I started seeing Dr. Wong 2 years ago and each visit has been a great experience. This doctor is friendly, professional and very thorough with his exams. His team is also nice and helpful- I didnt catch her name yesterday, but the woman who did the billing for my new lenses was super sweet!I definitely recommend this place!

Great experience overall. Dr. Wong was super friendly, courteous, and thorough but efficient. Carol was also amazing; she was very helpful with verifying my insurance coverage and spent so much time helping me pick out the perfect pair of frames. Excellent service, safe and clean environment-- would highly recommend!

That was a truly positive experience in getting my eye needs met. My situation demanded extra attention and ultimately. They saved me in a big way. Truly. Their team was off the hook in customer service capabilities. The eye doctor appeared to be on point. They stayed late to see to it that I could see on my next day departure across the united states. They can do better

I highly recommend Dr. Wong at Visionaire. Recently they took me in as a walk-in when I was having a problem with my right eye. He spent over an hour conducting a procedure to correct a problem that resulted from a foreign object embedded in my cornea. He also called that evening to follow up with me, and then came in on his day off the following day just to check my eye. They have gone above and beyond for me. I have also been here before for a routine eye exam. He is very thorough and pleasant.

Caring doctor, great staff!

I am a first time prescription contact lens user! I’ve always worn glasses and in my teenage years-non prescribed colored contacts which I knew little about when it came to taking care of them, sizes, and such. I knew “of” Washington and absolutely nothing about the area I was living in so I went online to find out what places would be best for me. I wanted to give contact lenses a try instead of glasses this time around. After doing research, I figured I would give visionaires a try. Much to my delight, they fit me into their packed schedule (at the time) after I called in. I have been to several places for eye exams so I knew what to expect but DID NOT expect to have such an amazing experience here. Dr.Wong is so precise about everything and wanted my experience to be the best and most comfortable. He would devote his time entirely to answer all of my questions while other places would try to chase me out the door for their next client. Since it’s my first time dealing with contact lenses, I’m not sure if multiple visits to ensure the lens are accurate, is the norm BUT I like it! Staff is also excellent and super friendly! They are always in the mood to chat with everyone. I love my contacts and I love this place and now that I am moving back to my home town, I am very sad that I would have to find another eye care place. I don’t think any other could compare.

Everyone was very personable, professional, and attentive. It had been a while since my last eye exam and Id never needed glasses before, but they walked me through all of my options and helped me pick the right frames.

Awesome customer service! Had my eye exam here- felt like I was in really good hands. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Ended up getting my contacts and glasses here, too- great selection in frames. Friendly, upbeat staff and great atmosphere!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF FROM THE START. THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH, PUSH THEIR PRODUCTS AFTER BEING TOLD NO MULTIPLE TIMES. CHARGE EXTRA BECAUSE I TAKE A BLOOD PRESSURE PILL? THEY WANT YOU TO COME IN MULTIPLE TIMES FOR EXTRA FITTINGS - ALL AN EFFORT TO SELL MORE STUFF AND GET INTO YOUR WALLET. THEY CANT SCHEDULE, HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 11:00 am, THE DOCTOR WASNT EVEN IN THE STORE YET, HE TOOK THE GUY AHEAD OF ME, I WAITED UNTIL 1135 AND LEFT. WHY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 35 MINUTES. ALL THEY DID WAS ARGUE WITH ME ON THE PHONE, OVER AND OVER. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE,,,,, RIP OFF CITY1111

Well apparently this shop doesnt open at 10 even though they said so I need and minor glasses adjustments but I have to wait until they are open
