Once again AR of Edmond comes through! You really cant ask for better service than these guys.Dropped my car off, and get a loaner of the same car... But base model... Within 10 minutes of walking through the door! With the loaner, it was actually nice to see how good of a deal I got through them... buying a loaner car with a 100k mile warranty, and seeing the sticker price on my Q4, but base model, and realising, a year later, that I will buy ALL my AR cars through them. They have a stellar service department that will take care of you, above and beyond whats typical with a dealer, and know me by name... Even though Ive had zero problems with my Giulia Q4. 😁

I have nothing bad to say. I bought a new left over 2017 Giulia. I live in Colorado. My Purchase was done over the internet. The dealership held the car for me for a month before I could fly into Oklahoma City and pick it up. The dealer had no problem working with my credit union here. They beat the price by $5000.00 dollars from any dealer in the Denver metro area. The Hole staff was really kind to me. From the sales man Sam Assaleh to the finance manager and the dealership manager. Sam even picked me up at the airport. I will go back for my next car purchase. I highly recommend Edmond Hyundai Fiat Alfa Romeo.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a 2018 AR Stelvio in March of 2018 and unfortunately have had several problems with the car. The service department lacks in professionalism, knowledge of the vehicles they are servicing, and efficiency. When we ask questions regarding the vehicle, the service department manager becomes irritable and hangs the phone up. Customer service after the sale of the vehicle is beyond frustrating.

I put down deposit on a vehicle, the purchase conditioned by the vehicle being possible to upgrade. Unfortunately it was not possible to upgrade, but they gave me back my deposit without any attempts to push a deal through, which I much appreciated!

I purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelio one month ago and have had a horrible time just getting through on the phone with them. It will ring forever and then send me to someone’s random VM. They neglected to tell me that they were shutting the Alfa and Fiat side down, so no warranty work there. They also had us buy the extended warranty, knowing they were closing that side of the business. I find that criminal. Not only would I not buy any car they sell, I wouldn’t buy a poop scooper from them. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

My wife and I had a very bad experience with Alfa Romeo of Edmonds. I will not name the salesperson or manager here but I will outline why the experience was bad. I have given them many attempts to communicate, through email and leaving my name and number for a manager to call me back, but they do not seem to want to call me back or listen to what I have to say.I of my biggest issues is with the incentives they advertise on their website. As we negotiated I made the salesperson aware that there are additional incentives listed on their website. I pointed out one that was called Automobility. This is an incentive for people with disabilities. I did not initially realize this and the salesperson said this is the lowest deal in the nation. The 2018 Stelvios are discounted right now but they do not have the lowest in the nation. I also emailed the salesperson and stated that there is an incentive for USAA members also listed on their website. I followed the instructions on their website and obtained a certificate number through the USAA. The response from him was that their price was the lowest it can go.I have since made contact with other dealers that have said they have no problem including the incentive. I do not understand how they will not honor an incentive they have for veterans and while I do not qualify for the disability incentive they were not able to take the time and actually look at what I was inquiring about. The next issue is the appearance that they do not take good care of their inventory. The vehicle we drove was already pulled to the front of the building when we arrived. We test drove it and were fine with the vehicle but we wanted to look at their other packages. When we go to get into 2 other Stelvios on the lot, the batteries were both dead. That makes me think the batteries on the one we drove was also dead. A dead battery does damage and that battery will not last as long, we all know that. So now I question something else they told us.We were told that they move them inside when bad weather hits. We all know that bad weather has been hitting Oklahoma for months now. Why would they not either 1. do PMs to prevent a number of issues and 2. when they moved them in, let them run so the battery does not stay dead.3. We did not haggle on price at all. My wife only wanted them to include $150 floor mats and $250 to racks. They said they could not do it. That would be $2000 for both. Had the salesperson taken the time and either looked them up or asked my wife if she had a certain ones in mind part of the issue could have been avoided. he did neither. My wife had already done her homework and knew the price of the mats she wanted. We said ok and go to leave. The manager stops us and says he can only do the racks. The racks cost $850. My wife pulled up the racks she was referring to online and they were only $250. We told them we are going to go eat dinner and discuss the offer. While we were barely a mile down the road the salesperson called and said that they will either take the amount of the floor mats and rack off the total price or they can cut us a check. We said we will let them know.Shortly after we discuss it and my wife texts him back and states we will take the $850 the manager offered and we have $4000 down if you accept the offer. We eat and sit for a bit waiting for him to test us back. My wifes patients had grown short by this time. I end up calling and he said the best they can do is $500. Again, inconsistencies on their part. My wifes is frustrated but we go back.We are signing papers and there are 2 papers they want us to sign. One states this vehicle may or may not have been a return and the other is this vehicle may or may not have had hail damage. With the numerous other issues we were encountering my wife ultimately felt extremely frustrated. As she is signing the papers the sales person says these are just needed but I am telling you this vehicle has not been returned and it has had no hail damage. We wanted verification for us but they would not provide it.

THEY ARE CLOSED AND CANNOT SERVICE AN ALFA ROMEO!I bought my Guilia from them and I drove over 100 miles to have it serviced when ever the car needed it. I knew that going into the deal and I feel they took care of my needs. However Friday I was in the City and called to bring my car in for some work that I had told the service department needed to be done next time I was in the area. I let them know what is going on in advance because I dont wish to be told Im driving my car like a hot rod when in fact, I put up with the issue as long as possible, until I can get it back into them for work. By that time the issue is worse and still not because of me. However I give the service manager 5 stars as she always did her part.On Friday I called and was told they do not sell Alfas and was also told that can change the oil, but they cannot do warranty work nor can they even purchase Alfa parts! When I asked where do I go now to have the warranty service conducted, Dallas?? I was told to go to any place that is an authorized Alfa Romeo dealership! So this dealer is closed, will not work on Alfas, cannot provide parts for them and I never received a call, letter, email or anything letting me know this. That is the part that makes me upset!

Dante is the Alfa Romeo guru. I stopped in to check out the Stelvio Sport and he took me on a great test drive route so I could feel all the performance this suv has to offer. Worked with me on a good trade-in deal.
