Pretty much everything you need to spiff up your home! The selections are plentiful and drool worthy! Ceiling fans, gardening, buy a new washing machine, make new paths in your yards, fertilizers, bug control....plumbing, painting...so many projects ...staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.

Told she’d was not available at the store but walked to the back snd there was two sitting there. Explained that I wanted installation but told it’s cheaper to do it myself. I didn’t ask for your opinion. I am here to buy. This place lost my business for sure.

Purchased ice maker tubing 10ft braided stainlessness Steel was to short, needed at least 5 more feet length, asked for plumbing help waited over 45 minutes and I get a young man that has no knowledge of plumbing. Tells me that the person in charge of the plumbing department is on break. Waisted over 45 minutes of my time I went to ACE hardware store in and out less than 10 minutes.

Pi$$ poor customer service. Sunday 2/14/21.. Presidents day sale this weekend, plus no sales tax on appliances. My experience is I ordered a fridge online and the total included taxes. I was unable to get anyone over the phone, or online too help correct this issue. I went to depot in person and found a skeleton crew of associates available. The appliance desk seemed abandoned and there were about 3 other people walking around wondering where the associate was at to help. After 20 minutes without even one store associate even walking through the dept. I gave up and left without an order for a new refrigerator and clothes dryer. Way to go home depot. You would rather save a buck,and run with as few workers as possible than have enough coverage to help customers place orders. I know this for a fact as I myself worked at home depot and used to see it with my own eyes.

It seemed that there were more people available to help you today and did not have to ask for help.they would come up to you and ask if you needed help.

Like going here. Angie was very helpful. I returned a Dewalt drill combo pack. I did not know that it takes a couple of days to refund the money on a gift card. The employees should tell customers this key information. I was told that the money would post to the gift card immediately. I went to buy the same product I returned. We get to the cashier. We use our gift cards to pay for it. The cards decline because the money was not refunded on them yet.

Customer service was quick with a purchase return. Found what we needed to buy. No line at the register.

This is my neighborhood home depot & I go to it often. The people who work there are very nice & helpful. I went back today with some vertical blinds I bought Saturday to have them cut & Amanda took her time cutting them even making sure to put them back into the plastic & tape the plastic up so they wont slide around in the box.

This review is basically going to be about one of the guys that works at the home Depot in Edgewood, Dave Finley, and his floor manager Kyle. I went there to try to get a portable leg press built and I ran into Dave and talked to him about it. After he saw what I wanted he called his floor manager Kyle and asked him if he could work on it for me.Well, it was taking a while and my back hurt so Dave told me to go home and come back the next day to puck it up. I left and came back the next day but Dave wasnt there. However, another manager name Roy knew about the thing Dave was making for me and went to get it. Low and behold there it was. If you looked at it you could tell it took a lot of work. I was super impressed and very, very appreciative. I tried to pay for it but Dave must have gave directions to not charge me.Well, I basically just want to tell everybody what kind of people they have working at this Home Depot. They are extremely professional, accommodating and all around good people that will do whatever they can to help you.

Time was 6 or 7 and I came through the exit door which was ok.There were 2 ladies standing waiting for customers, I saw 3.I went to the flooring dept and the gentlemen was helping a lady with questions. Ok .I looked for other help,everyone was at lunch,maybe dinner to.I finally walked down an aisle and ask if this lady could help me with a question pertaining to flooring no this is audio. Now let walk back to flooring and see if I can get help.Hell no I saw the customer leave but he picked up the phone and placed a call.No there were no callers. So I sat on a small stack to rest by 70 y.o. body. Finally I had enough I got half way across the back of store and a gentleman asked if he could help me I had a simple question in regards to flooring and saw we never had boxes open,I explained that I only wanted 4 pieces ans.No. finally I asked a young guy if he could cut a 4x8 panel he could Hooray.When he made cut I said Thanks and he said have a good evening. I asked if needed to write Sku no theres the tag. Finally I get to the contractor register and I am the one in l. The girl scan and said 13.50,, I told her the yellow sticker said 9.75. I guess I can call lumber and ask what is right price at that moment I nearly dropped the F**king bomb.Take this money and let me get out of Hell. I have spent over 20 grand for merchandise the past 10years not again.

Two days in a row this week I have purchased approximately $175 worth the garden supplies and asked for my military discount, along with I showed my DD-214. I was denied the savings due to they dont honor the DD-214 except on holidays! I do not have any other ID stating military service since covid has hindered getting my license stamped with service in the military. Sad day 😞 as I will choose other avenues to obtain building supplies 😢.

Went to garden. In and out real fast but it was Sunday afternoon. Tons of mulch which is what we needed.

Every time I go in their Edgewood branch Im followed by several employees in tandem regardless of my attire,company(or lack there of) the entire time Im inside their building. This kind of harassment is not only unsettling but insulting to not only myself but to any and all individuals that dress and/or look outside the social/fashion . Im unaware of any company polices that mandate the stalking of customers due to some antiquated stereotyping directed at the vibrant and eccentric individuals.

Its a working warehouse, with stuff to buy. Prices are good, except lumber F the price of lumber 2021.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot at Edgewood for five years as an African American veteran and have received nothing but the utmost professional service from all of the representatives there except for today. Purchasing a small item I went to the self-check area and waited for the representative whose name is Maria to finish talking with a customer. As a Veteran, it is best to let the cashier or sales rep know in advance that you are a Vet and be prepared to show them your identification in order to get the percentage discount, which I always use when shopping at Home Depot in-person. (You cannot receive a discount if shopping online). Once Maria was finished the customer, since I was standing in front of her with my wallet in hand with ID to show, I expected to let her know I was a Vet and needed assistance. When approaching a cashier, I let them know Im a Vet, they ask to see my ID which I always have ready and they make an adjustment in the cash register and usually show me what my discount is. Then a Caucasian male approached her and abruptly she serviced him and explained he could use any register that was available. At this point I immediately felt disrespected because I was respectfully standing there waiting my turn. I then caught her eye and mentioned that I was a Vet and get a Veterans discount showing her my ID. Maria then states bring it here let me see it Her tone and mannerism was rude, arrogant and acted like I was lying about my ID. I asked her if she was going to make the adjustment so I could get my discount? she said just scan it and someone will help you Then she walked away saying nothing else. If I would have continued with my sale to checkout, the discount would not have been calculated without the cashiers entry. I waited for her to come back and realized she was not, and communicated with another cashier who I often work with. I explained to her that Maria told me to scan my item and someone would assist and the cashier said that is not the way it is handled and made her entry. Long story short, if this is how Maria will treat customers of color, she does not need to work at Home Depot or any other customer service entity. When I got home to make sure I had Marias name correct, I called and was able to speak with Manager Bryan who agreed that was not the process for a Veterans Discount, apologized and his apology was accepted.

Good store ,not very knowledgeable staff, some are better than others! Works in a pinch. Good luck!!!

I got help by 2 women today. One who really bent over backwards to enlighten me about the different options of Insulation. I mean she really went above and beyond. I had the same experience yesterday.....Id ask for help & it seems quite a few ppl. Are content on just hanging back and letting other ppl. Actually do the work.....once again another woman, who instead of pointing me in the direction, walked down and showed me exactly where it was.Im going to be doing alot of shopping in your store since Im doing a renovation on my Historic RV. Im going to start asking these ppl. Their names so I can let the big bosses know who they are.Im not saying the men didnt help me because they have. Both the gentleman in the flooring dept. Were a big huge help to me. Both today and yesterday with both of them leading me down the aisle and helping me out and listening to me ramble on and on about my indecisiveness lol.....You have a good group of ppl. Working for you, overall. Every business is gonna have your slackers.... thats just a part of life.This is a good store though and clean!!!Customer Service is great....all in all I enjoy shopping here. By the time Im done Im gonna be very familiar with it.

About a year ago I set up an appointment for a service provider to come out and give me a quote on insulating my business office attic. He came and never even provided me with a quote. About a week and a half ago I set up another appointment to have my fence replaced. He came out and never provided me a quote. My solution; Lowes from now on! If they dont want the work they shouldnt waste people time.

Service is unbelievable. We left Lowes after an hour wait in line in the kitchen and appliance section. Went 5 minutes down the road to home Depot and was met by Lexie at the end of the isle. She guided us through our entire shopping ex1. In and out in 15 minutes. No line at the checkout. I love this store. And this is Saturday at noon!

No lumber carts for customers, all in use for pickup. Not loading a top heavy cart with lumber.

Excellent customer service.i can find everything I need for my home from disinfectant, dry vacuum,doors, things to make my garden front and back yard. Also caulking and painting. The list goes on and on. If I need help I can always find it by asking one of the associates if they cant answer they always find someone that canOne of the best places I shop for my home.

Went to buy new stackable dryer. I had model number for both old washer and dryer. After waiting 15 minutes for help I was told to go home and measure dryer, then call Whirlpool to assure I purchase a compatible model. I then went some place else and bought dryer. I called later to explain to the manager, but she said she had no employees with beards and blew me off completely. I guess Home Depot does not need the meager 5k I spend there yearly.
