Did business with them over 10 years ago. Had an issue with our granite countertop. It could not be fixed/repaired, however, Jackie was great and gave us a great deal on a replacement countertop. Went with quartz this time. We dealt quite a bit with Ashley in the store, going back about 3 times! She was pleasant and helpful as well and sent us to a place where we could actually view the slab we were interested in. Never once did either Ashley or Jackie act as if we were a bother. Great team there! Thank you both!!

We got a countertop for a rooftop bar and the process was great. The salesperson Jackie was very responsive and easy to work with. I didnt know a lot about the process and she walked me through all the options and explained everything well. I went to the display store and workshop to find a remnant piece, and they installed it in well under a week after I finalized the order! The workers were very professional and efficient. Wonderful experience from the start. Ive had terrible experiences with contracted work over the years and basically try to do everything myself. However, I wanted new counters which is work beyond my capability. So, I was skeptical. This was the best experience Ive had dealing with a local company. From planning to execution, the customer service and quality of workmanship was phenomenal. On top of that, their prices are beyond fair. Jacqueline was a joy to work with as were the rest of the crew. No hidden fees, no hard sales tactics, knowledgeable folks, and all very respectful and kind.The whole project took less than two weeks from my initial visit, to measure, to quote, to picking out our slab, to install. The guys had my old tops removed and the new quartzite Fantasy Brown counters installed in a few hours. They took all the necessary precautions, covered our floors, cleaned the debris, and made sure everything was perfect.If you need granite, hard surface, or marble work, go visit them!

Well we went in just browsing, with 16 years old quartz counter top it was time for our kitchen to get a face lift. We were greeted by Ashley who was very friendly and willing to help in anyway. With in 3 weeks we had granite counter top with mosaic backslash installed. If it werent for Ashleys customer service and willingness to make sure we were completed satisfied we probably would of used a big box store Lowes or home deport. I contacted this business to have my countertops replaced because of all the positive reviews. Dealt with Ashley, who was very nice and helpful in anyway she could. I guess I was the bad apple in the bushel because I did not have a good experience like the reviews Ive read. first there was a constant problem with scheduling appointments. Although there was another person that heard the time that was set due to speaker phone, I was still told I had it wrong. Not a big deal, so I decided to just let it go. Then, I receive a contract after the guy came to measure that had 3 measurements wrong. Im not talking an inch or 2, each one was like 25 - 30 inches off. So I go in to discuss that and several other questions about what the contract stated and Ashley says the best way to answer and iron everything out, is to have the man come back. OK great! he comes back, we discuss the removal of the now existing granite, he states no problem its not a big deal, they will just lift off. Husband askes, you wont have to cut my cabinets because they used liquid nails when they were installed. The man says No, we remove all the time. No problem. My husband asked, will you be the one removing them? He said, yes, I will be here to help my guys that work for me. We discussed the difference in getting the farmer sink & the adjustments that needed to be made to the one cabinet. He said no problem, his guy will take care of it. I said, you will move this cross bar support down, and he said yes, I have my guy do it, not a problem. So, next day I speak to Ashley she states everything is good, I just need to pay my deposit. I told her OK, I need to get a copy of the corrected contract. Told her that I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. So, Im leaving for vacay & still have not received the new contract. I decide to just go away and get back with them when I return the following week. Thats what I did. My husband & I went over, Ashley was not in so we spoke to Jackie. I explained I needed a print out of the new contract before I give a deposit. She printed me, not the contract to sign but like an invoice that showed the correct measurements and the agreed cost $ for the job. At the bottom it says how the removal of the existing counter tops was not included. I questioned Jackie about the adjustment that needed to be done to cabinet was not showing. she said because they do not do that, I would have to get a cabinet contractor to come in and do that work. I was dumb-founded! Im like wait a minute your man came to my house and said that he & his guy would be doing it all, no problem. She just shook her head and said, no we dont do that. So, big lesson: make sure you READ THE CONTRACT, they will give you a great price! But that does not include everything, they will come in the back door with additional charges. So glad, I caught on before it was too late!!

My husband and I are renovating our house and wanted to get counter tops for the kitchen and the bathrooms. Our contractor recommended Bel Air Marble and Granite. We went to the show room with an open mind to see what they had there... well our minds were blown! The ladies at the store, Ashley and Jacqueline were incredibly professional and warm at the same time. They heard our ideas and point us in the right direction. Now we have beautiful counter tops in our kitchen and bathrooms. Between picking our slab and the installation there was probably a week, tops. If you need counter tops just go there you have nothing else to look for.

Ever since I bought my house 2 years ago, I’ve been dreaming about getting new countertops. I finally started looking around and after being quoted well over my budget at Lowe’s and Home Depot, my friend told me about Bel Air Granite and Marble. I decided to stop by, not thinking I would find anything in my budget. I was immediately greeted by Jacqueline and she started asking me about my kitchen, color schemes and my preferences. She showed me a lot of different samples, that I was able to take home and view in my kitchen. She also quoted each sample for me based on measurements I brought with me. After 2 trips, I finally found the perfect countertops for my kitchen. I ordered it and installation was scheduled about a week later. They also stopped by to make sure measurements were correct which put my mind at ease. The installers worked clean and even put a bracket in for dishwasher to sit steady. I honestly am beyond ecstatic with the service and product that they provided me. This was my first big cosmetic upgrade to my home and I am so very happy I picked Bel Air Granite and Marble. Just replaced old laminate counters and island from Bel Air Marble & Granite. Wonderful experience from planning, design, selection and installation. Jackie was very helpful in guiding us through the process, letting us pick our our own slabs and working the schedule. The installers were careful in removing the old tops that had been glued down and making sure the new counter was even with the old back splash. The island top is beautiful. Great price and service. Although I had an issue with the wrong slab accidentally picked up, she worked professionally and quickly to correct the issue. She personally met me to look at the new slab to confirm I was comfortable with the design. We had an amazing experience with this company. The prices were very reasonable, the turn around time was quick. The installers were careful, clean and very efficient. My only issue was setting up the install time. It kept moving (which was not the issue). The day of arrival I was told the install would happen early in the day. They were not able to install until later in the afternoon. I received a phone call about 45 mins after they were supposed to be there and was told they would be there in about 3 hours. That was frustrating considering I took the morning off of work. Either way great company and great service!

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the counter. We walked in, expecting to purchase Quartz. Ashley was so patient with my husband and I, as we couldn’t decide. She took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of all our options. She even told us we could get the sink we wanted, even after another place had told us no. While she was showing us around, I fell in love with a leather finish granite on display. Ashley’s initial quote was nearly half what another store has quoted. We were delighted to hear that we could have our granite installed within two weeks. The measuring was scheduled for the following week. The gentleman who came to measure was polite and on time. The price came in lower than originally quoted as the original drawing was larger than our actual kitchen. I have never had an estimate come in lower for anything. We saved so much, we decided to have the bathroom vanity updated from the same slab. They returned to measure the bathroom on a Monday. The granite for both kitchen and bath was installed on Friday of the same week. We paid 1/2 of the total at the time we accepted the quote after measuring and paid the remainder after Ashley and Jackie ensured we were satisfied. I cannot day enough about how pleasant and professional Ashley and Jackie were with both my husband and I. Our granite is even more beautiful than I had ever dreamed. We hired Abstract Plumbing for the plumbing disconnect / reconnect. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Ashley and Jackie (and Abstract Plumbing)

Edit (1/5/19)- Two months after my granite purchase/install and I’m still waiting for the cutting board that was supposed to be used from the sink cutout. I was told the cutting board would be given to me the day of install, which didn’t happen. Then I was told it would be dropped off at my house, which didn’t happen. Then I was told, come to the store to pick it up, which I did, but it was the wrong size. I asked them to recut it to the size I was promised when I initially purchased the granite, and drop it off at my house. They still haven’t agreed to drop it off at my house. I shouldn’t have to drive to their store again for their multiple errors.Original review: I was completing a full kitchen remodel at my home and I went granite shopping at Bel Air Marble and Granite. I worked with Ashley who was extremely helpful, professional, and remained in constant contact with updates. She walked me through the purchasing process and the installation timeline. I was able to hand pick the slabs of granite at a warehouse in Jessup (how cool is that!?). The pricing was great, the turnaround time was quick and the installation turned out great. I am incredibly grateful for Ashley’s help and the rest team at Bel Air Marble and Granite.

We went to this deal by accident. We were referred to another friend to a granite salesroom in the same area. We did not realize this. They had a good price, they had the granite we wanted and seemed to be interested in giving good service. The men who came out to install the granite did an okay job BUT they did not cut the hole for the faucet in the middle of the sink. I was astounded when the plumber installed the faucet and it was 1/4 inch off. I had difficulty reaching the salesman who was defensive. Had to call him back several times before he decided to deal with it. He sent the owner out who agreed, the hole was cut wrong and said that the installer would be back to try to correct it. Its been a couple weeks now and we have not heard a word. For the most part the counter top is beautiful but that one one thing is always going to be obvious. I would not deal with these people again.
