I visited BBX Liquors because in the back of this cut rate store is a Carryout Restaurant named Just A Bit of Soul that offers Soul Food at reasonable prices. This carryout serves the Very Best Lake Trout Dinners (along with other delicious menu items) in Eastern Maryland. Also, their Gift Certificates made Excellent Christmas gifts to family members. Please support their owner Veronica - You wont be disappointed.

We went to the Soul Food take-out inside the liquor store. Food was ready and quantities are large. We made 2 meals out of one.

Customer service is good! I find that in comparison to prices, BBX has the most economical prices around this area of town. Midway Liquors prices are about a $1 to 1.50 more for single bottles and 3L boxes/bottles... alcohol period. I am patronizing this liquor store from now on ...price and services is right.

Inside and to the left is a carry-out that specializes in southern-style cooking called Just a Bit of Soul. Employees are very friendly. The food is amazing. It is real down-home cooking. This place is a real gem I cannot reccomend enough.

Heard about food but was highly disappointed bad tasting and overall a mess. The fish was overcooked and the potato salad tastes like it had a rotten potatoes inside of mix. Will never go.there again portions were ok but if not palatable what difference does it make. Also Red Velvet Cake was burnt on bottom and used white icing rather than cream cheese

Decent prices, for options on Rt 40 on a Sunday. Owners were friendly and helpful. Looks like they are doing some renovations, but really no dust or noise. Good amount of parking on lot. I will revisit if back in the area again.

My 12 pack at this store cost 2 -3 dollars less then any liquor store from Edgewood to aberdeen.

The store is well stocked, open late hours and the personnel is kind and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommended.

Huge selection, good prices, good service. Deducted one point for some issues with the drainage of the cooler unit above the fridges which can drip as you reach in for cold beer... not very pleasant.

The staff is Super friendly and helpful! I feel awful for them freezing without heat, except for tiny space heaters behind the counter, especially with the door opening and closing every few seconds.
