They were not professional and did not communicate well with the insurance company which lead to me paying $1,300 out of pocket for rental car expenses. I finally had to go into the shop and solve their problem for them. They were waiting on a damaged tail light that had no delivery date. The damage was that only one of the guidpins was cracked (I suspect that happened when they removed it) but they were waiting for a whole new assembly. I told them to put the old one back in as it was totally functional and safe and call me when the new one came in. This was a month after the original repair timeline quote. They never communicated any of this too the insurance which I requested several times. I never got reimbursed by insurance... Look elsewhere for auto repair.

I cannot in all honesty give this company any or much good things. Because of their not contacting me, I had a rental car ( from the time they told me to leave my car) for a week before they even looked at my car.. This is about the nicest part of the ordeal that I can share. I ended up having to pay $72 of my own for the rental. They had my car for 22 days mostly because they didn’t think of the checks from my insurance that they had ok’d the additional parts. Again my car sat. Very upset with the actions of the body shop.

If I could leave 0 stars that would be more accurate. I have never dealt with a more incompetent business in my life. The lack of communication between staff members is baffling. Not once did I speak with 2 individuals that were on the same page about my vehicle. My insurance told me one thing and they told me something completely different almost like they did not even do their job of communicating with my insurance company. They told me to drop my vehicle off and then to pick it up and then told me they never told me to pick it up and it would be another month before I could drop it off. Once I was able to drop it off again it sat for 3 days before they reached out to my insurance for approval of a tear down. My accident was July 29th and my final date of completion was October 15th because of this company. Absolutely awful staff.

This location does not care about the customer. My car wasn’t fixed correctly and the items left in my middle console were gone through (prescription vitamins and a bottle of liquid). Thankfully I didn’t leave anything valuable but I did leave a bottle of oil that has a very strong and distinctive odor. That particular bottle has been in my car for months, about half full. I go to pick up my vehicle and as soon as I opened the driver door I noticed the odor and the bottle is completely empty (the lid wasn’t screwed on correctly). I’m really glad this happened because I know for certain the workers at this location aren’t trustworthy. I also wonder how are things going for the person who disrupted my bottle. I’m sure you’ve learned by now…don’t touch things that aren’t yours and never with the intention of doing anything less than good

I was incredibly impressed with my entire experience. Knowing that everything is in short supply right now, I was prepared for a 6-8 week repair. Doug made sure to communicate with me every step of the way & keep me informed on my vehicle’s progress. Even with a few unexpected hiccups along the way, the fairly major repairs were completed within a month. I was blown away by the customer service Doug was able to provide throughout the process. It was (and is) greatly appreciated!

I dropped off my car off on April 6th. I was told two weeks to make the repairs. I received a text from Bob Howard with a link that I could follow the progress. Not a lot of detail but it did tell where we were in the process. It also said two weeks with a date of April 20th. Now I realize that those are projected dates but two weeks was plenty of time for my repairs.On the Tuesday the 20th (projected date) I received no call from the collision center so I called. I was sent to an extension that the voicemail was full so I had to call back and was able to leave a message at that extension. I received no response on Tuesday. Called again Wednesday with no response. Called Thursday and asked to hold until I was able to talk to someone. I spoke with someone, couldn’t clearly hear the name and he was not sure what was going on but would check. I actually received a call back but with the disappointing news that my car had not even been painted. I was told how “difficult” a job my car repair was and my “special paint” would make the job longer. So I was told it would be at the latest another week. At this point, the nice web based repair tracker is no use... It still says April 20th.I called on The following Tuesday to check if we were on track for Thursday with no response. I called Wednesday with no response. On Thursday and was able to actually talk to somebody! I was assured that were on track but at the very latest it would be Friday. It was not ready on Thursday. I knew because I called not someone from the center. I was assured on Friday morning we were on track for end of day but could not give me an estimated time. I receive a call that my car is ready and I quote “all buttoned up” late Friday afternoon but in the same breath was told something was overlooked and not completed bit that I could come get it and bring it back for finish it up or I leave it there to fix on Monday.I asked to speak with his supervisor. I explained my frustrations and he said he would try to have my car ready by the end of day Monday. Next Tuesday they will have had my car for 4 weeks. 4 weeks to replace the bumper, rear quarter panel and rear tail light. I cannot not even imagine if I had more damage how long it would take. It is really shame on me for taking it there. I’ve had issues in the past with different issues than the current ones but it is a known place for me and Toyota certified. I will not make the same mistake again.Update 5/3/2021: I picked up my car today and it was dirty inside and out. The inside of my car looks like they left the windows down and kept my car outside the entire 4 weeks they had it. My car is missing the caps to the headliner. Around one of those holes there is grease or dirt from when removed. The line between the two tones of paint on my rear quarter panel is not clean. I was told when I brought my car in it would as good as new. I wish that was true.

I read many negative reviews on Google specially pinpointing specific people who they had trouble with, I did not find these reviews to be true. My car was in an accident, they did a great job making it look basically new. More importantly, they were extremely thorough in making sure the vehicle was ready and safe to drive. If your an impatient person who just wants a quick fix for their car, then Bob Howard is not for you. If you want your car fixed properly making sure it is safe to drive with good quality work, then this place is for you. Special thanks to Doug and Tracy for dealing with me coming in everyday for an update!

Had vehicle towed to Bob Howard Collision the morning of October 23. Today is December 31.I signed the authorization to repair, and initial insurance payment was issued on October 26.Initial estimate was 6 business days to repair.November 18, insurance adjuster informed me of a supplement.Supplement increased estimated repair time to 14 business days. They received supplement payment November 20.So far, It’s been 67 calendar days, 46 business days, not counting holidays, and it’s still not finished.I have received OnStar notifications that battery was almost dead, and low tire pressure. Lost communication for several days. (Battery dead)No communication from Bob Howard Collision.I called and spoke to the manager, Billy Lile, on December 18, as Brittany had yet to return a single call.I was told he was unaware how long it had been there, and that it was now a priority job. He would not let it “slip through the cracks.” Possibly complete by December 24.On December 24, I was told early December 29.End of the day December 29, I was told maybe late December 30, possibly December 31.I guess it “slipped through the cracks.” after all. I still don’t have my car.UPDATE: I picked up vehicle December 31, after 5pm. It still need pin stripping, but they didn’t have the correct color. Final work was completed on January 4, 2021. Quality looks good.

We took our CRV in for repairs after a accident and they charged us for parts that they didn’t replace. When I picked up my car, there was 2in of ice on it and didn’t realize my bumper cover and wheel molding still have paint from the other car. I have called State Farm to handle this and I am not happy.

Poor customer service, had my car for 5 weeks and kept telling us 10 more days every time we called. They never called us personally, we always had to reach out to them. I understand it may take time to finish the job, and I wasn’t upset about how long it took. I was upset at the little communication and lack of professionalism.

Collision center did a fine job on my car.But they kept it for three weeks. They called every week to report progress with the opposite parties insurance company. So I assume the insurance company was dragging their feet. Ultimately that insurance company paid the full amount for repairs and my car was finished up and ready. It would have been a bigger inconvenience if I had not had use of another family car.I would argue that the collision center addressed each and every damaged particle on my car that was a result of the collision. So I am happy with the result.

After informing us that it will be a month to repair a simple fender bender for my girlfriend’s car they end up taking nearly 3 weeks beyond that costing nearly a grand in extended car rentals and then had the audacity to return us the car with a battery that needs replacing (we can do it for $400 more dollars and I’m not convinced they didn’t just leave the car hooked up to something for a couple weeks and oops the cell is dry now) and a camera that needs calibration (an issue that wasn’t even there upon initial drop off and it will only cost $300) after discussing this terrible customer service and doing the right thing they begrudging sent me to the dealership to get the camera fixed at no cost to me except for 2-1/2 more hours of my time.Tl;drDo not use the Bob Howard collision center in edmond if at all possible. Mom and Pop stores will serve you better.

I had an unpleasant experience with Bob Howard Collision center. They had terrible communication with my insurance company which slowed the process down tremendously. I was told my car was no where near totaled and was reassured twice it was getting “broken down”. 4 weeks after it was there I was informed by my insurance company (not bob Howard until 6 days later) that my car was totaled. This lead me to paying for a rental car out of pocket for weeks as I started the totaling process 5 weeks after my accident.

The work done was great. However, I was surprised to have two separate quotes that were increased once work was set to begin. One was around $1000 quoted that ended up being $1500. The other was for a 3/4 scratch that was quoted around $450, but later changed to almost double that.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I bring my car in for repair and it comes out 3 weeks later in worse condition. They dont return phone calls. Doug called to say the parts were in on week one. I had not heard anything by week two. Left message after message. Finally had to tell the front desk that Doug would not return my calls so I guess they found him and made him hop on the phone to which Doug said yeah we just got your parts in. I guess he was lying the prior week. Fast forward to picking up, I drove it home on a Friday get up in the morning and its leaking oil and not only that the front end is acting weird when I break. Plus they missed some damage on a window. I take it back per their instruction. I explained everything. I hear nothing for two days even though Im leaving messages. Im supposed talking to Tory now because Doug went on vacay. Do they return my messages??? Nope. They call my insurance company to tell them the damage is not due to impact. I flipped out when insurance called. I informed them that I knew that but these issues werent there prior to being at BOB HOWARD! My insurance told me to call BOB HOWARD again. GUESS What no answer, no returned call. THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive had work done before and it was done fast, efficient, with updates and common courtesy. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! Im telling my insurance company they need to sue them or I will.

They did a very good job on the damage to my Camry. When I picked it up, I noticed they had cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. They also washed the outside of it which was very nice of them. The only downside is they had my car for 3 weeks fixing it, it was over a holiday but that is still a long time. Also almost every time I called the people at the front desk didnt know the progress of my car and I was transferred to an answering machine of someone who never called back. One time I got an actual update when I called, anyway overall I am pleased with the body work to my car.

Had frontal collision repair on a 1993 GMC done here in 1996. Im making this post now because we are finally doing a new paint job and I am finding so many short cuts where they left off parts, bolts and screws. When the truck was picked up it had overspray all over the rest of the truck that wasnt noticed until I came home from a deployment several months later and went to wax it. Within 5 years all the area the repair had the clear coat peeling. Now as I go through it prepping for its new paint job I find bolts missing, screws missing, and even some actual parts missing. It reminded me of how bad a job they did back then so Im posting now since I wasnt able to back then. Shame on you Bob Howard. The sad thing is I should have known better since I had warranty work done the previous year at their GMC dealership and that work was done poorly as well. The factory paint job from the middle of cab back is still intact with clear coat just worn out with scratches. 80% of repaired clear coat has been gone for almost 20 years. Base coat is intact though...just fill. Will try to find old records to post. Maybe new management will help.

Having to deal with hail damage for the first time was not an easy experience, but thanks to Bob Howard Collision Center I had this issue fixed and got my car back looking good as new. Todd was extremely detailed and also very confident in his line of work. His confidence is what made me feel very comfortable to leave my vehicle with them. Of course there were some downs that did not agree on and will not mention on this post, unless I speak to a manager personally, to give him or her my feedback on what was wrong. Ten months ago , I went to get my antenna replaced ,and there was no problems. I recently needed the antenna replaced because I had backed out of my garage with it up. There was a new service person named Doug. This man was wasteful, rude , and talked of racial discrimination to me a person of color. Inappropriate!!!!But when I returned to pick my car up it was damaged , back window coming up, and leather was ripped off. I also had him replace the truck button on the car and he called to say he needed to replace Jaguar chrome as well. Chrome is coming up antenna will not go down for 2 minutes after button is pressed..But the way I was treated., I was crying g and he yelled in my face saying that does not impress me, wasnt trying to, just disappointed and hurt that he lied. When asked to talk to mechanic , he said be is late. Dougs boss was no better. SI, now I am out of 5,000.00 to have my roof and leather replace and now it is in the jaguar dealership, because I refuse to talked and grated that way again. If Bob Howard , does not like people of color then why does he like the green currency, it too has color.

Bob Howard has friendly and professional staff that helped me and answered all of my questions. They were able to get my car repaired quickly and it looks brand new! I only had one concern which was that my headlights and indicator lights were not reconnected when I picked my car up. I immediately told a staff member who said it was just a bulb that needed to be replaced but no one looked thoroughly at my car to ensure that is all that it was. I called the next day and they said I could bring it in and they would address it immediately. Luckily, we have a friend who is a mechanic and he fixed it for me. It was a minor oversight and I still think they do a great job at Bob Howard!

Would put zero stars if possible.TERRIBLE experience, they did not communicate well with the insurance company which caused A LOT of issues and later told us to pay for the wreck which wasn’t our fault. Took more than a month to fix the car even though the car’s headlight was the most damaged part. We would call them to give updates, but it seemed they had no idea what the progress was and would LIE they did not return our calls as well. Had problems with employee named Doug, his boss was even worse, and they old us to never come back also!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Doug is the most unprofessional human being I have ever had the unpleasant experience of getting to meet. My vehicle was at this center for over a month, in which I couldn’t reach the center at all during the time, every time I was on sight it was a different story as to why my vehicle was behind schedule. 🗣DONT DO IT.I had a minor accident, required my front bumper to be replaced. When I picked it up after a week it was repaired poorly and it wasn’t flesh with the car. My assigned estimator (a pregnant chick) was very condescending saying “they repaired it the best they could do.” I told them I wasn’t taking my car, it needed to be repaired or replaced correctly. Another week later I get a call my car is ready.. I check it out and everything seems good. Not even a month later the same corner that was popped out before is once again jutted out. The brackets were clearly not placed correctly at all. I called to speak to a manager- got told by Tracy he’s in Houston and the estimator for my case is on maternity leave, basically no one available.I ask her if I take my car to a competent shop, would I be reimbursed or whatOptions do I have since I clearly cannot trust their shop & she hangs up. I call back and get lively Tracy again, I once again ask for a manager or ANYONE who can tell me what options I have and she goes on to explain the same thing again. So, I asked “so nobody at all is available?” She said “oh that’s what I was trying to get you to do.” Then after a long hold transfers me to “Richard.” Who rudely told me I needed to bring my car back up there, I explained I didn’t trust them to touch my car again and he told me to call my insurance company. No apologies, no nothing from day one and all the hassle from a MINOR repair. Great service 🙄🙄🙄

What started as a 3 DAY repair estimate quickly turned into a 4 WEEK nightmare. I am not one to write scathing reviews on businesses-- however I was quite frankly pushed to my limit at Bob Howard Collision Center, and I know I need to advise others against taking their cars here.My estimator was Brittany and I received ZERO calls or updates throughout the entire process of getting my car door replaced. Week after week, it was me calling them to check up on why it was taking so long.When my car was finally ready and parked in front, I double-checked the door to make sure it was perfect. I locked the door from the inside and when I put my key in to unlock it, it exhibited resistance.. I was locked out (I do not have a fob). They told me exactly, I guess we didnt check the outside lock. And so I had to wait another day since the techs have gone home for the day. I asked for a manager, but to my luck, he was on vacation for the week.The next day I went up to get my finished car... and I saw a spot on the edge of my door that did not look like the rest. When I rubbed it, fresh paint came off my finger. Brittany was there and apologized-- I waited 40 minutes to get the spot painted over and dried and then sped my way out of this little hell hole on the Broadway Extension.I will not be taking my car here again.

The work that was done on my vehicle was good, not great, not bad. It took 19 days from the day I dropped off my car for repair and 4 supplement estimates to replace a bumper, a fender, and a clear coat protector. The car was dusty and had water spots left on the new bumper from where it had been washed according to the staff at BHCC. Original estimate was about $2200, next estimate was about $3200, I never saw the third supplement estimate, and the final estimate totaled $5158, more than twice the original estimate. When I picked my vehicle up, the receptionist drove it out front, left it running and told me thank you. I requested someone to at least do a cursory inspection of the work that was completed, which ended up being three different walk around inspections. 1st inspections unveiled the bumper not fitting correctly. 2nd inspection unveiled the clear coat not matching the existing correctly. 3rd and final inspection revealed my antenna was missing, which the person working my claim wouldnt admit was missing until I sent him picture of the car on the day I dropped it off, which showed it was clearly on the car before the repair and not on the car after the repair. ALL of the issues were resolved in a single day once the antenna that was ordered arrived and the clear coat protector was scheduled for repair. It took two days to schedule the follow up punch list items and I was on my own for getting to and from the BHCC as I had already turned in the rental car. I wasnt offered a ride to and from work, I was left to make my own arrangements . The claims specialist did keep me informed, via email, during the entire 19 days, after taking 5 days to respond to the insurance claims specialist. I sent an email, on her behalf, to BHCC claims specialist to ask for the estimate and pictures to be sent to the insurance company as they had been trying to get this information from BHCC so they could approve the repair and BHCC could order the parts and schedule the repair.Overall, it wasnt a bad experience nor was it a great experience. I wouldnt recommend or not recommend them to someone in the future. I will share my experience with anyone asking and let them decide for themselves. I bought my vehicle new at Bob Howard Toyota in 2013 and the Bob Howard Collision Center was recommended by Bob Howard Toyota as the place to have my car repaired.Caveat Emptor ... let the buyer beware ...

Poor customer Service. Examples: they could not give me a timeline as to how long the repairs will take so scheduling a rental car was a problem. When I called for an update I was forced to leave 2 voicemails over two days for a person named Brittany she never returned my call, after four days I had to demand an actual update and I was told they would have to keep the car another week. No reason was given. Four days later I called again for an update. This time I did talk to Britney and she told me the car would be ready after 5 pm the next day. Since I had already scheduled my rental car until Wednesday morning I asked if I could pick it up first thing in the morning. Brittney said the car would be waiting for me. Wednesday morning I showed up at 8 am and I returned the rental car. However, Bob Howard ‘s receptionist knew nothing about my car and asked how I knew by car was ready. I told her Britney told me. She said Britney was not at work today. She went to go talk to the shop manager and he said the car was not ready and he would call me. So I had to walk back over to the rental center and get my rental car back 20 minutes after I had just returned it. The shop manager called me later that day and said he was still wiping the car down but it would be ready the next day. He called me Thursday morning and apologized stating “we had to back order some parts.” I picked up the car at the next morning. The workmanship was excellent. If they had just kept in touch with me I don’t think I would’ve been nearly as upset with them over the delay.

I can not say enough good things about Doug Mundwiler and Billy Lile- My car wreck wasnt the perfect situation or timing during covid, so while it did take more time to fix, Doug went ABOVE and beyond any body shop Ive ever worked with to fix my car to perfect condition. I am a picky OCD car person and know cars well, so i know when stuff needs 2nd look. They got everything approved via my insurance after who hit me her insurance never took over the claim. Got me set up with rentals and every bit was GREAT daily messages about my car and any time I wanted to come up and see process, I was welcomed with red carpet service. I truly appreciate everything Doug did to work my car accident. Thank you Doug, Billy and Bob Howard

Not a good experience at all.No communication until I was calling every day. Took way to long. 2 months they had my car. And I still have a ding in the back quarter panel. Car smelled like paint for 3-4 days. No apologies ever, or info on what was replace or wrong with it.

Richard helped me starting with a quote, throughout the repairs, and even scheduled a follow-up appointment with me when I had a concern. I sincerely appreciate the promptness of their work. I was told it would be 7-10 business days, but they finished 3 days early. Richard took personal interest and care in making sure that my Jeep Wrangler was well taken care of and that I felt good about their services. I will definitely recommend Bob Howard Collision in the future.

Scheduling a time was challenging and inconvient. I was given misinformation about the time to bringing my car in for repairs. My bumper and and end piece where replaced and were not matched up so there is a gap.The staff was nice and my car was repaired quickly once they were able to get it into the shop.

I havent received my car back yet and fearful of what it is going to look like when I get it. What I wish would happen is your car is the second most expensive item you will purchase second to your home. And keeping your customer at ease about the process and progress of your car would be appreciated. I was promised calls on Monday Wednesday and Fridays and have had to make all the calls only receiving one call. When calling to ask about the progress they never knew. I am single and this being my only car it would make me feel more comfortable if they understood the importance of communication for a better customer experience.

Doug is absolutely fantastic to deal with and kept me up to speed on the very drawn out process of trying to get my car repaired after being rear ended. My car ended up being a total loss but the guys there are very knowledgeable and friendly and will not sugar coat issues, which was very important to me. Air hugs!

We were told our car would be ready Thursday afternoon, no later than Friday morning of the same week. Our car was not ready until the following Thursday evening the next week.Customer Service & Communication with Customer:When Thursday came, no phone calls from anyone from the facility. My husband called and asked if our car was ready. He was told the part was being picked up at another facility and would be ready Friday evening instead but will have our car ready before the weekend. Friday afternoon we call to get a status on the car and the young lady said, “Did someone call you to let you know if it was ready?” My husband replied, “No, but we...” and she interrupted him and said, “Well it’s not ready.” At that point my husband asks when it would be ready as we were told it would be done Thursday no later than Friday. Saturday came and we were going to return our rental car (we extended it when we didn’t get any phone calls from the facility just in case and incurred another week of rental fees) and stopped by the facility because it was next door. My husband comes back out and says the car was just brought in to be fixed and will not be ready until Monday evening. Monday we call them and we’re told the car part has been put on and it is going through quality checks and it would be ready Tuesday. We call Tuesday (because they never called) and spoke to the receptionist who then put us on hold for 12 minutes (yes we timed it) until the claims person picks up and she says, “Did anyone call you to let you know it was ready?! We said we would call you.” Sounding annoyed with US because we keep calling to get a status update on our car. We respond, “As a matter of fact no, we have not received one phone call from your facility since we turned our car in last Tuesday with a completion date of Thursday, no later than Friday of LAST week. When we called your office to get an update on our vehicle, we were told to call back or given an excuse with a false completion date of the next day. We have extended our rental car three times because your office has failed to communicate with the customer in a timely and friendly manner, so we are contacting you to get a firm date.” The claims person let’s out a sigh and says, “Well I was just told that your car will be ready tomorrow afternoon.” with a sassy undertone.Was it ready on Wednesday afternoon? NO!Did we receive a phone call? No!We called and they said it would be ready Thursday morning. Was it ready in the morning? Nope, we went to go drop off our rental car and stopped by at 3:00. And guess what they asked, “Did someone call you to let you know it was ready?” NO!Friendliness of Staff:RUDE, HORRIBLE, UNFRIENDLY! Your company and employees are HORRIBLE! I have never given a negative review before, but I want to warn others so they don’t end up in our situation. I would give zero stars if possible, specifically to Doug. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We have always driven Hondas and have always been happy, this is our first experience with the collision center, and we will never return. We were even warned by the dealership to avoid them because they do subpar work. We had a totally cosmetic issue in April, it’s August and it was ‘repaired’ wrong 4 times and at the end it was still not done properly and staff was UNBELIEVABLY rude. Never would fix the work they did wrong and now we have to open a second claim to take it to another shop to get it repaired correctly, avoid them at all costs!

I had a horrible experience here! I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to repair their car. I was promised my car two and a half weeks later. I didnt get a call until 3 almost 4, and I was the one following up. When I picked my car up, there ever visible damage, over spray, and the parts were not placed correctly. It was only front fender damage!Lets not speak about the inside and outside of my car DIRTY. Obviously my advisor did not over look my car before calling me to come get my car. I drive 35 minutes just to that destination alone. I made a total of 4 trips on different occasions because my car was NOT correct.My car was not correct until I took matters into my own hands and sent it to the dealership so they can fix the problem correctly. My small damage turned into a 7 almost 8 week process. My advisor was Dooley, and the head advisor of the shop wasnt too helpful either. Please find a different place to take your vehicle. They only care about getting your money, and not fixing it back to proper standards.

My catalytic converter was detached from my vehicle. First, I found my antenna from my vehicle inside the vehicle on the front seat when I picked it up. Then later when driving all the way from OKC to Duncan I kept hearing a metal clanking noise. I took it to a dealer ship in Lawton and they found that the catalytic converter was detached. I called Bob Howard Collision where I just picked it up and they tried to blame someone trying to steal it and acted like it was my problem. I explained I just drove it off your lot after getting front and rear damage from getting rear ended and pinned in. Damage wasnt too heavy, but not minimal. Wasnt pretty and I definitely worried about my muffler and radiator. Now, already having to deal with that stress, my vehicle was possibly now a victim of theft or damage on their property. I also would like to know why things were taken apart that shouldnt have been. In my trunk, my plastic cover thats over my spare tire is completely detached as well. The manager was able to resolve and get my catalytic converter rebolted on at a dealership in Lawton. I had to pay out of pocket $121 and Bob Howard later reimbursed me. But now my catalytic converter smells like rotten sulfur every now and then and its a brand new car and my cover over my spare is still detached. Ive had electrical issues as well. My fan belt is getting wet and making noise when it rains. Never had these issues before. If all that was wrong was cosmetic issues per Bob Howard, then why all these other problems. I guess their lot is not safe to vandals or they have someone working for them ripping people off and half a** on their job. Do they know how much we have to pay on vehicles and they need to be safe to transport our family. Our children. I finally get a chance to have a nice car and proud to pay for it and then they tear it up even more than the accident. Theres also a dent in the left fender they didnt fix from the wreck! Maybe they fixed what they could minimally to pocketed the rest of what insurance paid out! Ridiculous!

IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I took my car in at the end of July for hail damage repair, there was damage on about 80% of my car, I had no problem with my adjuster or reaching my adjuster to ask about when the car would be done or the status of my car BUT, when I came to pick up my car, that is when I noticed all the problems. I have about four stickers on my back windshield, there is a batman sticker, a TOMS sticker and two Obama stickers one large and one small. I take a lot of pride in my stickers and when I got my car back the large Obama sticker was torn off, and the small one had all the corners pulled up on it like they tried to tear it off but failed, the other two sticker were just fine, not messed with in any way. On top of that the tint in my back windshield is scratched, there are two HUGE stains in my driver and passenger seats, there is what looks like cleaning stuff splattered all over the interior of my car, all on the door and the visor and there is a disgusting residue all over the radio and air bag area. They also stole about $15 in quarters from me. The outer part of my car looked okay, it definitely was not 100%, it looked quite sloppy. I plan to NEVER take my car here again and to NEVER EVER EVER refer them to anyone. Its disgusting how disrespectful these people are and how they have no care for anyones belongings when that is what they deal with every day. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

We picked Bob Howard to complete the work on my vehicle after my accident. We were told it was ready for pickup on may 2, we picked up the vehicle and drove off and the two lights that came on after my accident were still on and the power steering and alignment seemed off. I took the car back to Bob Howard the next day to find out they never did a diagnostic on my vehicle or checked the warning lights! They had my car for another 11 days! Very disappointed!

They had the car for three months. After insurance stopped paying for the rental car, it cost about $25 per day while I waited for them to finish the repair. Yes, they had some problems with the national insurance company, but THREE MONTHS!!I had to go to the office and give an ultimatum to the manager. They blamed it on the flu bug. I blame it on not managing the business and the resources. I asked them to help pay for my rental car, but they flatly refused. Finally, when work was completed, they did a decent job, except the car was dirty, low radiator fluid (the engine was pulled), and tires were 5 PSI low (it sat in their parking lot for months). I absolutely LOVE Bob Howard dealerships, but I wont go back to their Collision Center.

I had called the Bob Howard Honda parts to get my car fixed and was transferred to the collision center. Which I had no idea was a separate place. After dropping my car off I had to call to get updates rather than them call me and let me know the progress. I used Google Maps to find their number and realized they had a 1.7 star rating. At this point it was to late to get my car back because a week had gone by. Needless to say do not use this company. I went to pick up my car and there was more damage done to my car while it was in there possession. The manager refused to do anything about it and was quite an a*hole when conversing with me. I have not had the best experience. The person handling my case NEVER called me back after my car being in the shop for two weeks. I left over 5 messages on her voicemail and in a two week span received ZERO calls back. I went to pick up my car and they left the white buffing composite ALL over the car. I mean everywhere. The composite is still on my car and I cannot get it off. My black trim around my rear window is now grey because they let the composite just sit there for lord knows how long. It took 4 hours to pick up my car and the man who was in charge of cleaning it told me that it sat on there too long and wouldnt come off so he cleaned it the best he could and sent me home with the white composite still all over my car. They also never gave me my tire key back. My mirror cover wasnt even snapped into place. I truly wish I would have gone somewhere else. I called the lady who handled my case again today and left a message so we will see if she calls me back, but odds are she wont. This whole experience has upset. There are parts of the paint job that are terrible but if I bring it back in they might just mess it up even more.

My dad brought his car here to fix hail damage. After it was here for 12 days, it was returned with that was never on the car. All the dents were out but they left behind terrible swirl marks from the suction cups that cannot be buffed out, it would need to be completely repainted. And there was a foot long strip of missing paint that was never there too. There was also so many scratches the car never had, the car was essentially in perfect condition before the hail damage. After taking it back AGAIN so they could fix their mistakes, they STILL DIDNT FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES. A couple spots were repainted that were supposed to be done in the first place, but some of the swirl marks still reside along with an indentation that should have been fix before/after being painted over.
