One of our go-to places for anything from farming and gardening to mower replacement parts. I am sure I will have to keep my distance from home decor clearance Iles and I find that unfair. We have and will continue to purchase firearms from them. Great popcorn and old fashioned candy is a great way to plump YOU UP.

I love going to this store in El Dorado Arkansas. They rarely have in stock what the website says. One cashier is very rude and hard to deal with. I always swap lines if in the rare occasion there is more than one cashier working.

It was ok. Not too helpful. The cashier very friendly. But at first when I needed exchange jeans they were kind of hesitant but finally me. Not a bad experience tho. Some prices ok some not

The costumer service was excellent however they didnt have hardly any of the plumbing supplies we needed they have a very small variety of things.

Some employees are rude and dont like helping people much. They close to early I think til 10 pm

Great place to shop amd spend some money at. Bought a bad boy mower here and loved the price and people did great job helping load it amd gave me some gas as well!

I’m a huge fan of Atwood’s stores but El Dorado needs to get their act together.Prices are not marked on most of the items in the store and if there is a tag then it’s most likely for something else.Just bought something marked $29.99 but it ended up being $39.99 at the register. The cashier just said “it is what it is” without even offering to price check it.They are just seriously lacking in the management department.I’ve been to all of the surrounding stores and out of the 5 stores nearest to El Dorado this one is the worst.

Shelf tagging is bad most of the products in some areas have no listed price near the product. Some products are above tags not related to the products above them. The store overall is clean, cashiers are nice and friendly. Product knowledge is low from the floor employees I interacted with.

Customer service was wack, had ask another customer about tool I needed that atwoods employee said they didnt have. Guess what another customer showed me the tool.

Hard to find someone to help me find certain things . Otherwise good place to get my dog food and just about all my needs for western wear

Ive checked both attwoods looking for a motorized cultivate its garden planting season neither one had one and or canning lids, jars and limited planting seeds the last few yes they where grate this yr not so

The last two times over the last two weeks not enough checkers with long lines at check out. Last week one checker. This week only two. Slow slow slow in getting customers checked out. The mask policy is not enforced. Today was a Arkansas record in cases of Covid. 40% of customers in store with no mask at all. Saw no one disinfecting buggies. Employees that had masks on had their noses exposed. Heating pellets are outrageously priced with most bags water damaged on a brand that is of poor quality. I had to find the pellets at another outlet. $2 per bag cheaper and much higher quality.

This store is perfect for house hold and farm type equipment

This is a nice Atwoods. Very large with nice selections and friendly staff

Prices range from high to really cheap. Beats Walmart in pet supplies and many other things throughout the store. Tools are about average with other stores. Lots of hardware, hunting, pet, and tools. Staff was helpful and polite. Great first impression.

Originally there together horse medes but also needed hand gun ammo... I suggest selling less luxury items then weapons ammo and equipment .

Really enjoyed stopping in the store when Im traveling through. Looks like they need New Management. Store was a mess, no one asked if they could help and, everybody standing at the front register talking about they wanted to go home. Would have given 1 star but I like Atwoods.

Too bad that they dont carry HUNTING boots. Oh well. They missed out on a 200.00 + purchase that I made elsewhere.

Terrible service. The manager refused to correct the price of something clearly marked $79.99(not sale price -was reg sticker price). Price rang up $89.99 and we were told she would not change it because it was apparently older merchandise and the new merchandise was apparently more expensive. This all happened after I overheard her refused to change the price of something and honor a sale price for a person in another line.

Its a good place to buy stuff for your farm, or gardening needs. They sell name brand tools, clothes , boots some groceries and its close to home for us.

Just go to another store unless you have to have something in a pinch. Service is not good. Return policy is sketchy and irritating. Store is hot and dark. The worst part is checking out with employees who are RUDE. I am not going back unless I dont have any other options. Id prefer to pay more if necessary and do business that doesnt get my blood pressure up. I dont know how the Magnolia and El Dorado locations are staying in business with the friendly service at other local stores. Buy from local small businesses so we dont get stuck with only having large chains who dont appreciate our business. Attwoods in SW Arkansas is a great example of poorly run big business. The check out experience makes me regret even going in the store. Yuck!

This is one of my favorite stores in town. They usually have very nice and helpful workers and keep the store very clean!

Unable to find what I needed & this was the second time this has happened with no employee having an idea of what to do to help or where to look.

Probably the only store I like to go in around El Dorado just to browse. I love the old time candy they have and I always enjoy the popcorn when available.
