When I worked in a retail environment I kept up with the coolers and stock the shelves; well say goodbye to that now whats most important is the smoke breaks. I dare the managers to go in about 7 to 9 to 11 p.m. and check the stock of the store and coolers definely theyre not even front and faced! Go in the cooler and push the stock forward at least! Oh no, I might get cold

If theyd worry more about customer service instead of taking CONSTANT smoke breaks this place would operate smoothly. Ridiculously long lines every single day!! You never see this at UDF down the rode nor so you EVER see employees smoking in front of the building. As a fellow business owner this is extremely unprofessional!

Not a bad place to get gas. The pumps were outdated and the screen wasn’t easy to read. Plenty of parking space to maneuver the pumps. Could have been cleaner.

I have been aggravated in the past but this time I am aggravated enough to post this review. I just spent 8 minutes in line just to collect a receipt for my gas. Most of the time it tells me to go inside for a receipt. I cant read the screens on the pumps and they were under staffed today. Wish it was under new ownership.

Why should we be required to wear a mask when the workers here dont have theirs on at all UNTIL I walk up? Even then, they dont cover their noses. If Im required when I walk in, then your workers should be held to a higher standard.

I love coming in everyday and seeing hannahs smiling face. I pass over 20 convenience stores because i enjoy going in a store that i know i will see a hard working team. Keep up the good work 1st shift team!!!

Staff is so friendly and location is clean. I’ve been in there quite a few times and a lady named Hannah has helped me-always has a warm smile and upbeat attitude. Always brightens up my day!

Gas pump took all the money off my Visa card and the shift manager was extremely rude when I was just trying to get store credit or my money restored. Shifty business with rude employee won’t be back and won’t be visiting any other Thornton’s ever again if this is how they make their money

My fiancé an I stop to get gas on the regular and everything go well from getting gas to coffee an snacks plus the restrooms are cleaned an bleached as to what I always experience, never had a problem with customer service

My go to stop between Dayton and Lexington. Easily accessible from the freeway. Staff is super friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Great selection of snacks and beverages.

I absolutely love and adore this location. They are like family! Every time I walk in they see me and wave and smile. They know of my kids, siblings and parents. They always ask me how everyone is doing. We laugh and joke. I actually love to go in there and talk to everyone of them there isnt a staff member there I dont enjoy seeing. I also love my perks and rewards my coupons and cigarette deals. Every time I am in there I must grab a 32oz cherry coke. My kids love the fizzfrezzes. (Please bring the lemonade back to my location!)Please dont change anyone or anything about this Thorntons. I love you guys dearly! Lori, Curtis, Steve, Devan, Kim, Patty, and Jessica! This store is convenient for my company vehicle but pumps are out of paper the majority of time. I then have to wait in line to get receipt so it is faster to drive to your competitor on the same street

Most of the staff are very friendly. Its starting to get confusing though because they stopped putting prices on things. They tell you how much the 2nd item is, but never tell you the price of the first item. Its a gas station and its close to the interstate. Easy access.

Advertise e85 bit doesnt carry it. Dont waste your time

First there was the girl behind the counter that put up a window closed sign as soon as I got to the window. Second was the girl that did wait on me, who very heartily wished me to have good day and stood there. When I didnt go, then, and only then, did she proceed to give me change. And last but not least, the water in the windshield washer liquid hasnt been changed since the Bush administration.

Your sidewalk and parking lot is full of trash! And do something about the huge potholes on each side of your entrance!

Always seem to have the best gas prices and kids love their specials on the icees

Steven the clerk should be fired.i was designated driver after luke bryan concert.stopped to buy six pack of beer smokes and get gas.he rings it up gives me a total i pay he bags up the beer and then asks me if i have been drinking he smells alcohol on me.i looked at him and said just sell me the gas and smokes.im pissed because im sober as can be but more pissed because the covington police officer was standing right behind me at check out.so i am pumping gas the police officer comes out i call him over and let him know what that clerk did was wrong .police officer agreed.so i went to speedway and got my wife the six pack of beer.thortons is one of the best convenience stores i have been too but i will not go back to that one

Stopped by Sunday morning for iced tea. When I opened the lid to the lemons, bugs came flying out. They looked like they had been there for a long time. The tea looked like water.

Employees congregate over cell phones ignoring multiple customers on almost every occasion. Pumps are always out of receipt paper

They really need to hire additional staff. Every time I stop here, there is a long line.

So shopping for cigarettes see the sign on the wall two for 4.50 or a carton for 50 ask her to ring me up for individual packs and she tells me theres not that big of a difference 10 packs at 4:50 is $45 thats a $5 difference very unhelpful unlikely to go back there again

I should not have to waste my time going inside because theres no paper at the pump
