Was a customer for over four years until now. Store refused delivery of a package of mine even after assuring me in advance that it could be delivered. They claimed it wouldnt fit in the door... See photo of said package in the back of my car, taken after I drove all the way down to Kent to pick up from shipping warehouse. Store refused to pay the fee to redirect the package to my home and chose to lose me as a customer instead. Store has been through several owners and hasnt been consistent in service.

Ryan was incredibly helpful. It was my first time doing a large Amazon return. Amazon had given me bad information… but Ryan made it work so that I was able to ship my rugs back.I’m so grateful for this amazing customer service. This is my go to store for all shipping needs.

I was very disappointed in my experience yesterday. In the past, I had lovely women helping me to pack the boxes and being so helpful. Yesterday, I walked in with an admittedly large amount of clothing to send. The young men working just looked at me and handed me a box and watched as I packed things up. They did not help, we’re not even friendly and when I mentioned that usually the employees helped, they said I had too big of an order. I was very disappointed and will probably try to find a different location.

I dropped off an Amazon return and she scanned the return code but when she did it sounded funny so I questioned her. I didnt get a receipt either. She assured me it was done correctly. SHE DID NOT. I called twice the day I dropped off the return and told her I had not gotten an email that the return was received could I come back down and have them rescan it She assured rather rudely that it was done correctly. Fast forward to next day I call Amazon ..no record of return. Amazon calls the girl at the UPS store and she is RUDE to her also. STAY AWAY FROM HERE STAFF IS HORRIBLE

Love this UPS store! The staff is always so friendly and beyond helpful. I stopped in this morning asking to buy packing tape to close up my 2 packages prior to shipping, etc. They taped up the packages for me and adhered the labels, with no additional charge! Thank you!! P.S. The candy basket for customers is also a nice perk! :)

I do ALL my shipping from this store and have always found everyone from the owner to employees to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All packages have arrived as promised and in great shape. I encourage anyone considering this location to give it a try you can support a small business owner and get great service in the process.

I go to this store about once a month. Most of the time its great. Theyre friendly and let you use their printers for labels, etc. One thing Id like better is if they issued a time limit on their computer. Ideally 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes maybe. Its for printing labels and documents, not for someone to sit there for literally HOURS without allowing anyone else to print a single label. Thats what the library is for. The staff doesnt kick them off the computer even when they say theyll be on it all afternoon.
