The service is good. I love when you pull in the service center theres a machine that checks your alignment air pressure and tire wear. Also quickly checks the Vin for recalls etc. The waiting room chairs arent very comfortable and could use an outside seating area. The facility is new and clean. When you book an appointment you get a lot of messages and calls for confirmation. Kike they use 5 different systems and they have no communication with each other. Worrys me sometimes when I make an appointment if Im going to actually have one when I get there. Even when I get there they ask me what Im here for. This time they actually had me down for my initial service but it was my second.

Impressive service bay, slightly pricey but the place has been there forever and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was there 30+ years and had an air of confidence about him. They fixed things I didnt ask them to fix. Now my car feels great and my A/C went from non-existent to freezer

Galaxy Toyota stays true to their reputation of honesty, outstanding quality, and integrity. Pricing on the cars is fair, the process is easy and the employees go above and beyond in both their service departments to facilitate all of their customers needs. I was just in this past week where they were introducing their new sanitizing option for cars. This alleviated a lot of worry as my car was sanitized in less then 20 minutes from top to bottom and all of their employees wore masks and gloves keeping their customers safe.

Recall, letter stated 3 to 4 hrs. Confirm with service scheduler. I estimated 4 to 5 hrs. Dropped car off at 8 AM I am still waiting at 5:45 PM. Booked appointment 2 weeks earlier. NOT happy will try to NEVER use Galaxy again!!
