When I ask a question in customer service one of the workers there give an attitude... I apologize it was the stop and shop in pittsfiepd ma. not the one in east Longmeadow they are very lovely in there.

Prices were great and the employees were amazing! The cashier bagged my stuff up so nicely keeping everything organized and even used a rubber band to secure my eggs! Than another employee came to help me bring my 2 carts out to my car and load my trunk. They really went above and beyond. Thanks I will be using this location from now on !

I like the cashiers they are friendly and courteous, but the store itself sucks never has any of the sale items and now they cant even keep the shelves stocked. Might as well shop elsewhere because you will have to in order to get what you need

Overall its a nice store... In my option the produce section is poorly organaize. I had to loop through twice before I found where they were hiding the lemons (not with the other citrus) and they were .99 ea! I also needed to buy Old Bay seasoning to make crab cakes. To my surprise & disappointment, there was none to be found in the Spice isle. So I thought maybe they keep it over by the seafood counter for cross marketing, but no. Cant believe they dont stock something as tried & true as Old Bay! Wake Up Stop & Shop, or youll be the next A&P story...

This is a wonderful and friendly bank to visit with staff and take care of your financial transactions. This is a family oriented institution. What I want all to know is they care. Great if you like a store stuffed full of the same product what happened to the selection? Also I decided to use a real check out line and the bagger had to go get the cashier... I understand its going to take a lot to get back to the way things were but I should be able to get what I want at the grocery store.

This store was clean, well stocked. Cashier was friendly. Bakery and deli clerks were helpful and friendly.

Was thrilled the second door was open, the people are always friendly and are very accepting when I bring my bird in.

After the first 3 months of the covid19 pandemic. Store is still not stocked at all. Even at 7am during senior shopping. Pharmacy was also not accommodating by ordering my refill so that it would be at the store before I ran out because they wanted to get all my meds to be refilled on the same date. Well thats all fine and good but when I switched all my meds to Stop & Shop they where all synced up. It was your Pharmacy that decided that my auto refills should only contain 1 or 2 rx so Id come in more often and be more likely to spend more on food. So sorry Stop and shop. Im no longer a customer at this store. Ill still food shop at the Cooley St store since they actually stock their shelves but as far as my meds go, I get them somewhere just a little bit more competent than your Pharmacy. Thanks and have a nice day.

Great store fresh products

I go there because l know the place and where everything is. Lately though theyre having a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. I do like the senior hours, as there might be a dozen shoppers in the store.

No lines today, shelves were stocked, deli was quick. No complaints!

I liked your latest move, announcing closure of one set of doors, with a hand written sign. That worked so well that I shopped at Big Y!A week later.......... you closed one entrance, now people who have limitations, without a handicapped placard, can’t park close because of all the “Pick-up” parking spaces. This WAS my primary grocery store for over 20 years!

I was in the produce dept. looking for a freshly made up veggie pladder that i needed for another 5 days from the day I was visiting the store. They had plenty of veggie platters made that were fresh already. Though I needed mine for a future date. I asked an associate if they had a platter that was made today. Went & got manager for me. Luis was the produce manager on duty & was very professional. Then politely made me a veggie platter. Actually saw him grab the veggies right off the shelves to cut them up. I was very happy with how I was treated by the manager Luis. I highly recommend this Stop & Shop in East Longmeadow. I will always get my produce there & recommend this store to anyone in the area

More expensive than the big y across the street. The store is kind of small, So the selection is kind of limited as well. They did have some things I couldnt find other places though, and their deli meat is better than Big y. The butcher shop is tiny, and thats one of the areas that I think theyre very lacking in. But again could be related to the fact that its small

Looked really nice for Valentine’s Day. I picked up some chocolate covered strawberries and they were delicious!!I love this store. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Seems to have improved recently. I heard there’s a new store manager. So far so good! I’ve been a shopper here for several years.

Best customer service and attention of any supermarket. Competitive prices. Clean & well stocked store.

If youre going to close one entrance and exit way then stop & shop should be replacing those online pickup signs on the other side and let the elderly in the handicap Park on the side that they have their entrance that is opened. Your employees get paid to walk to those online orders so move them to the other side of the parking lot where the door is locked make your employees walk to it not the elderly and those who are handicap!

This guy Glen at customer service. Terrible service. No personality at all. Not even a greeting or a smile. Not someone i want to meet at customer service for sure.

Good shopping exp except the new auto mated registers everywhere are not for me. Also cant stand the creepy robot roaming around . happy they still have regular plastic bags so I find myself here more now. Always friendly staff.

Through this crisis that we are experiencing Stop & Shop in East Longmeadow has really made the ease of shopping not hectic calming Im going over and Beyond and making sure that everything is sanitized 6 feet apart customer service for any questions its all going smoothly and I want to commend them and their staff for their excellent job theyre giving us

Stop & shop is great, I just dont shop here regularly because its more expensive for the things I buy on a regular basis.Its ALWAYS clean, that is my one major observance and the one most appreciated.Also, I do shop the reduced produce section just about every time Im there.I have critters to feed that benefit. Because its still in good condition I can get their treats at a discount.

I pickup my moms prescriptions here. The staff in the pharmacy are very helpful. The employees were very good during the strike. I had to cross the picket line to get to the pharmacy and they were very pleasant

The store wasnt very busy when I arrived in the morning. There were more items on the shelves now compared to the last few months. I was in and out!

Customer service is good and they always have pretty much everything at a decent price

Ive been shopping here for many years. I find the store clean and well-stocked and the new scanning guns with the new checkout area makes paying very easy and quick. Finally, the gas points program really saves me money on gas. Oh, and I think the prices are lower than the Big Y across the street.

Great grocery store. Lower prices than Big Y which is regional competition. Always someone available that can help or answer a question. Will special order a variety of a brand they have in store. Alway have a great deal on fresh baked bagels.

Stop & shop is always a fair priced grocery store , the worce thing is the creepy robot that patrols the isles. That things is always in the way of shoppers. A human is proactive and can communicate with the shoppers trying to move about the store. a robot is just reactive so moves out of the way of one hazard but creates another lol. I applaud the corporation for trying to be innovative and whatnot but self-checkouts and robots patrolling the store eliminate the human touch.

I most often find everything I want however I did not give a 5 star because some of the packaged produce like chopped vegetables, were out dated. They remained on shelf not good...

The East Longmeadow Stop and Shop is nice. I love going to that one.

Terrible covid protocols. Shoppers wander around maskless, ignore signs, and fail to follow simple guidelines. Staff is clearly not empowered to ask customers to wear masks, to maintain distance or to follow directions. Not enough cashiers or self checkout lanes for customers to be safe. Only one entrance which just causes congestion of people entering and exiting but NO ONE IS COUNTING HEADS so there is no reason to increase our contact. Better to open both sides, then make one an entrance and the other an exit.There is no point in shopping here unless you cant get cat soup anywhere else and lets be honest, your cat doesnt want soup anyway. #wearamask

Awesome meat prices, just what went in there for and I wasnt disappointed at all. 2 porterhouse steaks, a family pack of pork chops and a capt. Cut of cod for $21.26. Cant beat that.

I love my neighborhood Stop & Shop. They carry a wide variety of organic foods and fresh produce.

I needed some potting soil for my ailing parsley plant and they had just the thing in the florist shop/Dept! Organic and full of nutrients for under $5.00... cant beat that.

Nothing to sanitize the carts nothing to sanitize hands ...people walking around the store without mask...went across the street to big y...it was complete opposite...I saw workers with mask around there neck but not on there face at stop an shop

Large, clean store. Great variety of produce, including local items when in season, seafood, meats, bakery, etc. Good weekly specials. A well done app is available too.

I agree with some of the previous comments regarding the smell. It is quite noticeable the second you walk into the store. My pregnant wife avoids this place because of it.Im writing because tonight I went into the store at 10:30 p.m. during a severe rain storm warning. As I walked up to the front door the employee was locking the door. I knock on the door and he ignores me so I knock even harder. He looks at me and says go to the other door. It was absolutely pouring rain at this point. So, I walk around in the rain to the other door and go find this guy and say its raining like crazy out there. He responded, my manager tells me to lock the door at 10:30. I looked at my phone and it said 10:30 p.m., but regardless of the whatever time it was it makes absolutely no sense why he just didnt open the door.I left it at that and then went and did my shopping. When I went to check out he was the bagger. He told me he was sorry. I looked at him and said, why didnt you just unlock the door? He replied that the second door was locked (which wasnt true). At this point the cashier is laughing and trying not to let it out at how ridiculous this interaction is.I dont know if the guy just has no ability to think for himself and blindly follows directives from his manager or if hes just a complete jerk. Either way, theres no need for me to return.

Workers are not very friendly. Items are very expensive. I bought some things to make for dinner for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) the total was over $80.

I go there for the pharmacy. Fabulous!! Great people, friendy, personally get to know regulars- know me by sight, go out of their way. The pharacists are tops in my book: Matt and Joe, youre awesome!

I only have to say I was getting a basket then the door opened ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED by this ROBOT with Eyes and Blue LIGHTS RIGHT in MY FACE. My Heart was racing a mile a minute. I DONT NEED THAT. DISGUSTING
