I had coupons I had received in the mail oh, so I went up and bought a sheet set. I had another coupon I didnt use and he asked me if I would like to leave it for someone else to use so I said sure! The next day I received a call telling me I had a referral coupon Im in store credit for $100 plus and added 50 as it was my second referral. So, I ordered another sheet set and basically got it free. Great incentive program! Very pleased

Wow! What an amazing sales person! We went to Mall of America and we were less than enthusiastic about a sleep number bed. The salesman, Caleb, at the Eden Prairie store was fantastic. Not only did he show us what we wanted to know to solidify our decision. But he gently guided us to make a better decision.So excited for our bed to arrive. Can’t wait to experience the Sleep Number mattress. C’mon September 22nd—it can’t come soon enough.

Very knowledgeable, answered every questioned we had. They were also a very clean store! We walked in and someone was wiping the door down and someone was always wiping down the counters and whatnot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store to anyone! Great service!!

We were so welcomed there. Looking for a bed for my 85-year-old mother… the sales person was amazing… She showed us around options made us feel comfortable… And we had no pressure whatsoever… I just wish I could remember her name its either Beth or Sarah.. The paperwork is already with my mother… I would more than recommend that store to anybody.. its not a cheap option but Im thinking this is the last bed anybody would ever buy even if youre 30 !!!

Nate at the Eden Prarie, MN Sleep Number was great! He went above and beyond and gave the same in-store level of support via phone so I decided to go into the store to talk with him in person. People tend to give less of a priority to you over the phone so it was rare service. Thx!

The staff here was great. We got service that doesn’t happen at a lot of places. They had knowledge of product, clean store, and they really want to help people with sleep and comfort. They also are very well trained and believe in their product.

Went to some other places before stopping in at Sleep Number, which came highly recommended by friends and family. After about 5 minutes, I understood why. The mattresses are the real deal and a wide range of options and adjustability. But to top the whole experience, the staff is top notch.
