We had a great experience with Advanced Granite Solutions. We wanted to expand our kitchen island, requiring a decent match with our other countertops. Because of their expansive inventory, and a bit of luck, we were able to find a remnant granite slab in the yard that was nearly a perfect match! Shelby, Tiffany, and the rest of the office team walked us through the final dimensioning and edging options, and even sent out a measuring expert for free, just to double check my measurements. The top was ready in short order, and the install crew was clean, professional and courteous. Everyone was very responsive and friendly through the entire process. We love our new island and would recommend Advanced Granite Solutions to anyone looking for granite countertops.

AGS did a great job! Fast, easy and efficient. This is the second time Ive used this company and had the same great experience. I do plan to use them for a 3rd project very soon. Very easy to do business with!

Get it right the first time is NOT their motto. Do it fast is their motto. I found their employees were in too much of a hurry to be accurate. When I called to have them re-measure the cabinets, because the contractor changed them, they sent a fella out to measure and he didnt bother. He said they look the same to me, so they had to send him out a third time. When they drilled the holes for the faucet & water filter, they drilled directly into a wood support behind the cabinet, making it almost impossible for the plumber to reach.

We had great customer service and response to questions. I was able to pick the slab for my kitchen, approve design layout and installers did a great job!! It looks beautiful!

I was impressed with their much larger selection and that their quote was hundreds of dollars less than the other quotes I received. The customer service is top notch. They have a HUGE stock of some of the most beautiful slabs of granite at a great price. Their turn around time from the date of measure to install was so quick. Cindy in the showroom was exceptional, as well as the installers, however I would not recommend AGS to anyone! There is zero quality control of their products! They knowingly allowed TWO damaged pieces of granite to leave their factory/warehouse ,with hopes that we may not see the 8 INCH CRACK in one piece, and two chips in another piece! When I called to complain, Amandas reply was well, it is a stone and it can chip! Oh really? Then how can you explain the 8 inch crack? There is no possibility that the transport or installers caused an 8 INCH CRACK!! This piece left their factory in that condition! Im sure it happened when the sink was cut out,! I had to wait an additional two days for a new piece to be cut, causing me to miss more time from work! This was a huge inconvenience to my family, as we had no counters or a sink for five days! Needless to say, it was very disappointing experience.Bel Air, MD

My husband and I came in recently to remodel our home. A lovely young woman named Tiffany helped us. She was absolutely fantastic. She answered all of our questions and was able to get us the kitchen of our dreams! The gentleman who did the measurement was very knowledgable and our install was flawless! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tiffany and the AGS team! Will be referring them to everyone!

I visited Advanced Granite Solutions a few weeks ago after I heard from my brother how great they were. After seeing his final project, I couldnt wait to redo my two bathrooms. Although the work they do seems great, their customer service is another story, at least from my experience. I had walked in on a weekday and I believe I was the only customer in there at the moment. I was helped by a young lady named Tiffany. This would be my first household project so of course i had many questions. I felt very rushed while trying to get answers to my questions. I was told to look around and she would check back on me, which was fine. I waited for nearly 30 minutes and during that time, I could hear Tiffany talking to another young female employee about how one of her customers is crazy and needed medication. She also did not use the best language, every other word was the F word and she definitely wasnt whispering. Typically, I take my 4 year old son with me everywhere and thankfully he wasnt with me that day. All I wanted was some information about the products and an estimate but since I didnt have measurements I was told I couldnt get any estimated prices, which made sense, but after being rushed through my questions, lack of assistance because gossiping was more important, I couldnt help but feel as though I was bothersome and my business wasnt wanted. I left that day with nothing but a sour taste in my mouth and extremely disappointed and I wont be returning anytime soon.

Our condolences go out to your employees and their families. What a horrible tragedy. When we remodeled our kitchen with a countertop from AGS, we were very pleased with everything from the selection process to the installation. It is sad to think of what happened yesterday on what should have been a normal work day. Our thoughts and prayers are with your employees at this difficult time.

The crew that removed my countertops just left and I wanted to say what a great job they did removing the old countertops and sinks. They were so careful and thoughtful and I really appreciate the painstaking effort they went through to make sure they didnt damage anything they removed or the tile and pencil trim on the backsplash that Im keeping. The crew at AGS did a great job on my outside kitchen/bar install. Installing the granite on rough block presented some challenges and required extra time and trips to complete the job. AGS was very helpful during the bid process and provided very competitive pricing.AGSs template man Luke was fantastic and he went above and beyond to make sure the final install was just right. Luke spent extra time making sure appliance cutouts were perfect and made suggestions to help with the finished install of all appliances to ensure proper usability.AGSs installer Benny had to make several trips to complete the granite install and the finished job turned out awesome. Benny and the installers really took their time to make sure the outside install was done properly and they were very courteous and polite throughout.Thanks to Cindy at the main office also for working us in the schedule on a tight timeline to compete our job on time, just prior to a large party.One can always appreciate employees who take pride in their jobs and the craftsmanship in their work; thank you AGS!

The staff at AGS are great. We had a great experience from picking the granite out in the showroom to measurements and installation. We recommend them to anyone for granite. They give you time to chose granite and talk about it without them standing over you. We used them for our kitchen and our now using them for our master bathroom!Additionally, we needed AGS to come out and cut a groove into the bench seat because the glass company required this for glass install. AGS is doing this for no charge which was very nice of them.

Hired AGS to install my granite 5 years ago while renovating my kitchen. They came highly recommended. They were courteous, professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about the types of stone and granite. Their inventory on-site cannot be matched. It was a joy to walk around with a nice cup of coffee and take it all in. They use the latest technology during template process and install was flawless. Wait time was painless. Prices are very competitive! Now I am having a house built and wanted to hire them again; however, my builder didnt have an account and I was talked into using another. The seam was bad using old technology (cardboard template - whaaaat?). Their inventory was low. They ended up having to do half the granite counter top over again and it took a MONTH. I highly recommend Advanced Granite Solutions. Make your granite needs a good and pleasant experience. If I ever need this service again, its a no-brainer - AGS!

I can not recommend Advanced Granite Solutions highly enough! They did an OUTSTANDING job!! First, I found them through a very helpful kitchen designer, however, if you have a great carpenter, which I did not, you can do this without a designer if you know what you want. AGS will help you from start to finish with ALL of it!I needed a two week turn around installation date (read: rush job) due to my home being professionally photographed 2 days after granite kitchen counter tops were installed (Im selling it.) and a big graduation party here 3 days after pictures! SO much to do!!First, we went there to pick out the granite. Tiffany is VERY professional and knows her granite and stones well! With a certain number of square feet purchased, a heavy guage stainless steel sink is included. There are many options from which to choose. You purchase your own plumbing supplies, including the faucet and replace the water lines etc. yourself after granite installation. After I made my selections,Tiffany assured me that all set up dates would be adhered to.We set up the measurement day, less than a week later. My house is over 100 years old. My walls arent straight. My bathroom door opens up against an outside edge of the counter top. Enter Luke, the professional, polite, and creative measurement technician!! He measured each wall to include the slight variations. He suggested a half inch overhang on the counter next to the bathroom instead of the standard overhang length to allow for the door to fully open. He was here for over an hour with his laser measuring device, and, thanks to him, when it was installed, it fit like a glove. Thank you Luke!Next, the plumber came to unhook and remove my sink. Then the carpenter came to remove my old counter tops 3 days before the granite was to come. With that, I THOUGHT we were ready for the granite to arrive. Sadly, this was not the case. 😯My granite kitchen counter tops arrived on time Monday morning of this week. Ed, the on site installer, and his crew of two quickly got to work. However, when Ed looked at a section of my counters, he stated that there was no possible way that the granite could be installed. There were NO supports built in to HOLD the granite. My heart fell. My house was a wreck; pictures in 2 days....I wanted to cry. The carpenter, knowing full well that granite was being placed on top, just left after he pulled off the old counter tops without saying a word. Ed said that two separate areas needed to be framed in. My friend & neighbor arrived in five minutes with 2× 6 boards and an electric saw. I was still just devastated that the granite might leave and head back to the store.Enter Ed! He could not have been more reassuring, kind, and BEYOND helpful. He measured, cut, and built the framing right here! This is not part of HIS job. But he did it with patience, accuracy, and professionalism. I was beyond elated and impressed. My beautiful granite counters were installed! They are absolutely GORGEOUS!! Ed saved the day, not to mention me!!AGS uses THE most current technology to measure (no cut out templates), and to seal the granite. It is a very impressive process to observe!Thank you so much AGS and Tiffany, Luke, and Ed and his crew for making an upsetting experience turn into the BEST experience! I will recommend you without reservation!

AGS installed the granite in my house and I feel that we received Disney World level customer service. We actually had an issue with installation and when I contacted them they immediately and the problem was corrected with no problem. I was totally satisfied. Every once in awhile, something goes a little wrong, and all you can ask is that the business steps up, takes ownership, and makes things right. However, AGS wasnt ok with their customer just being satisfied. Cindy, an AGS employee who either is a manager or SHOULD be a manager, actually came by our house and gave us some awesome extras like a granite cutting board and lazy susan. They also gave us a gift card for dinner. My wife and I were completely floored. Its so rare that a business goes to that extent. We need more businesses like AGS and more employees like Cindy. Thank you very much, AGS. Our granite looks great we rave about your customer service to our friends.

Last 3 times I used this company there was a problem that they needed to return. Not the same day but at future date determined by them. Had unanswered emails and phone calls from the sales manager. Obvious they care more about their profit than keeping a customer.
