver it on the date that I need them deliver. The flowers turned out beautifully! Thank you guys

Called for a corsage last minute. The lady was friendly and stated they will be able to do it but they were charging me per pin? Each for 35 dollars. The total price was 75, the pricing was outrageous.

Thank God for Kern Place Florist! I wanted to get my mom some flowers delivered to her at the hospital.... even though I called late in the afternoon- her flowers were still delivered that evening. My mom was surprised and amazed how beautiful, fresh, & fragrant the bouquet was. Mom is home now & her flowers are blossoming wonderfully...3 days later (that’s how fresh the flowers are!). I sent my husband a basket of flowers and a bunch of goodies for valentines day, he received it before I had asked, basket was filled to value and really beautiful and fresh flowers. I highly recommend Kern Place for any kind of gift and speedy delivery.

I ordered a baby girl bouquet with mylar balloon and card and it was by far the most beautiful  arrangement Ive ever seen! Kern place florist is seriously the best!!! They helped make our wedding stress free and they were in and out of the church very quickly! The flowers looked incredible and they worked with our budget.

The worst experience ever. My husband’s order came after the Valentine’s day. And the arrangement of the bouquet is completely a joke; dying roses and unbloomed flowers and we paid 95dollars for that. That’s what you get from Kern PlCe Florist. Keep away from this place.

Horrible Service! False Advertisement from their website to what is being delivered. They want to charge you however dont provide what is displayed on the website. The first time I let it go but this second time I will not. If you order 12 roses make sure you are getting 12 they tried to cheat me out of half a dozen when thats what I had order and made sure there be a dozen and what is displayed on their website. Owner tried blaming her staff that she gave me the wrong info, I guess her website gave me wrong info too. Dont promote an arrangement with 12 Roses and deliver half a dozen.
