This is my second purchase with Reydel VW in Edison. Both buying experiences have been stress free and easy! I worked with Ray Forziati and he really got me a great deal! Had ordered the ID4 online and selected Reydel Edison as the dealership for delivery. I had never done business with them and purely picked them based on proximity. Having taken delivery of the car, i am so happy that i picked them. Naveen and his team were great to work with and obliged multiple request for test drives. I had an issue with renewal with license and they held my car (which was in high demand) for 3 weeks even if they werent obligated too.

Great deals and courteous staff! I was a little concerned about how complicated it would be to check out a car and buy one during this COVID period but they made it worth my while, especially with a first responder discount. All together I started with a phone call about 3pm on 4/30, negotiated the price and service etc. and by about 830pm that evening I was driving away with my new car. All paperwork completed and I had a new car. Aakash, Nav, Darius and lets not forget Amanda were fantastic, friendly and courteous. I’ve already referred a few people and I’ve switched from a Nissan car driver for the last 20 years to loving my new VW!

The entire process was an easy experience. My husband called that morning to see if the manual Jetta we found online was available. They said yes and we were able to come in about an hour later for a test drive with Gene. Everything was good, and the car was a great deal so we discussed details and the financial manager (Josh) was able to offer us even lower financing than our credit union since the vehicle was certified preowned. He also offered a maintenance package that made a lot of sense for us. The vehicle, experience and people were all great and the entire thing took under 4 hours which is what I would expect from buying a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a VW!

Having never leased a vehicle in the US before, the team at Reydel (special shout out to Ray!) could not have been more helpful, patient and honest. Explained everything, didn’t push us in any way (which we felt after visiting other dealerships) and the follow up service is incredible!Nav is particularly awesome. We still contact him with questions and he takes time to troubleshoot small issues with us (I was struggling to pair my phone) so he jumped on FaceTime and walked me through it. Unreal!He even sent us ‘pens’ to cover up a scratch after a careless valet caused us damage. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Even though we moved 2 hours away, we plan to return for our next lease and will only work with Nav!

Shopped both Edison and Linden locations for a used certified Volkswagen and they had the best selection of any stores nearby. Every vw certified car had a warranty and ended up buying the Jetta at the linden location because they had the color I liked. Service was excellent at both locations. Best place to get a used car.

When it came to buying the car I was happy they made me feel like family till something happens to the car…. Then it is like let’s play clueless and point fingers on who is to blame for the false information that was given. Very disappointed

I purchased a 2019 Jetta back in December 2019. At that time my license plates were to be transferred from my old car to my new car along with common sense would say a brand new registration. Never received a brand new registration and I never looked that was on me as with ALL other cars I have bought it was always done. However a year later when I found out I had no registration in speaking with the New Jersey Department of motor vehicles I then contacted Rydell Volkswagen whom told me I would receive a refund of 50% of what I paid for the old registration and new registration. This was Dec 26,2020. I never received my refund and now March 2021 I called and unless I want to take a day off work I will not receive a refund as they will not send me a check as promised months ago. I will say the manager attempted to assist me but due to others that have decided not to honor what Sonny had worked out with me I will not be doing any further business with them nor would I refer anyone.

Had a great experience working with Gene and Frank. Overall we are very pleased with the vehicle and service provided to us. Only downside we experienced was that the vehicle was not detailed when we came to pick it up and finalize the sale. We did call to request for it to be detailed before pick up and I’m not sure if they just forgot or what happened there. When we were done finalizing paperwork it was raining pretty hard and would have been easier if they had pulled the vehicle up to the doors as it was parked in a super tight spot. Instead we left the kids standing by the door to move the van closer to them so they could get in. Also, this one is our fault for not initially realizing but the Pacifica we purchased comes with a flat spare tire you’re supposed to inflate to use. Unfortunately the spare tire is still new but the previous owner took out the inflation kit. We will have to order that one so we do not end up stuck on the side of the road replacing a flat with a flat. Other than that Gene and Frank were wonderful to work with and honest about any questions we had along the way.

Hats off to the service department yet again. I had off today and needed to get my car serviced last minute and Chris and Keith were able to get me in this morning. Thank you!

By the time we were ready to sign the papers with Mike it was far after closing time. Mike was great too! It was late and I had my two young daughters with me so Mike did his best to speed through the process and get us home for the night. I appreciate Reydel checking with VW factory rep to confirm OBD reset was not covered under VW warranty. I knew Reydel was not doing free services for customers; however, I did feel like the work they did was less than 1 hr and kept my car in garage for 1 hr to bill 1 hr labor fee.

Before my wife and I purchased the 2019 Atlas a month ago from this dealership, we shopped around at many other dealerships. I would say sales reps from every other dealership bombarded the both of us trying really hard to sell us a vehicle then and there. Felt like I was being forced into something we were not ready for or have not decided on which vehicle we wanted yet.Reydel of Edison was a completely different experience. As soon as we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Javier. (Highly recommend working with him. Super knowledgeable and very helpful) We were interested in test driving both the 2019 Atlas and the 2019 Tiguan. We quickly filled out some paperwork and we were on the road. We slammed Javier with questions from every direction about every level of each vehicle that we drove and he knew it all like the back of his hands. This made the decision really hard because both the Atlas and the Tiguan were beautiful cars and drove great. We also have a baby on the way, hence why we were looking at the SUVs and both Javier and the sales manager Sunny, knew their stuff. Not once were we pushed to purchase the car or have deals thrown at us to get the car at that moment. We loved both cars and my wife and I needed time to make a decision. So Javier kindly gave us his information and told us to let him know whenever we were ready to come back when we’ve decided. We were too excited and came back the next day.Never have I ever had that type of experience before. I thought that by going to the dealerships to buy a vehicle, the norm was to be attacked by sales reps to buy buy buy and to pretend you aren’t interested for better deals or what not. Javier and everyone at Reydel has been nothing but helpful in our decision to buying the beautiful new 2019 Atlas.This past week, weather mats came in for our vehicle and my wife came to pick them up. As soon as Javier saw my pregnant wife walk in, he excused himself for a second from a customer to help my wife take the car to the back and get the mats put in and made sure all were good. Came in to look at a pre-owned GTI and in a couple of hours I had traded my old car in for that one. Aakash Patel was helpful in making sure that I am fully enjoying the car. He let me test-drive both a new GTI and the certified pre-owned one which gave me the reassurance that the CPO vehicle drives just like a new one. Overall, very good experience!

Spent over a month and visited three dealerships before settling on Reydel. I was met at the door, constantly checked on, listened to and never pressured into a purchase. Im not into haggling but certainly dont want to be taken advantage of. All of the people here (most stopped by to say hi) were very friendly, even on a very busy (Black Friday) day, they took their time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Their price was fair and made me feel good about my lease. I would recommend to anyone.

I came to Reydel looking for a reliable, lightly used car on a tight budget. I was met warmly and my criteria was carefully considered. On separate three visits that were required to view, test drive, pay and finalize my purchase I never once felt as if the place was actually as busy as it was. Nearly every employee interacted with me in a natural, fun and friendly way. Not a single person acted as if they were too busy to talk with me, even when they were with other customers or not directly involved in my transaction. As for my purchase I couldn’t be happier. Last Wednesday my a/c stop blowing cold air. Knowing that I have 2 years old car I assumed that it should be covered by the manufacture warranty. After calling numerous vw service and getting same answer, “sorry we booked till August” (really I need to wait at least 3 weeks, and drive my car without cold air in July) I called these guys. They were able to squeeze me in and resolve my problem in just 4 days. The technician covered interior, to make sure I’m getting my spotless car back. Performed a free check up. Also, I needed a set of tires and they gave me same as Internet price (including installation, so technically dealership beat the Internet price). Overall very pleasurable experience, and I will definitely recommend them. Only one small thing, due to COVID-19 I didn’t want to seat inside, and had walk around the lot for 4 hours, that be nice if they would have some benches. Thank you guys.
