38 weeks pregnant and the UPS delivery guy threw my heavy package on my plants and my front porch was just there he could havekept it there. I had to first pick up the package from my plants and drag it all the way inside my house.

This store is a very efficient store. I was waited on and serviced extremely well. Friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. My time in and out was approx. 30 seconds from in to out the door. Super great work!

Discourteous customer service by phone. UPS driver put someone elses package on my porch and I was trying to arrange for it to get to the right person. They gave me the same 800 number twice and I got no resolution of the issue.

Not a real UPS store. Cannot ship from a business account at this location. Waited for 30 minutes until they opened only to be informed that I would have to take my package to the other side of Lansing.Clerk was friendly, and informed me that they were not UPS employees.

I cant say enough good things about the service at this UPS Store and its manager, Michael Warren. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a very complicated order and Michael worked closely with me over many days to make sure it got handled just right, even taking the time and effort to hand-write delivery instructions on each box and frequently calling the UPS depot in my town to make sure they followed my delivery needs. Michael went well above and beyond the call in helping me with this.

I had an international shipment with a tight deadline. The employees I dealt with were very friendly. Stacy was extremely helpful with an issue that came up after the package was shipped. She tracked the package and kept me updated. I dont remember the other employees names but they were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Staff was very rude when speaking to me. Instead of helping me send off an international address in a professional manner, they had the audacity to give me sass. They proceeded to rush me as customers continued to line up behind me. Using their service is truly disappointing, and I will be using a different mailing service from now on.

Ridiculous service. Went here on 6/8/19 to mail something and they wanted my drivers license...?!? This is the only branch asking for sensitivity personal documents just so I can mail a simple letter. There are better ways to gather customer info than annoyingly refusing to mail something unless a drivers license is shown.Will definitely be escalating this issue as this ridiculous policy pertains only to this branch!

I’m a local artist that ships my paintings all over the United States. I have NEVER had a painting arrive at its destination damaged, broken, stolen, or harmed in any way. I’ve been shipping paintings from this location for years. Today I encountered Michael, who not only was efficient, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding all UPS had to offer with its services. He was quick to point out that my paintings would be well insured for the price that they were worth. I’ve been an artist my entire life, but before retirement spent years as a regional retail sales manager. UPS, you have a GEM of an employee. Hope he’s extra insured never to be lost or stolen by any other company!!

I dont know why i keep seeing all these bad reviews. I had came her to get a quote, and the man was extremely helpful. I even came in 3 days later to ship the package and the guy still remembered me. The price was also better than FEDEX.

They charge you a dollar for a piece of tape. The other ups store at Frandor doesnt do this. Avoid places that try to scam you like this.

When I was returning Amazon items, a young African American female staffperson was rolling her eyes during the entire transaction. I was trying to help the scanning step by moving the item slightly. She scolded me, Stop moving! It was such an uncomfortable experience. I will never go back there.

All of the negative reviews are from over a year ago. I went to this location to ship a package, and due to my own absentmindedness, had to return twice. The staff was very helpful, and definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Very professional and polite.

BE CAUTIOUS:They charge insane $3 for printing your 1/2 page shipping label.They charge $1 to do a single tape to your box.You will not be notified upfont about these charges.Good way to make money...!

I was expecting an Amazon package that did not require a signature or anything. They didnt deliver it, just left a slip. I immediately requested a re-delivery, specifying that I accepted the risk of them leaving outside. They ignored the redelivery request for 6 days. Finally I sent my partner, with the slip, to pick it up. They refused to give him the package until I emailed the store a copy of my drivers license, for no evident reason. When he asked why they didnt honor my re-delivery request, he was told that:the drivers dont like doing re-deliveries so they just ignore themWhich is apparently a legitimate reason for a delivery service to not actually deliver things.

I visited the West Saginaw location today and was helped by Savannah, an employee of the East Lansing location who was filling in over there. I visit this store yesterday morning. I asked to print out address tag but I had to pay 3 dollars. I cannot understand why the customer pay more money to use ups service? The staff said proudly it was business. However it is wrong i believe. I will never use ups again.

The guy was very rude. He wanted to charge me a dollar just to tape up my box. I didnt have cash so I tried to use my card but he said there was a minimum charge for cards and tried to sell my a roll of packing tape. The Frandor store never tried to charge me for tape, in fact, they have it sitting out for people to use and they are very polite and helpful. I guess I will stick with the Frandor store from now on even though it is out of my way.

Great place, nice and helpful employee, I think his name was Josh. I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews here but I usually tape my boxes beforehand anyway and did not feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to Frandor. This is a business, it does not surprise me they charge for tape especially with all the $100k cars around here. Even saw one parked out front when I made my trip over there.Quit whining, if you dont want to pay for tape, use your own beforehand or use USPS and have your package lost, or take 2 weeks for 3 day priority. Most reviewers on here must not have had the pleasure of dealing with a real unethical business that truly deserves bad Google reviews and should be reported to BBB, ATF, whatever organization or agency governs that area of the market.Also this is an individual store, not a place to review the entire UPS corporation which is what many of these reviews seem to be doing.

I went to this location because it was the closest all though psat reviews were poor. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and when I told her what size box I need all she had left was the one on display, which she offered to sell me at a discount. I was most pleased with this location.

Came to this store to drop off a prepaid package. I needed a zip tie to secure my package. The employee scanned my package and got a zip tie and placed both zip tie and package on counter behind her. I wanted to either secure the package myself or have her do it while I was still in the store, considering I am liable for the contents of my package and wouldnt want someone forgetting to secure my package with zip tie after I walked out of the store. I explained that I needed to see that the package was tied before leaving and the employee sucked her lip and ROLLED HER EYES at me! Very unprofessional.

These people failed to deliver because they were to lazy too carry a box down some stairs, then ignored 2 redelivery requests, then refused to give me the package when I took their own failed delivery notice to the store, without me bringing in my partners drivers license.I asked why no redelivery? and was told that the drivers dont like doing it! Asshats.

Can you believe a printing center wouldnt allow you to print anything from a USB stick. They make you to surf the web to charge you $3 I stead of just printing it off the thumb drive. The salesperson told he had no idea how to print from USB and driving me towards their $3 service.

Be sure to save your receipt. My package was mailed back to me, instead of mailed to the address that I requested it be sent to. Because the clerk also made no record of the transaction in the computer, I had to pay again to have the package mailed to the correct address.
