Good supply of parts that I usually need!

I was pretty much on my own in the store. My cashier, Dineen, made up for it. She was friendly and outgoing. My kids wanted to go home with her. Shes a difference maker. Others could learn from her servitude spirit.

Be better off driving an hour to Lowes. This place is a mess and there are very few employees that are willing to help. Nick Couples, Gerald, and a few others are top notch and will go above and beyond and help you.

Workers, that l came in contact with, were all very helpful and courteous. The flower garden is well cared for and cafefully placed! The flowers are beautiful. The prices are reasonable , compared to other flower gardens, in and out of the surrounding Cities...

Friendly helpful staff, great location, easy in and out especially in the contractors loading area. I know all Home Depots are good but we definitely have a great store in El Dorado!

I love Home Depot you find the things you need there. You have to drive 30 miles or so. But its worth it.

Nice location, stock is good, have what Im looking for every time I go. There have been a few occasions where the store is busy, but theres only one register besides self check out, and those dont always work when buying individual nuts and bolts. Turns a 5 minute in and out into a 35 minute ordeal

Friendly helpful employees. Product knowledge was a little low from a few employees but product location knowledge was good. Store was clean. Pricing and tagging are excellent, product availability is good.

This review isnt as much against the Home Depot in El Dorado as it is against the people that supply the butane bottles and kiosk racks. I have tried to exchange bottles 4 different times here put number in kiosk but has not worked yet. An employee has had to come out and exchange bottles from separate rack that doesnt have a kiosk. I believe I will have bottles refilled at butane supplier from now on.

As normal, no floor help available. But, they have lots of man toys.

Very friendly staff, greeted me when l walked in. I had helper to help me pick out under cabinet lights. I supper nice funny guy help me self check out!! Whish l just had time to look around more! But l will be back!! Soon!!!

I cant say anything about the staff standing out this is just my favorite store.

It has been a nightmare trying to get one last box of discontinued floating flooring from HD. I finally found it & got a message saying it would be delivered to my door just like like my previous order of 4 boxes at $100 a box. Then, this morning, I get another message saying that my order is ready for curbside pickup. I did what I thought I had to do to finish our home improvement project which I have prayed about & saved for over many years now. I drove an hour to be there at 6 am when store opened only to be told via chat that it will be delivered tomorrow after all. To say this totally sucks & is just wrong is an understatement! I will shop Lowe’s or Barton’s or do without before shopping with HD ever again. Buyer beware. So good to know God’s Got This! ✝️🙏😁

The gentleman in plumbing was terrific. I went in not really knowing what I needed for my leaking main water line. I walked out feeling much better about my upcoming repair. Thank you sir for your excellent and knowledgeable help.

Did not have the toro ignition switch i went to find bit did manage to pick up some good looking tomato plants. Also picked up some insect bombers and they ran cheaper here than wal mart

Was too far to go, when I found out a local store had what I wanted and I didnt have to drive 40 plus miles to get it. I couldnt get the item I wanted delivered. Things are getting way too messed up.

NOT HAPPY with Home Depot in El Dorado and would give zero stars if I could! Looked up a washer on their website, showed they had it in stock and my wife went down to pick one up, as ours started leaking out the bottom and we were without a washer! She got down there and they had one, but wouldnt sell it to her! She was told she had to order it and it will ship to our house. I called back down when she got home and after talking to Store Manager (Courtney) was advised they dont stock the appliances, just have one for display purpose and you have to order, then will drop ship from manufacturer! So if you need an appliance right away, youre out of luck as far as Home Depot in El Dorado is concerned! WHAT HAPPENED TO ACTUALLY HAVING THE PRODUCT YOURE SELLING? If I wanted to order on line, I would have done so from home, instead of wasting an 80 mile round trip drive! I canceled order and will go elsewhere from now on! When we built our new house 7 years ago, we bought all of our appliances from this same store (as well as many, many other items) and they had everything in stock. Now they are essentially acting as a middleman, without having to handle or deal with the product and collecting a profit off it! They want to make money off of you, but dont want to invest in any product to do so! Sad that it has gotten to this point in retail box stores!

I was at this store today. (11-5-2020) The store is dirty, poorly stocked and cluttered to the point that I couldnt get down the lumber isles with a lumber cart. Had to park it and squeeze between pallets of merchandise to look for what I wanted only to find out the shelf was empty. This is not an isolated case. Its like this every time Im in there. Previous trips to this store have been just as disappointing. I went recently looking for some tounge and groove interior wall covering boards. The Home Depot app said 45 bundles were in stock. Got there and there were only 2 bundles of damaged merchandise. I located the manager for that area and told him the app says 45 in stock. He told me that doesnt mean anything. I got pretty irate and told him it means something to me when it says 45 in stock and I drive 25 miles one way to get there and what I need is out of stock. Sadly and unfortunately its the only place to go and to be able to pick out your lumber for remodeling projects.

Bought lumber for a flooring project. Had an associate come ask if we needed assistance with anything. We are happy with the quality of wood we picked up today . Our cashier was nice and polite

Went miter saw shopping in Eldorado AR and couldnt find the one I was looking for after internet showed 2 were in stock but ended up finding a better one on sale even $40 off. $179 for a single bevel 10 in. Ryobi miter saw with LED. There wasnt one display but an HD employee was glad to help who opened the box, took it out and showed it to me since it didnt say it beveled and I wanted to make sure. Got my saw for great price, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable HD employees. Thanks!

I have called multiple times about getting things ordered or being in stock and 9 times out of 10 this home depot is 0 help. Ive had others help me get the items I want or tell me they have them or not and on top of having the items they have matched sales that other home depots have for that item, I went to this one recently bought something and found it on sale at another home depot and the cashier constantly made an excuse to why she wouldnt match the sale. I now only go to home depots outside of el dorado and if I can I go to lowes or a local hardware store.

The good reviews on here are from Home Depot Employees. This is a poorly ran store with the majority of employees who will NOT help you. Why would anyone buy an appliance here? Ill keep my Local money Local and buy from Searshometown.

Customers are great entertainment for the staff at Home Depot. The employees watch as customers struggle to load heavy lumber, etc without offering assistance. The refuse to go and find a cart for a customer when he asks if they could please get them a cart... No, i wont do that, go get it yourself - out front. Watching long lines of customers wait to be checked out when there are plenty of employees standing about and cash registers not being manned. Home depot of today has evolved to a great place to shop?

Went there to get a vent hood in a 42 inch. Did not have any in stock. Ask salesman about it, and he didnt even look up from his cellphone and told me if its not on the shelf they dont have it and turned his back to me. Not very polite. Not going back there anytime soon.

Went in to get paint. They dont have enough people in that section nor do they have enough working computers or paint shakers. The overall atmosphere is great and the employees are very nice most of the time. It took me almost an hour to have 2 gallons of paint mixed up. Lol

Love the self check out. Had some keys made there an every one of them worked the very first time

The reason I waited this Home Depot a low rating is it called they have misinformed me about picking up merchandise not only that the sales associate that I talked to was very rude she talked to me like I was one of her children and I am not a child as a matter of fact I am older than her she needs to learn how to talk to people

I have loved having Home Depot in our town. Its just 1/2 mile from my house so its a quick trip to the depot for us. Many of the employees have been there for a long time. I do sometimes find it hard to find an employee for assistance. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.

The customer service here is terrible! The people that work there never can help you and just pawn you off on somebody else who doesn’t know. I only go there if there’s no other place to get what I need.

The cashiers who work at this store have zero respect for veterans. When you tell them your a vet for your discount, they either roll their eyes, ignore you and not give discounts. Its really disgraceful.

Wont never answer the phone

An employee was rude and raised his voice, and then called me a liar when I sought management assistance with the issue. The manager did nothing but defend the employee. I was left to assume they had some personal relationship that clouded the managers judgement on the matter.

Call ahead for product and told more than one time Id have come to store and look for myself. This past Sunday my husband and I went to Home Depot to purchase lumber. We were so pleased with the service. We met a young man Grant that helped us. He had the best attitude and was so willing to help us. Monday I went back to purchase more materials and Grant helped again with the same willingness. We have never had this kind of help in this store. Matter of fact we have had to ask for help and was not waited on and walked out of the store before. Grant is a great asset to your store.

We saw numerous customers and employees on Aug. 11th. not wearing a mask. That is a threat to my health. So exactly what is The Home Depot of El Dorado mask wearing policy?

I am a frequent customer here. I mostly use the pro desk to buy materials and they are always helpful. Only ordering is really convenient as well. My only complaint would be that the employees that walk the floor arent very helpful but I always need what I need. If you need advice ask a professional, do not rely on their input.
