10s all around. I put a deposit on this 2022 defender earlier this month and it was delivered to my door today. Some dealers are wanting customers to wait 6-7 months for this vehicle, not here, car came today and delivered to my door today. There were no games despite the huge shortage of vehicles right now, simple as can be deal. Sanchit delivered the vehicle to my door, he should be your go to. No games, simple deal, paperwork signed in 10 mins, total deal took 30. Dont waste time with other sales people or other dealers, save yourself some time and come here. Thank you Sanchit!!

I started working with Vinny Gambardella about a year ago. I was not sure which car I wanted for sometime. Not sure if its a scam thats being run at the dealership, but the loaner car department has an unorthodox system of checks and balances, allowing damaged cars to be lent out, to later be returned and blamed for. The Landrover side has, without doing a formal walk they accused me of allegedly causing damage to a loaner car.Having driven only to my residence and back to the dealership,  coupled with an impeccable driving record and excellent insurance history,  I find it highly improbable that I would be responsible for any damage.  Additionally Jimmy, a pawn in all this, is accusing me without proof or evidence. He seems to be going off a hunch and is pressured by his supervisor.  This is a poor method of treatment and I refuse to endorse or try and persuade anyone from taking part in their scheme. Avoid it, or at least avoid the loaner department.

I ordered a Defender with Vinny Gambardella. While waiting for it he kept me updated where the vehicle was, when it showed up at the port he let me know i would be in it very soon. I have a 2020 Range Rover evoque that has been in the shop many times. It had a new engine , battery, starter and lots of other parts replaced. Its literally been in the shop more than in my possession every time I bring it there I get it back with the same problem plus a new one. Now it turns on and runs by itself. And if thats not horrible enough the Customer service is worse. Managers included.

I bought a Range Rover sport 2020 in April, someone supposed to call me and explain all the electronics how it works . No one reached out to me! Also I can’t set up the app on my phone for remote control of the vehicle. I did call customer service no one could help me. They know how to contact with you if they need money but if you need help with some questions about the vehicle nobody cares! No answers no phone calls back ! Customer service sucks!

This review is only for Ray Catena Land Rover Parts department. Specifically to address the manager (Mike L******) there that does not know how to correctly treat customers. I called in and was told that they do not hold parts for people, so I went in and guess what the manager is holding the last part that I desperately need for a customer he knows. When I tried to tell him what happen he basically told me tough luck and he wont do anything to mitigate the situation. I asked him if he can send it to me since I drove a long way for that part he said we dont do that. He was dismissive and standoffish, I felt I was talking to a person in the street, I have no idea how this guy is a manager because his social skills were no better than a childs. I dont usually leave reviews this long but people deserve to know that if you want to be disrespected go see manager Mike.

We recently purchased another Range Rover from Ray Catena of Edison. Although they strive for customer service, we have experienced frustration in the past at this dealership. This car buying experience was completely different from any we have experienced. Meagan made choosing a car, details of the sale, and delivery absolutely seamless. We continue coming back to Ray Catena Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus and Range Rover over the years. Never have we had a sales associate make the process as flawless as Meagan did.

Vincent Gambardella service is awesome. We started our Saturday afternoon by driving to Ray Catena in Edison, and walked into Porsche. I was considering a Porsche, but the other half was already a club member. So we walked to LandRover and was greeted by the front desk staff. The dealership was busy, so we began to explore the Range Rover. We did see some nice pieces of art on wheels and decided to return Monday, but not before accepting a offer of coffee from the front staff. After placing our lids on the cup of coffee and preparing to walk out and enjoy the sunny day, we were greeted by a smooth young consultant name Vincent. Vincent immediately tuned in on us in a courteous manner to determine what vehicle we were looking for. Within minutes we were preparing to test drive the Range Rover sport. After returning to the dealership Vincent directed our attention to a pretty blue Range parked across from his desk. He would later explain the color was constellation blue. This was game over, as this vehicle was also my mother and brother favorite color. As other art lovers admired the Dark Knight, we immediately proceeded with the paperwork and Vincent placed a Sold sign in the windshield as we looked at the vehicle waiting as Vince prepared the Dark Knight for a new home. Vincent made the process smooth from the beginning to the end.Vince was professional, precise, courteous and exhibited all the attributes you would hope to get in a good auto consultant. Im really at a loss for where to begin...my husband and I were in the market for a luxury SUV for close to a year! We checked out some vehicles early 2017 before our lease was originally due back but either there were no deals at all on what we liked or we didnt love what we drove, so we extended our current car lease- 3 times! We drove the Range Rover Velar when it first came out and fell in love with it, but again- there were no deals...so we had time to wait and we did. Boy, am I glad we did! We got to work with Jim Mull & he was absolutely amazing. He took so much time with us, understood what we were looking for, was brutally honest and never once made us feel pressured. We had complete open communication with him & at this point, we were in a time crunch that my other lease really had to get back in time & not extended anymore. We walked in on Saturday hoping we would be able to 1) finally get an SUV we loved & 2)also be able to get a good deal on it. Well, we got both & then some. A car that happened to be in stock had even more than what I even thought we would be able to get, is nicer than anything I spent hours customizing and sent to Jim lol & still fit within our budget. Jim knew this was a dream car for me & he really took that into account trying to make the magic happen for us & he really exceeded every expectation we had (and yes, we have high expectations lol)....Needless to say, if youre in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar, RUN to go see Jim. The experience through and through will blow your mind for all that he does, how responsive he is, how patient he is, how much he knows about all of the vehicles, how hard he will work to get you the best deal & make sure youre happy first and foremost. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. James Mull was the best Sales person I have ever dealt with. I am from RI and found my car online. James got right back to me and I put a deposit on it. The car was held for me for over a month. I arrived by train and James picked me up at the train station. When we got to the dealership Everything was ready for me. James went through everything about the car so I understood how to operate the car and feel safe. He set up my Land Rover Remote and set every control in my car to make it easier for me. Everyone at Ray Catena was welcoming and truly helpful. I’ve had a company car for 18 years, but recently changed jobs so had to get my own vehicle. What I thought would be largely an overwhelming experience was none of that. Sanchit Verma walked me through the process step by step. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also listened to what I wanted. The first part of the transaction was done over the phone and email. I never even set foot in the dealership. Sanchit made everything so easy! We closed the business on Saturday, and Sanchit delivered my Range Rover Sport HST on Monday. He spent a significant amount of time going over all the paperwork and showing me how the car “works”.
