Chris May was my salesman, he is very Knowledgeable and Took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the buying of my F150 pickup easy and exciting all at the same time. Chris went out of his way to show me and explain to me Everything about my truck. I bought this truck by myself and was not taken advantage of being a woman. Chris has checked up on me to see if I have needed anything Since my purchase. Chris made my buying experience hasslefree and fun. Chris is a great guy and someone that can help you buy your next vehicle.Ford town center has been very good to me in the past Even though I hadn’t bought a vehicle from them. My financing experience through Ford was very easy and non-hassle. Everyone there was very nice and made me comfortable. I recommend this Ford town center dealership for your next vehicle. I really don’t have any negative comments to say.

Nice folks and the service staff is responsive and will tell you how it is. They are pretty proud of there trucks though. You could find the same truck for 5 to 7k cheaper at other dealers. Now keep on mind we did not get down to the nitty gritty making a deal either. They did not have what we were looking for so maybe if you push on them a bit you can get a good deal.

The sales department is amazing. If this was for them it would be 5 star. The service department is so untrustworthy, uneducated and snooty that I would never buy from here again. I have bought 2 cars from here. The problem in lies the fact that buying a vehicle with a warranty is such a waste, it can’t be qualified as a “piece of mind.” I have such a bad taste from even walking in that half of the store that no matter what is said or done seems to be a lie or a way to take advantage. Paul and Jesse in sales are some of the best people I have met, let alone salesmen. So sad to take business away from them due to something that is not in their control. I will tell everyone I know the stories that caused me to write this review. I did write a good review on the sales end which I still stand by. But as far as the last of my warranty, it’s almost worth voiding it by having another business that I trust do the repairs. And that is sad for a company and a truck that supposedly has such a great reputation.

I have walked out of plenty of dealerships in my day. But I didnt think about it once working with Sergio Guerra. He was very prompt and attentive to work with me through email while I was at work and out of town. Not the least bit salesy. He and his team were very fair, respective and good-spirited. They didnt try to persuade me in one direction or the other, Sergio presented many options and let me decide which was best for me. I will be sending family their way! Thanks again for making this a pleasant experience!

Town Ford is the best place I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car. I bought a 2012 Ford fusion and absolutely love it! The sales men there are the friendliest people ever, I have been to other dealerships and have been treated poorly but not here. From the time I walked in the door till I signed papers and left they answered every question I had and I had a lot. I have had my car now for a couple of months and am getting everything out of my car and more then they said! I bought my car from Town Ford because of how trustworthy and friendly all the staff is there!

We bought a 2011 BMW from Town Ford, it is a fantastic car. Originally, we had gone in with no idea that we would be approved for a car at a payment that fit our budget. But, we let Chris May know that we werent willing to pay more than a set amount a month, and we needed space for two adults, two kids, and a dog. To our surprise, Chris found a vehicle that fit our guidelines. I never saw myself as a BMW type, but I fell in love with all of the features quickly.

Well, theyre ok. Nice, but expensive, of course, no surprise there.I asked how much I could save if I just bought the part and figured out the rest ( you know, YouTube - coulda woulda shoulda) and of course they gave me a minimum number, also no surprise. I could have saved almost 200.00, which is well above the price he said I would save. I was told it would take an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Three hours later Im finally paying and leaving, and its YouTube next time.Anyway.Nice folks, though.

Update:Time and Time again this place tests my patience. In 2017 Ive only made 5 or 6 trips here but, Ive only had 2 issues with my car.3 of those times now Ive been sent home because they ordered the wrong part. Today I waited 2 hours in the lobby to find out that they couldnt even find the new part. But Ill take that over the 9 hour wait last time. 9 hours, theyd ordered the wrong part and sent my car home with no cruise control, no hill assist, no defrost and no floor heat. None of these were originally the problem! Not to mention the awful smell of what I can only guess was a mechanic who doesnt bathe. I keep being nice and accepting that stuff happens. This is a trend, and Im tired of them confusing my kind attitude with acceptance. I shouldnt have to be mean or rude to get my car taken care of but, one of these days I just might lose it.It took a few visits for me to be content with my service here.Setting up an appointment online is a joke. Call or better yet, just go in. After a few trips and members of the staff recognizing me, I began to feel a lot better about taking my car here. And then my service guy changed. At least the last one seemed honest. This new guy flat out lies to my face.If youre like me, having a brand new car is a privilege, I trust this staff. You might have to give them a few attempts to win you over but, most of them are good people who work hard.If youre smart, youll opt for a good warranty. No car is perfect. And youre never going to want to pay for this kind of service.

After purchasing a brand new 2011 Ranger, I found that the rear license plate screws were stripped. Town Ford Lincoln refuses though to replace the damaged plastic bumper cover which the screws screw into to fix the problem. Instead, they want to use a cheap work-a-around and use bolts which would make removing and installing the rear license plate a hassle. I dont remember using bolts on any vehicle to attach license plates and Ive been driving over forty years. A person who has a degree in Automotive Technology told me basically Why dont they just replace the plastic bumper cover? Obviously, they do not wish to spend the money to fix it like its supposed to be from the factory as a result of someones mistake of over-tightening the screws before I purchased the vehicle.I was told that the brand new Ranger came with a full sized spare tire, which is what I was wanting, so I was settled on getting the Ranger with the full sized tire. Later, I was told that instead, it had a space saver or mini-spare tire, close to the time of purchase. After some hassle, I was told that they found a full sized spare tire and put it on the vehicle. Just recently I was looking under the pickup and discovered that they put a tire that is substantially larger than the regular tires which were included with the pickup in the place for the spare tire. (A certified ASE Master Auto Technician called it ridiculous). Also, the wheel was somewhat rusty as if it had been used. I called them and I was told that the tire had been on another vehicle. They were going to resolve the incorrect tire problem locally, so I wouldnt have to make around a 200 mile trip and spend half a day for the trip, plus pay for the gas, which was good. When I mentioned to them about the wheel that was somewhat rusty and had been previously used, I felt there was some resistance concerning replacing it since he didn’t say immediately he would replace it and he said he would call back. (Maybe he had to talk to someone else first, although he was a manager.) The man called the following day and told me that they would bring a replacement tire with a new wheel. (This way, I would not have to make a 200 mile trip and my mother wouldn’t have to pay for the gas.) The deal was agreed upon. A little later though, the man called and told me basically that the deal was off--they would not bring me a tire because of this negative review and that if I wanted the correct tire, I would need to remove the review. I told him basically that I would not remove the review and that I would be willing to add the new information about them bringing a new tire including the wheel but that was unacceptable. So, after waiting almost eight weeks, the license plate attachment screw issue has not been resolved and the more recent issue concerning the spare tire has not been resolved either. I would like to mention that if a business resolves issues promptly in a professional manner, they are much less apt to receive negative reviews.

What can I say that would express the gratitude and thanks that I have for the service department and Town Ford as a whole. He isolated the issue and then offered a fix to correct the problem. To take into consideration ,I didnt have an appointment he took a positive approach to resolve the issue. Bailey and the service technician (Humberto Tech 150) resolved my problem on the spot. I dont even know where to start. I had a problem with my vehicle and called to schedule a diagnostic and service for the repair. After multiple calls and being put on hold and being hung up on I got tired of it and decided to make my way to the dealership. Once I get there I was helped by a very helpful gentlemen, he begins to tell me they dont have an opening until 3 weeks later which was understandable. He then tells me that on his computer, that is a computer specifically for Ford work, says that the average hours for labor was 8-11 hours. At $120ish an hour that is about $1500 after parts, labor, and taxes. And at that point the price seemed reasonable. Over the 3 weeks I went home and did my research and found out that the labor would NOT be more than 15 hours. I get to the dealership on my appointment day and after 4 hours of waiting for a diagnostic that was scheduled at 8am I find out that they suggest a new engine prices at $7000. I ask what the price is for my other option which is to fix my car and he could not give me a firm number. He simply continued to say that getting a new engine would be a couple thousand more. Assuming the repair was $5000 ($7000 minus a couple thousand) I mention to him why the price went up from $1500 to $5000 and he said the labor was 30 hours. So let me get this straight, the labor tripled? He then tells me his estimate was rough but how did he manage to get an estimate that is a third of what it actually is (even though we all know its not 30) especially being in a computer specifically for his job. My point is I understand Ford and other dealerships have to find a way to make their money but trying to con someone of an extra $3000-$5000 is ridiculous. Keep doing what youre doing Ford because this is exactly how your reputation is at the bottom of most manufactures. At the end hey charged me $150 for the diagnostic (over an hour in labor) when all they did was start the car and hear the noise. This is what I told them the problem was from the start so I recommend you all take your time and find somewhere else to go where you will not get hustled.

We have purchase two new vehicles from Town Ford, both have had numerous problems and several recalls. The first car was a 2010 Fusion. The Town Ford service department couldnt find the electrical problem, and it spent so much time in the shop we demanded that Ford replace it under the Lemon Law. They sold us a 2012 Fusion with an extended warranty. It had valve timing problems. Because is was a warranty issue, rather than a cash sale, they took a couple weeks to get to it., and replaced the timing parts on one side of the engine. A few weeks later the other side failed and we had to take it in again. The mechanic told us if this wasnt a warranty issue we wold have fixed both sides when you brought it in the first time, because if one side fails the other soon fails.Yesterday the right rear brake locked up. The caliper is covered under warranty, but the Service Department wanted to charge me $99.50 plus tax to look at it. I had Kwik Lube & Tune look at it. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and there was no charge. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer. A one (1) star rating is too high!

They then continued to blame me for my engine falling out because I changed my battery myself. I have NEVER been treated so horrible and treat like such an idiot all because I wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe! I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS THEIR AGAIN!
