They were able to make me a beautiful corsage and boutonniere very last minute they had it ready with in the hour! But the ladies at the shop are amazing! I was dropping off my kids at the Harmony homecoming and one of the girls that were with us the zipper from her top broke! I myself was so nervous did t know what to do to help this young lady. Well when we got to the flower shop I asked the lady’s for help and they jumped right on it without any hesitation!!!! They were able to not only fit us in last minute for our flowers but they made this young lady’s day by fixing her top! I am amazed with them! They definitely have a lifetime customer with me!!!I didn’t catch their names but Thank You so much!!!!

I live in Dallas and wanted to surprise my mother with a beautiful flower arrangement. I placed my order to be delivered on Friday, however I called you guys on Thursday to see if it could be delivered on the same day and you went above and beyond to get it done. Not only did you make my day you also made my mother happy. My mother loved it!! I would highly recommend you. Last but not least my mother was not home at the time of the delivery and the delivery guy called me and he was willing to wait for my mom to get home.. Wow!!!! So I ordered a graduation ballon bouquet with some Ferrero Rocher chocolates to be delivered and when it arrived it was missing the chocolates. I called the store and since they were delivered at closing time they wanted to deliver the next day. Of course iI said no. Everything we had planned was to be held Friday not the next day. They gave me my money back but what a bummer!

I ordered some flower arrangements for my grandfathers and a family friend funeral. The flower arrangements were beautiful and delivered on time. Only down side is that the cards and banner on wreath said they were from Sam Gaytan instead of Fam Gaytan.

Received my Valentine day arrangement from my boyfriend at 4:30 in the afternoon. As I was appreciative of his kind gesture and called to thank him. He was upset that he was promised that the arrangement would be delivered in the morning guaranteed, as they had several deliveries around my location. I truly understand that it is an extremely busy day for florist, but these arrangements aren’t cheap either. When I got home, he was even more upset to see that the flowers I received were not fresh as promised. He said that he was told that a fresh arrangement would be sent. Either the roses wilted from being in the delivery vehicle all day or I got an old arrangement. One should receive a quality product for the price, just saying.

I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines Day but the roses in the arrangement were bad. The petals were falling off. I got them on Friday and by that afternoon, two roses were almost bare.

My husband bought me a yellow rose arrangement and a flower for our daughter for Valentines Day. He had me sit at home waiting for our surprise which he was told would be delivered by noon. At 3p when they still hadnt arrived he drove to the flower shop and asked what the problem was. The delivery guy was on the other side of town delivering, but we live 3 miles from the shop. My husband went on two separate occasions to get a refund and apparently the person that does that wasnt in. It is now the 24th...ten days later and still no resolution. Nobody has reached out and I NEED MY $77 BACK. This is horrible service. I understand that it was a busy day, but that was literally the day you should have been prepared the most. At the very least, try to rectify the situation. I wouldnt recommend this flower shop to anyone.

Was in for the first time recently for my sons reveal baby party and purchased balloons, flowers and a corsage... they were beautiful and the party loved them.. the girls at the shop were so helpful and friendly... will go there for all future floral and party needs.. thanks gals for a great job...well done... I just ordered flowers with chocolates and ballons for my mother today in mothers day. I put the order days ago and they only delivered the flowers. No chocolates and no balloons. They sell the balloons and chocolates at a high price so its not okay to just get there and rapidly get rid of one thing and leave the rest in the delivery truck. Never getting anything from here again and will definitely tell people to not go here.

Bought a bouquet for pick up, only to arrive and it was sold to someone else. A replacement was made but time was lost waiting. This was on Valentines day, very busy time. They need a better method of tracking and holding orders.

Extremely helpful and friendly employees. I bought a flower arrangement for my wife which was beautiful and made on the spot. The only draw back was the freshness of the flowers. The arrangement didnt last very long. It was far shorter than other arrangements I bought.

If i could give this place zero stars i would unfortunately i have to pick at least one star. I had a family member order a flower arrangement from here for a funeral. The day of the funeral my family picks up the arrangement and it’s looks nice. While attending the service the flower arrangement falls right on the floor! We immediately call once the service ends but were taken to customer service. So we decide to call the very next day and ended up speaking to Bernadette. While on the phone with her she proceeds to tell me that she can refund me the amount of the flowers but would like to charge me the vase or for me to take the vase back. I tell her we had nothing left from the arrangement because it fell during the service and the workers there had to pick it up. She proceeds to tell me that she needed some type of proof that her arrangement had broken whether it be a picture or the actual arrangement because if she refunds the full amount she’s at a 100 percent loss, forget the fact of embarrassment my family went through. I told her I wouldnt be calling her so upset had she given me the quality of work I expected after paying 100 plus for the flowers but I let her know the best I could do was have the funeral home call her so she could have the proof she needed. She told me she wasn’t going to argue with me and just refund me the full amount. I definitely won’t be returning here and I wouldnt recommend anyone else here.

Long review below. I also tried posting a review on their website, but they apparently dont accept bad reviews there.5/7/18 I order Mothers Day flowers, for a total of $150.30. They were delivered and looked nothing like the arrangement I had chosen. The arrangement was not good, delivered with a broken stem and dead by the next day5/13/18 I emailed Como La Flor stating my disappointment and ask for a resolution5/17/18 I received a reply on from Bernadette Vasquez with an apology and asking if they could send another arrangement. I agree. This would have satisfied me... had it happened5/23/18 I hear nothing for a week; I send a follow-up5/24/18, Bernadette replies and says she ordered new tulips, but not the ones that I want. I ask about other solutions5/29/18 No response for 5 days. I send another follow-up5/31/18 Still no response. I send another follow-up, expressing my disappointment and stating that she has lost a customer. I finally get a response. She asks what can she do. At this point Im annoyed with the level of response and I tell her as much and request a refund. She responds with Im sorry you feel that way (not an apology, btw) and says Since we did deliver some flowers, can we agree on a fair refund amount?. Because Im a reasonable person, and am over the situation, I tell her 50%, even though I believe I deserve more. She agrees and says she will refund next day to my CC. I give her my last 4 of my CC.6/8/18 It has now been 8 days. No refund. I email her and ask if shes processed the refund. She responds same day, that yes, she has.6/12/18 4 days later, still no refund. I email her and let her know I havent received the refund credit yet. She responds, same day, and says shell look into it.6/15/18 3 days later, she tells me theres an issue with the company she uses to issue refunds. (Why they didnt tell her there was an issue before I did, I dont know.) She asks if she can send me a check. Says shell send it priority so that I can get it quickly. I respond, same day, with my address.6/21/18 6 days later, no check. I email asking if she has a tracking #. I get no response.6/25/18 4 more days later, still no check. I email AGAIN, asking if she has a tracking #. Im beyond frustrated at this point. I get no response.6/27/18 I finally get a check in the mail. I check the tracking # online... it was mailed on 6/25 and NOT on 6/15, when she said she sent it. Shes a liar. But Im over it, so I post a review online stating how unhappy I am. She immediately responds to the review and sends me the following email:Ms Victoria, I truly am sorry for your experience with us. As this was never our intention to keep you waiting for your refund. I felt this had been going on too long and felt it necessary to send it to you next day air no matter what the cost. If youd like, I will send you the rest of your money to completely resolve this issue. We really did try and get you those dark purple tulips and they kept sending them different shades of purple but never DARK purple. Since we deal with fresh flower its soo hard to guarantee exact colors. Again, I truly apologize for your experience and hope that you can accept our apologies for not getting you your refund more quickly. Bernadette.I respond YES, I would like the remainder of my refund.7/16/18 19 days later, no response and no check with the remaining refund. I send a follow-up asking if I should be expecting a check soon. She responds Hi, Yes man, regular mail.8/3/18 Another 19 days later, still no check. I send another follow-up. I get no response8/7/18 No response8/14/18 No response8/31/18 No response. Complaint filed w/BBB.Im annoyed. All of this could have all been avoided w/a decent level of response & honesty. Yes, I have copies of all the email correspondence.9/14/21 Update, never received my full refund, despite what Bernadette says in her response here. And yes, Im still mad about it.TL;DR Flowers were trash. Customer Service was even worse.

Ordered Flowers for prom, when I picked them up my daughters wrist corsage was turning brown. I took it back they replaced it, by the time my daughter got to prom it had turned brown. She had to take it off. She couldnt even wear it for one picture at prom.I will not return to this shop again.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a family funeral from another state by phone, they dispatched it at the agreed time and date but the funeral was rescheduled for the following week and they very kindly informed me that they would dispatch it on the new date. but they never sent me the photograph of the arrangement as it had been agreed from the beginning even when I called and reminded them to do so, very kind attention especially from Miss B is very sweet.
