I never realized that this big store was in my back yard. Its well laid out and you can find help if you want it. Theres no way to list all of the home goods that they have in inventory, so come and see the store. There are other great stores nearby.

I purchased a Dyson Supersonic blowdryer on 8/19 for $399.99 for my wifes birthday. And I was shocked to find out that it was a knock off Chinese counterfeit. I have never had this happened to me at a retail restore. It did not come to my attention until my sister who had one pointed it out to me the difference. Most Dysons are not on displayed and has to be retrieve by a manager. I suspect there is some foul play. I called the store but was unable to get any assistance. I would say please be wary of this location. Again, this is my first time ever encountering this sort of thing.

Although, I got the info I needed. I wanted to find out the size of le Crueset I need (6 to 8 quarts).The whole store appeared as if it was closing soon. I really hope that it doesnt. The people that were around, I counted only 9, are very helpful. But, if BBB wants to keep this store functioning, they have to put in the staff and resources to make it happen.

This used to be a better store in which to shop. Its not bad but Ive noticed the inventory of kitchen items is lacking, in some essential items.

Seriously. These people are nice. Service, well, I pestered them with questions about pillows and pillow cases and they answered everything and I got much better pillowcases for much cheaper. Their selection of products... The store layout... The cleanliness of the bathrooms... They take their store very seriously as a place for magnificent interior decoration and they succeed at it. Will return and highest recommendation.

The manager was extremely helpful and he knew his product. Gave us useful information and advice without pressure to buy. Respectful service. That sealed the deal. And yes, the seal a meal was purchased.

I like this place for several reasons and can easily recommend it. Their prices are reasonable and their discount coupons can be used after the end date. Staff know where their hundreds of items are and should you need to return something, their attitude is great. A good place to shop for items found in the home.

Brought an item to the register and it came up more expensive that the price tag. Had to walk with the employee to show them that the register was wrong. Then the employee refused to ring me up at that register and made me go to another counter. The entire experience was bizarre and indicated terrible customer service by that particular employee.

But the only problem i have . the employees are taking the carts inside. I walk with a cane. Its hard for me to walk and look for a cart. I asked one of the managers to get me a cart pls. She seen me walking a with a cane. She just told me where the were at the end of the store. Or at the other end. I didnt think that was very nice. So i asked another employee. And she was very nice. She stopped what she was doin and went to get me one!😁

For people who like myself are asthmatic or have other scent sensitivities this chain of stores is a no. I occasionally shop them online now but only with a coupon. Fortunately they are generous with coupons that can be used online. I visited a physical location after many years because I was looking for a particular item for a dinner party that evening. Within 5 feet of the entrance I was hit by heavy fragrances which continued to be dispersed throughout the store. I understand that retailers dont choose the scent of products. But if those items were in one or two central areas I could avoid them. But that is usually not the case.

This location is closed. Sign on the door does not say if it will be reopening.

Older gentle couldve helped me with my questions instead of pushing me to the side. He acted as if I was a nuisance to him. I had to figure out my own questions. Never once did he ask for anyone to assist me. Unhappily a faithful customer.

As good as expected. Lots of parking available but still not easy to park when holidays. Only four stars because it feels like its very hard to find employees in this store. It feels like the hide away.

Our check-out was painless and the checker was fan-tabulous! Four stars instead of 5 is because the product we looked for was hidden behind a higher-priced item.times two. The checker/cashier was totally competent, professional and friendly. BBB needs to hire more people like this young lady.

A little more cramped than some of the outlets. On several occasions the dishes, sheets, curtains I wanted were out of stock in the size I needed. If you can find them the staff are usually nice/helpful.

Great selection, not enough customer service.At this particular store, there are frequently long lines to check out - especially in the days before major cooking events - like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and July 4. Shopping here would be much more enjoyable if they brought in a couple more cashiers in the few days before these holidays.

Well-stocked with tons of products, and the associates were all helpful. Only negative was one of the managers (or assistant managers) who seemed to be having an awfully tough time working a register. Made our visit last a little longer than it should have been.

They have a very limited selection they dont have a Cosmetics department at all customer service was so so cashier was somewhat friendly as far as Bed Bath & Beyond to go this is probably my least favorite one but they did have a pretty cool clearance section that was a pretty big thats really the only reason I give it three stars

This store specializes in items for the kitchen and bedroom. I am fond of going there for small kitchen tools like cutters and vegetable baskets.I have also found drinkware from Tervis,a manufacturing facility in Florida. Bed Bath and Beyond also gives coupons,20% off on one full priced item. The stote has seasonal items and a variety of interesting small costume jewellery. When I stop by to browse,I usually find something to buy,most often a piece of useful kitchen equipment.
