Have spoken to Edmonds police. If youve had issues Id advise you do the same to spare others. My contact prescription I was charged for at $119 out of pocket is being held hostage illegally so that I will be forced to HAVE to buy them from him when Ive paid for & OWN that prescription & have a legal right to have it & buy my contacts at ANY place I wish & he did not to give it to me & Ive been fighting for it almost 3 weeks with his office staff who lie for him & I still dont have it. He will answer bad reviews & try to intimidate just as he strong arms you for out of pocket services he wants you to pay for that youve said no to in the office. He makes excuses. Check out WAC 246-852-010 & include it in any complaint about a prescription he is refusing to give you if youve been burned & report him to the above named agencies & your bank. The way to stop fraud is to stand up to it & a fraud is a fraud no matter what their education so dont be intimidated as YOU DO HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS.REFUND MY $119 NOW! SHAME on YOU!!! Use the skills you possess for the good of your patients who have rights & not solely for your personal profit. Ill NOT STAND FOR IT. Say what you will. I dont care & know my rights & am not intimidated by you. To defraud a disabled woman on a low fixed income who is caring for her mother with dementia is unconscionable. Unethical. Sick.This is the only business in the strip mall with all the windows broken out & boarded up. Get a clue. While I certainly do not condone vandalism or violence I cant help but sympathize with the window breaker who maybe was also ripped off & jerked around. Think about it. This time its windows that have still not been replaced. Whats next? Its not worth it so do honest business. Doing bad business has cost you any further business I would do with you & my bf is so shocked & disgusted he, too, cancelled his eye exam for glasses & contact lenses & we both cancelled our appts for eye photos. Youve wasted both his & my time & my MONEY & he ALSO cares for a mother with dementia! SHAME!

Dr. Wong is a good guy. Gives excellent examinations, and hes willing to speak with you about any issues youre worried about. They usually have a good selection of wide frames.
