We were at your Audi showroom in Eaton town today around 2:30 pm. I ran to the service desk and asked one of your service consultant to help me as it was very urgent. The guy was pretty clam and pushed me to the front desk. The front desk lady called upon another service consultant to help me. I clearly told them that I’m running out of time and my 17 yrs old has to take his driving test. The DMV gave us a deadline of 3:00 pm to show up with front name plate on. I was desperate as my son was getting restless. The retail parts guy shrugged his shoulders and said they do not carry the brackets , It has to be ordered. Disappointed my son and I left the showroomWe suddenly remembered that we left the name plate, so I went in again to grab it. One gentleman guessed I was in trouble and asked if he can help me in any way. I was hopeless, but said that I left my name plate. He stopped me and questioned my problem. He was so cool, he said it’s so simple he can fix it in 2 secs and you know what he did itHe is your service consultant Bryan Howarth. He grabbed four zip tags and fastened the name plate, we reached DMV and my son passed his ever first driving test.I can’t thank Bryan Howarth enough.Very few people realize that small help can make a great difference in others life. I would surely give him a higher post.There were almost 7 of them in the service desk and I did not see Bryan Howarth , but all of them were cold like ice- sorry to say thatI’m a stranger, but my first experience was not the great till Bryan Howarth came to the picture
