The service here is always hit or miss. Sometimes its great, other times they seem like they would rather be anywhere else. The drinks are always spot on though, so if you dont mind the irregular service then its pretty good.

People here are always friendly customers and employees both. My 3-year-old granddaughter had a nice long chat with a teenager in the seating area while I was getting my drink.

Always a long line at the drive thru, but they are really quick. Moves fast. Pumpkin cream cold brew season is here. Love the pumpkin cream cold brew. This visit I decided to try the apple crisp macchiato. It definitely tastes like apple crisp, but it wasnt my favorite. We go a little further to visit this Starbucks as its better than the one in Fife.

Omg! Possibly the best Starbucks in the world! The people that work here are very personable and have amazing attitudes! Love them all!

Usually this place is fine, but today I asked for light ice, and this is what they gave me.

I love their fall drink lineup.

Not great today. Asked for almond milk in my chai, got oat milk and didnt realize it until I was on the road. And the coffee was so bitter in the peppermint white mocha, we couldnt taste the peppermint or the white chocolate.

Steamed milk and sugar free vanilla syrup (2 pumps).

Zero mask enforcement. Idiots also touching everyone elses food and or beverage because theyre too stupid to listen for their own name.

Clean, fast, and friendly. The parking lot can be a little tricky when busy.

Closed the door for walk in orders. Very unnecessary. Half the country is open, figure it out. This virus isn’t as threatening as you make it out to be. Manager is on a power trip.

Waited in line to get 2 drinks. Ordered a Breve Latte. Got plain coffee with cream. They do not know how to make a latte. I should have known when they asked me 3 times when i said i wanted extra 1/2 and 1/2 that it comes with cream...I got weak coffee with milk...

Its a nice Starbucks. They are busy and quick. The drive-thru isnt the best design but it works.

Thanks for always messing up my drink. The people who work from 12 to 7 have a hard time making customers happy. I think they love to piss you off with a cup full of ice and a drizzle of cream. Poor customer service. Poor product that is your local Edgewood Starbucks for you.

This morning I pulled up for my morning coffee, I’m a regular, the baristas are always so kind and on top of it. That being said this morning I waited behind a car who screamed and belittled the barista. I don’t know what his issue was but no one deserves to be treated that way. I pulled up to find Mikayla still covering the window, carrying herself with grace and she offered great service even after being treated so poorly. So it felt like it was time to give a review that has been years in the making! A++ to all of you, especially Mikayla!

I just came by and the barista who took my order in the drive-through was so beyond kind and made my day by giving me another option when they were out of the first item I wanted instead of just saying they are out. They also have pumpkin spice which is great ((: barista Max was at the window when I came up and was also so kind and being a barista myself I always have high expectations when I come into a neighborhood store and they definitely are a great example of what a store should look like. They were fast, made my drink to quality, and we’re very nice, thank u team !

I am always ready for coffee at a Starbucks because everywhere I go its always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that was very helpful. The people that work here go the extra mile to make sure your coffee is the way you want it. This Starbucks is Newer and I like the bright look when you walk in although this one is not the cleanest place to go. They could do a better job of keeping the dining area clean

Nothing wrong with service but I get cold brews here everyday and everyday I comment on how they tast WAY too watered down. I know that it’s like pre made but somebody is screwing up the proportions and it’s getting old. It would be nice if they actually took my comment into consideration seeing that I say this every time I come through.

I like whip cream with my quad shot mocha. I walked in today (12-19-18) and noticed Ive never seen the gentleman behind the counter. So I asked if they can add whip cream. There was a lady who seemed to be training/helping him. She said, No, you cant add it because they already come with it.Drink was paid for and I thought I had got whip cream and went to work. As Of right now (7:40am) I am at work upset and wondering why its so hard to add whip cream.I cant leave work so I am stuck without whip cream.This is the third time its happened. I wont be coming back.

Im not a huge Starbucks fan because its MASSIVELY OVERPRICED, but Ill go occasionally. Only went to this location one time with the kids. I let them order snacks, etc and I even picked up to go orders for some friends.We spent more money here on drinks & snacks than we did earlier when we went out to eat for lunch.My biggest complaint was about the lady who took our order. One of the items was an old fashioned donut. These are by far our favorite. The donut was soggy & gross. I talked with the cashier. She said that she just took it fresh out of the package. I again told her it was soggy & that old fashioned glazed donuts should be crisp. She told me I was wrong & thats the way that it is suppose to be.YUCK!First off, she should not argue with a customer. Secondly, if you go to any donut shop, their old fashioned glazed donuts will not be soggy.

They always make their latte/machiato so strong. It always has a burnt taste.

The lines can be a bit long here, but they do a great job of getting everyone through quickly. The coffee is almost always very tasty, rarely burnt like other locations. Service is usually pretty friendly too.

We went through the drive thru. Our order was ready as soon as we pulled up to the window and Carissa was pleasant and got us through in a few seconds. When you just need a coffee to survive the day, this is the best kind of service.

What can you say, its decent coffee, fast. Usually gets my order right but sometimes when I ask for a drink not to hot they still heat it to scalding.

Great location, but one of the noisiest Starbucks Ive been to. They have some metal can or something the bash hard every couple minutes. You wont doze off here unless youre almost deaf.Otherwise, the outdoor seating is nice.

Barista was nice, drink was good and the atmosphere was a warm and energetic. Lovely community feel.

This store is #Goals for a great Starbucks experience! The Baristas are always super friendly and welcoming when I walk in the door and the lobby is well-kept. Also my drink tastes the same every time I order it there which isnt always true for other stores.

I rarely order Starbucks or drink coffee but this Starbucks was very good. The customer service was great, they made our drinks fast and got our order correct! I ordered a double carmal frappe or something like that and it was amazing! Like a chocolatey, carmaly, milk shake with a little coffee in there too!

I really enjoyed this place! It has nice selection of things to eat too! But it is kinda crowded, and there isnt a lot of tables to sit down at.

The experience was ok the only problem I had was that my order took too long because the manager was putting every single drive-thru order before the inside orders. But other then that not bad.

Why only 2 stars for the Starbucks I enjoy so much? The coffee was 5 star. The barista service 5 star. Store cleanliness 5 star. The lack of star rating was because of the lack of information on menu board inside the store. Only one size and one price listed under each coffee drink. No more grande? No more venti? What in the world is going on not to inform the customer what sizes are offered and how much they cost? Crazy.

These guys are great !! I visited one week when It first opened and talked about how I couldnt find a specific tumbler , Cass gave me a couple of suggestions to look and when I came back just about 2.5 weeks later SHE REMEMBERED !! Long line but the staff here busted out orders very quickly and were very nice.
