When I dropped my car off, they had me checked in and my rental car available in less than 20 minutes.I did have to take my car back the next day to have something removed from the door. Weve used Caliber Collision in Edmond a number of times and have always been pleased. When our sons car was struck in a parking lot, we chose Caliber Collision again through our insurance claim. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I called numerous times and sat on hold for at least half an hour in total. No matter how good the work might be, its hard to give someone business that doesnt answer the phone. We had our insurance claim moved to a different local body shop and will be sending our business there from now on.

I tried to send a survey in March 2020 but kept losing my entry in cyberspace. Then came Covid 19 and Ive been very careful to limit my trips away from home. In March my comments about Caliber Collision were glowing, but I dont remember exactly what I said. First and foremost was the fantastic repair they did on my 1915 Impala LTD. My car was so beautiful and so sparkling clean inside and out, I hardly recognized it. It had been finished in a reasonable time. The staff I met were intelligent, helpful, considerate and kind. Tanya at the reception desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. Then I met Tiffany who went with me outside to assess the damage to my car. If you had searched the World over, you could not have chosen a more outstanding Service Advisor. She has incredible social/soft skills, knows car damage and repair inside and out, very assured but kind and 110% professional. I had actually chosen to go to Bob Moore, but they could not schedule my repair for a week, so, knowing nothing about Caliber, I came to them. I would never take a automobile repair to any other repair shop. I have nothing but praise for their quality of work. In my opinion you dont pay Tanya, Tiffany and the repair staff enough. Everything about the experience was great! My car was hit by another car, meaning their insurance paid. Caliber took care of all the paperwork and even coordinated with my car rental company to make my experience as smooth as possible. They were knowledgeable, professional, and they did excellent work. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If I need body work again, I’ll be back at Caliber Collision Edmond.

Service was great, communication was great, and Id use them again. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars was that the new paint didnt match the old paint well. I was informed of this beforehand, and I know they tried, and fading is an issue, but that was my only issue. Overall... Excellent!

Very pleased with Caliber Collision. After hitting a deer and doing extensive damage, we chose Caliber because of location and their status as a Farmer’s Insurance preferred shop. I stayed in near-daily contact with Darren and they were able to complete the repairs a day ahead of schedule, in time for us to take a road trip over Memorial Day. All the financials were handled between Farmer’s and Caliber; no headaches or surprises on that end. The repairs look great.

I broke a mirror off of my 2003 Civic. I figured it would be hard to find another one because of its age. Jon Brewer took a look at it and said there shouldnt be a problem. He found a used one (that looks better than the original) and had it put on in 30 minutes. Small job to them but big to me. I highly recommend Jon Brewer and Caliber Collision. They are friendly, their place is clean and their coffee is great.

Slowest work I’ve ever seen. Can’t fix a car in a reasonable amount of time. A 2019 should NOT be taking this long to get parts in for and it sounds like they are using third party parts. Highly unsafe for a new vehicle. Would not recommend going there unless you want to be without a vehicle for months and likely risk further damage in the future. The dealership would’ve had this done in a month. Pathetic.

Terrible experience. Do not get work done at Caliber Collision. Told me they offer a lifetime guarantee, but when I reported an issue, manager John Brewer, said it was just a stunning coincidence that I started having issues right after they worked on my car and that it must be wear and tear. Im now responsible for the additional $350 because they were negligent with the repair, and failed to back their guarantee.

Got my car in and by the next day they gave me a quote. They told me exactly everything that needed to be done and how long it would take. Mike was glad I called and asked how everything was going (even though I called a lot, he didnt care). As soon as the parts arrived he called to update me and told me it would only be a couple more days from then. They worked very fast to get my car back to me.! My car looked brand new when they returned it to me! I absolutely appreciate their cooperation and enthusiasm they have in their work! I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs to get their car fixed!

Pros: They are polite and the quality of the work was very good.Cons: They had my car for almost 2 months due to very poor scheduling (overbooking) on their part after a hailstorm. I could never get a straight answer regarding when my car would be ready and they refused to give me any compensation for the delay citing contractual obligations with my insurance company that prevented them from discounting the deductible. I finally got a small amount of compensation after I wrote emails to the corporate web site and their CEO.

Dropped my car off the day after I spoke with them about repairs, they called me every couple of days with updates. Finished my car in less than 2 weeks. Original estimated time was 3-4 weeks. I was very impressed with communication, speed, and quality.

Awesome friendly service. Fixed my car 2x before it was estimated for completion. 1 accident, and another for hail damage. That paintless dent removal is cheaper than full fix, if possible for your car.

I could not have been happier with my experience. Everyone was very polite and the service was efficient and quick. Hopefully I wont need to return, but if I need repairs again I will definitely choose Caliber.

They have had our car in the shop for now 3 weeks and we just got it back again and it has more problems that didn’t even exist. We had a sensor that got hit in the back and beeps every time you back up and a small dent in the bumper. It should be a simple fix. We get there at the end of the day they’ve closed and the beeping is worse. So they take are car back for 2 weeks to get the part and put it in... We got it back today and the safety lights inside the car won’t turn on. So that means more time in the shop. I mean I can’t express how unimpressed and annoyed I am with this company. I do NOT recommend!

Did a shotty type job on the bumper of our vehicle and when we went to pick it up, there was literally 0 miles left in the tank for gas. We had half a tank at the wreck site. Gee, thanks a lot. As if sending your car to the shop isnt stressful enough. Just do your damn jobs!!!

Do not take your car here. They have forgotten who there customer is. It is my choice where to get my car fixed do not treat me like I am forced to use you and you will do minimum required of you. I would rather not have my car fixed than to let them touch it.

They installed the bumper incorrectly which caused it to chip the paint on the rear quarter panel on both sides of the truck. Bumper almost fell off on the way home. They also cracked my drivers side mirror. They ordered the wrong parts twice which added a full week longer to the repair. The office was nice so thats why they got at least one star

Hands down worst shop and collision experience I have ever had. They had truck for a total of 36 days and were unable to fix it to an acceptable level. I have had truck back for almost 2 weeks and they are just now getting me back in to repair stuff that I told them was an issue from day one. In fact I told them 3 different times over the course of the 36 day event. Really poor communication on the part of the shop and letting you know whats really going on with your car and what they are doing. My initial estimate was only $7500 . When they were done the bill was well over $20k. They are refusing to fix or replace tool box that got damaged in wreck even though its something as small as a $200 took box even if they had to eat it for all of the mishaps and there were many times the ball got dropped. The only bright spot in this whole terrible situation is a service writer named nathan. He was helpful just unfortunate that he is at the hands of a company that doesnt seem to care about anything but the bottom dollar. Sub par paint work as well as the truck just not being close to the same it was before the accident.

Great service and work done on my Tundra

Went there to get car repairs after a wreck. July 16th was my drop off date. Had to take my car back 4 times. The mechanic they hired refused to look at things and the Head of their operation (Nate) told me that He isnt going to look at what isnt broken Even though my insurance company gave me the go ahead to have a certain part checked out. Insurance paid them $9633.68 for repairs and for a new engine to be put in. My car was released on 9/13 and on 11/9 I had to have my car towed in to a shop who told me my engine was locked and would need a new one....despite having JUST done that (supposedly) at Caliber two months ago? Upon hearing from the new shop that I needed ANOTHER engine, I decided to call Caliber on 11/12 to request copies of paperwork on what all they had done to my car, as well as where they got the part from (the engine), I was given the run around on the phone and the lady requested that I Maybe leave my husbands number to call them back on so they can speak to him directly (one I dont have a husband, and two its MY car) Why would They need to speak to anyone other than me? Still no paperwork was sent to me, and no paperwork was given to me upon release even though I specifically asked their front desk personnel if I needed to sign anything and was told no. Nathan Williams has treated me poorly on more than one occasion on the phone, probably because I am female from the sounds of it, and now there is an investigation pending because there is no way my car should already need replacement of the very part they said they replaced. Four months of this nonsense is too much. Normally I dont review but I feel people need to know this story because it could happen to them. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SHAAAADY.

About a week ago someone took offense to my parking spot and scared me enough that I hit a pole. 1 big body shop would not see me cause it was 415 when I can in. A second body shop quoted 1000.00 dollars. Then I can to Caliber Collison. Even though it was 5 and an hour before closing they still helped me. The staff was great included Nathen who looked at the scrapped bumper of my poor car. He asked for the keys and took it to the back. It was 10 minutes later when he came back and asked me to take a look. To my surprise, he buffed it right out. It now looks brand new. I asked how much and Nathen said no charge. I was pleased with the service I received from the staff at the counter to the clean facilities, to Nathen customer service and resolving the situation in an honest and professional manner. Now thats how you get customers. Honest and reliable service. I am proud to say that they have earned a customer and will recommend them to anyone who asks.Thank You

Went for a estimate on my car and waited for someone to help so I asked for help again and this big guy comes out whos name was Brad and said they are really busy come back later . I told him I just talked to someone else and was waiting . He told me again they was real busy come back later ! I dont know what this was all about but he was a smart mouth and had a evil grin like he was trying to bully me . I will NOT come back to Caliber Collision again and I might just call there Headquarters in Lewisville, TX about this .
