Bought my firs car in this dealer and service was great . But a have a second car 2020 and I went to get 10 000 miles service and recall . I got appointment given vin # . When my wife went to drooped , she couldn’t get back home because was denied a loaner car explained how we bought it out state we aren’t allowed to have this benefit . Where is costumer satisfaction of Mercedes Ray Catena . Can be policy of ray Catena to put down this brand of car . That it was very inconvenience for us .I have to leave early of my company to pick up her . What happened if this for a new car owner , what expect to owner of use car at time to do maintenance. I wanted to resolve the matter before just a half refund on the wrongful charge which (before retaliation) was only $325.I only say half because I do understand that anyone has to pay for the parking of a vehicle and I acknowledged that the transmission fail was no fault of the dealer.bt at the same time knowing that it was immobile due to a BMW issue, attempting to raise the fee and then claiming you will block the tow truck to come retrieve the vehicle took your employees pathetic behavior into criminal theft and withholding. Furthermore they didnt think it through because nothing would stop a tow truck from getting the vehicle with isnt issued to you. In fact if some third party attempted to steal the vehicle, you couldnt even file the report because you werent the owner and at no time was.They also ignored BBB that inquired about their illegal activity

Purchased multiple Infinity vehicles here and came in looking for either a Range Rover or Porsche. The Rover Rep was more interested in telling us how many celebrities, rap artists, and wealthy businessmen text him all of the time for cars as opposed to answering our questions and selling us one. The Porsche ambassador was polar opposite...patient, informative, and insisted that we take a test drive even though we told him we definitely werent buying the day we visited. We will most likely go with Porsche because of both the service and the vehicle quality :)

From the moment that I walked through the door I was treated like family. The receptionists, Jennifer and Stephanie, were warm and friendly with kind words and smiling faces. My sales representative, Allyson, took her time guiding me through the showroom having me experience both new and certified pre-owned vehicles. She made sure that I was well educated on the options available. Even the sales manager, Derrick Fox, introduced himself in a very genuine manner. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships and have not purchased from them because they simply did not provide the same level of customer service as Ray Catena. They acted like they could care less about my business. Ray Catena, especially Allyson, Derrick, Jennifer and Stephanie won my business because of their service and treatment of me.

Dont have experience with their sales staff. However I will not trust their service dept. Seat belt on my QX56 was stuck and their diagnosis was that whole seat belt needs to be replaced. They didnt even bother to check what exactly is the issue. It took me less than 5 min and a screwdriver to fix it. Also their service reps get graded on how much they can sell. So be wary when your service rep tells you what all needs to be replaced or is not working at the time you take your car for servicing. I called infiniti to file a complaint.
