This is a constant occurrence at the drive thru. Cars wrapped around the building. There is no reason on earth that sick people should be testing for Covid at the same drive thru healthy people are in. Nonsensical!

I had a great experience here despite what others on here have said. I had a Covid test on 10/12 at 12:30pm and received my results the very next day at 2:30pm. My experience through the drive-thru was great and Danie was very friendly and helpful through the process. I arrived at the drive-thru about 20 min. early based off of the reviews I saw on here, but it only took me 10 min. to get to the window. I recommend trying to book an appointment off-peak times as that may help you not wait as long. I was very pleased with my experience here and especially the quick turnaround time. This is important for those looking to get results within the 3 day period in order to travel.

It doesn’t even deserve 1 start. I made and appointment for my COVID test and waited an hour in drive through. When is my turn and the lady has been processing all my family information for 30 minutes! She comes to the window and tells me they have to close due to “an emergency” and I had to reschedule! No help or assistance to schedule me in another CVS when all over the area was booked. Complained to customer service hoping for assistance as I was about to loose money on my trip and they were not even able or had access to communicate with the store. They had no knowledge of such emergency without police, without anybody running for their lives. They did nothing for me. My frustration and lack of help was indescribable. So disappointed at CVS in general. Unreliable is my review. Do not go to that CVS!

The covid testing process at this specific cvs has been outstanding! I tried scheduling appts at 2 different pharmacies before cvs and I wish I hadnt wasted my time on them. I recommend everyone to have their covid testing here!

It would have been faster to get it through the mail. This is closest pharmacy in my insurance plan. Ill have to go to Churchville. And once youve been in line 25 mins, you cant just leave. Ill ask the clerk what the hell?!?!! after I get my Rx

This is by far the absolute worst cvs I have ever dealt with!! They are so slow in drive through and inside. always have to wait at least a week to receive a refill and usually it still isn’t ready .they always say we’re 1500 prescriptions behind or understaffed. Unfortunately my insurance is forcing us to use them for maintenance prescriptions or I wouldn’t be using them . There corporate office needs to dig deep and find a better plan for this location because customer service is non existent.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They dont refill prescriptions appropriately or on time. Constantly having to call to follow up on refills that should be automatic. If you plan to call the pharmacy, plan to be on hold for 20 minutes +. The pharmacy is always dirty/unorganized. Save yourself time and a headache, and find a different pharmacy.

I dont understand why this is worst drive thru Ive ever gotten prescriptions from. Always takes about an hour to wait in line if you go at the wrong time. Prescriptions not ready, insurance information messed up, they have no idea what happened, etc. My insurance changed used to go to Walgreens. Just bring a book if you see a line 🙄

Came in after work not to long before close and even with a little rush I was promptly helped by polite and friendly pharmacists and cashier up front. She signed me up for my CVS card happily AND there was an issue with my mother in laws insurance and the pharmacist spoke to her on my phone directly and PROMPTLY sorted the problems out and got everything moving quickly. I will be sure to use CVS for ALL my pharmacy needs in the future.Attn Bargain Shoppers the CVS card gets access to MASSIVE amounts of sales and darn near everything in the store is currently buy 1 get one 50% off with the card which she happily signed me up for on the spot. I will Def be back to this location again.

Store is typically run ok. But the pharmacy severely lacks enough staff to properly dispense the prescriptions in any kind of timely manner. The last three times in 5 weeks I have had to come back the next day to pick up scripts that the phone system said they were already working on. The baskets on the counter are constantly full of bags with scripts in them that the staff hasn’t had time to sort to the alphabetical bins. If this keeps up we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Theyve been better lately. I havent seen that nasty person working drive thru, who is so slow, lately. But then Ive been going inside so I dont have to deal with her. You have to make sure to check the number of refills on prescriptions before you leave, to make sure they are right. Ive never had a problem with checking out at the front, they are usually always friendly and helpful. Im giving them 4 stars, because they have improved that much.

The pharmacy in the place is horrible. I’ve been there twice first time I had horrible experience. Attitude from the employees, just bad customer service experience overall. I said I wouldn’t be back because of the experience but this location is so convenient, so I decided to give them another try. Long story short I dropped off my son’s prescription at 5pm, the pharmacist said an hour. About 15 minutes later I received a text saying that this medication would not be covered by the insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I went back and asked why ? She caught an attitude and said she couldn’t tell me why. Okay so I said fine how much ? She said $16 and some cents I said whatever I’ll pay ok so she said come back in about a hour. I went home and drove back around 830, three hours later, the line was extremely long I waited for about 30 minutes, just so I could get told that it wasn’t ready that it wasn’t in stock, never did the pharmacist mention any of that. I’m mad I’m frustrated I need my sons prescription, so I decided to take the prescription back. I left and went to Walgreens, got it filled in less then a 20 minutes and I didn’t have to pay because the insurance covers it. My insurance covers this medication every single time, idk why she wanted to charge me 😡😡 this will definitely be my last time going to that location I rather drive more to another pharmacy

Now you can’t be lazy and wait in the drive thru at this place because you will be waiting for over an hour!!!! But let’s forget about that... my prescriptions were called in on Monday here it is Wed. I haven’t heard anything so I finally find the strength to go find out wth is wrong. Oh it’s not ready yet. Umg hello it was called in 48 hours ago. Not to mention the prescriptions called in are in all ready to go blister packs since a z pack and tamaflu were called in. Couldn’t have made their job any easier. Let’s not forget the fact I called three times on Tuesday. Not one person answered. While I was waiting for my turn at the register which took 20 minutes in itself. The phone just kept on ringing. 7 people behind the desk not one person answered that phone the whole time I was there. So if you want the slowest service ever this is the place for you. Glad I didn’t need warfarin or anything that would keep me living I’d be dead by now!!!

I absolutely love shopping at cvs . I get great deals and have been going for years . But this one severely needs pharmacy staff ! I usually do not meds in a timely matter but my son had wisdom teeth removal surgery this morning and they told me there are 7 waiters in front of me ! After I had been told to give them at least an hour . And all of these waiters are they older customers that hobbled in on walkers and canes and clearly in pain ! CVS please help this store ! This has been going on at least three weeks with being understaffed ! I would hate to leave ccs as my pharmacy but I have no choice

Ridiculous. My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom. We were told where it is and when we went there the bathroom door was locked with a code. Waited forever for someone to come unlock the door. Then waited in line for a while to pay for our stuff. The whole time the employees looked pissed off and like they’d rather be somewhere else. Very unfriendly

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The parking lot was packed so I went through the drive thru and waited an HOUR for them to see 4 cars ahead of me. There is absolutely NO reason for them to take so long. If you are lacking employees then hire more pharmacy techs. I’m transferring ALL of my dads meds to Walgreens, which is where I go for mine. They are quick, easy, and very nice and helpful.

Just got off the phone with the pharmacist. This was my first time talking to the pharmacist as I have never had a question about a specific medication before. The medication was making my child sick and I wanted to know why. The pharmacist had an attitude for no reason. All I did was ask a few simple questions and it was like I was bothering him or something. Needless to say, I feel very uncomfortable calling there to ask questions in the future. Are all pharmacists so uncaring about the people who are actually taking the medication that they fill? I’m currently checking my insurance to see where else I can go.

Update: Ive just confirm that this CVS made up a policy just so they would not have to serve me. Confirmed with other CVS locations and customer service line. I dont know if this was racially motivated. I do know they lied to my face. Do not give this CVS your business. I repeat, do not give them your money. That is the only way they are going to do the right thing.

They goof up too much stuff. I have had 2 horrible experiences with CVS pharmacy. One where they goofed up on a prescription for my 5 day old son in which I ended up having to wait instead of him receiving what he needed right away. Today they said my insurance did not cover a spacer needed for my 3year olds inhaler used for his asthma,checked with the insurance and that was a LIE. Switching to Walgreens ASAP

I have had both good and bad experiences here. The pharmacy is extremely slow! I have waited there for over an hour for a prescription to be filled! The female employee who was ringing everyone up at the pharmacy counter looked like she had been popping some pills, clearly high as a kite and was straight up rude! She screamed at the man in front of me because he didnt understand her mumbled, slurred question she had asked him prior. This CVSs pharmacy is pretty pathetic and I wont EVER be picking up my medications here again!On the other hand the employees at the front checkout are usually very helpful and pleasant. If your just running in to grab a few over-the-counter medications, some diapers or a drink you likely wont have any issues, just avoid the pharmacy.
