Drove all the way over here from Seattle to pick up my very first all electric vehicle. The whole experience was honestly great, and never once did I feel pressured, rushed, or up/down sold away from my intended purchase. They walked me through the whole process and had me in and out the door in what I felt was pretty quick all things considered. Shout out to Mike who did an excellent job walking me through the vehicle and just being an overall pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable guy to talk to. Appreciated working with him during my few hours at the dealership -- Thanks Mike! Would love coming here as my base for Nissan servicing if it werent for the distance.

Nothing against town Nissan, in fact the new service guy is very good. Helpful. Explains everything in a reasonable way. I appreciate his customer service. But... Nissan in general, I am frustrated that a vehicle needs any transmission work prior to 100K miles. It makes me question reliability. Not sure I will buy another Nissan in the future. The CVT transmissions were supposed to be fuel efficient but they seem to be nothing but problems for Nissans brand.

This is one of the best experiences I ever had at a place like this. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable waiting area. They figured out my cars problem, and when they didnt have the part they needed, they got it as quickly as they could and gave me a bit of a discount. They even washed my car and gave it a quick detail. I got numerous apologies for the wait, but I wasnt even sure I was getting my car back the same day, so I was prepared, and I understood they were busy. I also got updates throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I wish more places were like this!

Mike was absolutely fantastic. He was very kind and not pushy at all. He presented me with the facts and allowed me to make my own decision. The fact of the matter is, Nissan is extremely generous with trade ins and more than fair with pricing, so my decision was a no brainer. The Service Department is incredible too and I am very well cared for. I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other car dealership again!

I had such a great car buying experience with Town Nissan! I had gone to another Car Dealership and was very discouraged and the customer service was not very good. I decided to check out Town Nissan as I love the 2021 Rogue. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tanner. He made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I bought my used car from Town Nissan in June of 2020. I had been around the valley looking at cars and Mike knew exactly what to do. He called me the next day saying he had the car for me. It was a 2011 Cadillac Escalade. I was very hesitant at first not sure if it was something I wanted but after driving it and talking with the guys around the dealership they sold me on it. One guy stated how his friends have one, they love it, and it’ll last forever. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the car. I love it! The people here were so friendly and all had excellent customer service and Mike was one of the best. Now Liz on the other hand was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond and got things done!! You can tell she gets the best deal for you. She cares about everyone she meets. She truly is the best. If you are in or near the Wenatchee valley go to Town Nissan you won’t be disappointed.

Angel was an amazing help to us. My wife and I were visiting the area in our electric Bolt. The local fast charging station was down and we needed enough power to get to Yakima. I pulled up with no intension of thinking about making a purchase and asked Angel if we could please plug in and he said, of course, pull up here. He came to the car and even plugged it in for us. I was so impresses by how friendly everyone was especially Angel. I asked if he would mind if we shopped at Costco next door, he said, of course and just leave your shopping cart here when your done and I will return it for you. (really) just the best! I will buy my next Truck here and I live on the other side of Washington along the coast. Having a staff like this is what gives a business a great reputation. This kind of service comes from the top, so thank you to Angel and EVERYONE at Town Nissan.

I’m changing my review from 5 to 1! They made a deal with us test drive my car and told me it “died” pulling back into their parking lot. Then told us they would continue to work on things had my husband sign all the paperwork and sent me home with the car. 2 days later they couldn’t make the deal work and I would have to bring the car back. I under stand brought my dad to tow the car and my car started right up and my dad drove it on the trailer……so needless to say we where screwed over and lied to….we will never be back!

It seems that I always have the crazy happen with my car... this time I could not get my gas door to open with 42 miles left on the tank. I live about 42 miles from the dealership! I called ahead to see if I was missing something obvious ...(which never surprises anyone) and I was kindly told to head on down and if I got stranded to call them back! I knew I was in good hands. When I arrived I was taken care of promptly, given an explanation as to what was next and schedule my oil change tire rotation for a sooner than later appointment! Came in for diagnostic on a problem that my regular mechanic felt uncomfortable diagnosing.Paid $115+. And was told that the suspension arms upper and lower needed replacedThe parts mentioned were not notedThe parts were not listed with part numbersAfter second visit I asked to get an exploded view to at least point to the parts so I could determine what they actually did. And their cost.I felt like coming to the dealer Id get technical and detailed information. And felt I actually got something likeMy neighbor works on cars a little and kinda sorta guesses whats wrong. Id expect that from driveway mechanics not the Nissan dealer.On a more positive note.the service writers at the front desk were top notch I dealt with two during my quest for accurate information and those guys were great.

All good except a bit of confusion on the battery being replaced. They called after we left though and said they would relpace it under warranty when we next come in to have the fluids drained and replaced.

Nice enough dealership, but really so your research before buying from here. Some details of the car were left out during the sale process. Also, there’s not supposed to be sales tax on (many) electric vehicles, and the dealer is supposed to know that. Town Nissan charged us sales tax and now we have to go through the state to get our refund.

I went to Town Nissan looking for an SUV that could support my growing family. I messaged the sales manager (Chad) before going in. I told him what kind of SUVs I liked and asked to have something that had all the bells and whistles. When I got there both Chad and Sergio delivered. They found vehicles not only at their dealership but some from the other Town dealerships too which they had parked and ready to go when I arrived. We spent the majority of the day there test driving cars, even with my month old baby fussing and crying. They both were great at being honest about which vehicles were a good fit for me and which vehicles were a good deal. They hustled and found my dream car! I ended up with a Jeep Grand Cherokee with everything I asked for and more. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a vehicle, even if it isn’t a Nissan.

I was greeted right away and treated very kindly during my recent visit for an oil change.

My first time at this dealer for an oil change. I was disappointed that the fluids were not topped off and, when asked to review and gave my feedback, VP Fixed Operations Manager Dan Russell went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations upon my return trip. I left a happy customer and feel like I made a friend.

First of all as i told the gentleman who set up my appointment it took me months to get in for service due to the fact i would call in ask to be transferred to service center they wouldnt answer so it would send me to the main receptionist all over again . it happenned a few times i called on different days as well i got annoyed and just stopped calling .i was told i could set up my appointment online as well but sometime i am busy and dont have the time for that. i feel your service center should be more on top of answering calls .also , my tire has had issues with low air i brought in the car and the tire had 19 on one of the tires . i let them know they told me there was a little hole that could not be patched but they didnt even add air to the tire . when i left from getting service my tire was still at 19 .i will be coming back only because i already have the lifetime service paid for but i havent been too happy

Mike Johnson was very helpful with the whole process. Mike went out of his way to bring the Murano to our house so I could test drive it. He was very efficient in explaining the difference from my old Murano SL and the New Platinum. Liz also was very nice and great to do our paperwork on the financing end. It was just a nice smooth and easy process. The new Murano was spotless and the gas tank was full. I would recommend Town Nissan to anybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Again Mike was great!

Fantastic dealership! We were browsing different cars and dealers in our search of my wifes next car. Phil Satterfield approached me and I immediately could tell he was a no BS salesman.I was looking at SUVs. He showed me a 2019 Rogue, then asked what kind of features my wife needed. After explaining and talking to him about my preferred price range Phil asked if I had to have a 2019 or not.When I explained I would even consider a newer used vehicle he asked me about a brand new 2018 Rogue that they had left. It was blue, which isnt our preferred color, but with Phils encouragement, i decided to drive it.After I finished the impressive drive, my wife called and had decided to take the rest of the day off. I told her to come drive it, so she did. While she was like myself on the color not being what we were wanting to get, she liked it.So I let Phil know we were going to go finish looking at other vehicles, and asked for his card. The best part of my experience was Phil was smart enough and gracious enough to know to NOT press the sale right then.After spending the rest of the afternoon test driving and having dealers try to make us buy right now we ended up preferring the Nissan Rogue, and also, particularly, Phil.We called Phil and went back and bought the Rogue.BEST. DEALERSHIP. EXPERIENCE. EVER.Fastest I have ever bought a car. No BS. No forced up sales. No 3 hour back and forth.Great Customer Service!

Dan, the service mgr. showed interest in my transmission concerns , took me out for test drive and gave me competitive pricing for a transmission oil change.

Edited to add detail, since you essentially asked...I had factory recall work on my Leaf. I scheduled it two weeks in advance, stressing how I was coming from Moses Lake and didnt want a situation where parts were not available. I took a day off work for the Friday of service and arrived first thing in the morning.During checkin the maintenance associate tried to upsell me on additional maintenance, particularly stressing the number of miles and the importance of getting the transmission serviced. You know, the Leaf has a lot of transmission work needed.I was supposed to have a loaner car. I went to the counter and they did not have the reservation. Around 20 minutes later they get the reservation straightened out, but they dont have a car for me. They go searching around and find one that someone had just returned. So, I get to wait some more while they prep it. Finally I am free.I get a call mid afternoon where the tech explains all but one repair was done, but they didnt have the right parts for the last repair. Remember, two weeks to get this straight.They want to schedule the remaining repair for a future date, but I opt to converse with the service manager about how exactly I could have given them more chances to be successful. He blamed Nissan for sending the wrong part, but it is much more likely they ordered the wrong one and just didnt have the integrity to own up to the mistake.In an attempt to make things right, and not require me to come to Wenatchee again, he offers to send the tech to me and have it done in Moses Lake. The only caveat he gave me was that the tech would need wifi to do the job. For this reason I opt for doing it at my house and we agree on a date and time.The day comes, and I leave work to be home to meet the tech. He arrives over 90 minutes after the agreed upon time, does the work, but tells me he did not need wifi. That last bit of information is important because he could have done the job where I work, and I would not have had to take additional time off, if I had known the wifi requirement was not true.So, hopefully, since you asked, this sheds some light on why I gave you one star. If the system allowed me to give a lower rating, I would have.
