This is not a store for you if you are used to decent service.Overwhelmed sales assistant!You are not able to compare products behind the cashier because they suspect everybody. Someone has to be with you all the time. For a store that had only one person helping customers and ringing them up at the same time, this didnt seem very efficient.If theft is a major concern, they could hold on to the ID of potential customers who want to read labels of what they want to buy.If you know exactly what you want, this store will work for you. However, if you need to compare big ticket items like clippers, trimmers etc., you are better off going to a smaller store where customer service is a bigger focus.Update: This is my second bad experience - this time with the store manager Shanish.I bought a Wahl professional grade trimmer from this store. The packaging does not come sealed, and the store attendant didnt test it. The machine didnt work, and their policy is that they do not take clippers back - fair enough, I should not have gone there a second time anyway.The problem is that the store manager lied about the machine being tested even though she wasnt there, and was very rude. She said it was the 4th time I was coming to the store (which was not true), and that in itself, I find very concerning. Do they have people marked based on the feedback/online rating or is the prejudice specific to a certain type of people.I hope senior management is paying attention to this store. Unfortunately, I think this might be my last interaction with this store, so I dont expect to have a problem with them again. But there are decent people who may appreciate better service.Im downgrading my review to one star for the following reasons;1. Inexperienced and overwhelmed staff2. Rude store manager3. Prejudice4. Inefficient operationI recommend going to a small Mom and Pop store for big ticket items. You will get better service.

On a busy Sat 4!13/19 , I had questions and needed help choosing hair color products. A well informed young lady guided me through choices and made suggestions and answered all my questions. She was a great help and very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

I wont buy from a store where they treat you like if you are going to steal. Horrible customer service.

It was a fruitful visit per usual. The ladies there were able to give me some feedback on hair dying and toning tips. It was clean and everyone there was really very friendly. I had a ton of questions that spawned other questions, but they were patient the last couple days Ive had to do return trips for other products. We even got into their own hair dye fiascos in order to explain their reasoning on the guidance. Im glad that they changed locations to the Woodbridge Shopping Center all those years ago, it is a much nicer area.

The store is currently being remolded, so the inventory was low. I will say the sales lady was very helpful to me an my daughter with exceptional service. She really was very pleasant. Naja

Couldnt make it into the store so I had to send my husband whom is completely clueless to these things , the customer service was above and beyond .my husband face timed me to get and idea of everything that I needed and the ladies in the store took it from there they literally walked me though the store as if I was there and got everything that I needed I appreciate everything they did they was very paient.
