Ted makes all of the apparel for my construction company, he is extremely responsive, detail oriented & is truly unparalleled in his customer service.It’s extremely hard to order apparel online & then get the company to stand behind it. This is not the case with Ted! Support local businesses & build relationships with those who care as much about their product as you do your own!

Teddy is Awesome! He worked so hard for us and made the perfect shirts incredibly cheap and fast. 10/10 recommend. Teddy gave me his cell phone, and would reply to my emails at 11pm and make changes I wanted. He offered the best customer service I have ever seen from a business, and it made me grateful. I do not usually take the time to write a review, but Teddy 100% deserves it.

I needed to have our company logo screen printed on some very specific items which I would provide. After speaking with multiple promotional products companies and screen printers (a couple of whom I have done significant business with in the past), Ted at Michigan Shirt Works was the only one who had the confidence and experience to take on my job. Instead of looking at me like I was crazy, he explained exactly how he would do things as well as some special precautions that would be necessary to successfully print on my gear. He clearly knew what he was doing because the result was absolutely perfect! The project was completed on time (about two weeks), Ted kept in constant communication through email, phone, and text, and the total cost for printing was less than I would have expected to pay just for setup costs. Ted definitely put more time into my project than anybody else would have for such a small order. Michigan Shirt Works is now the only company I will use and recommend for screen printing needs. The shirts we had printed came out perfect, and the fabric he suggested is incredibly soft. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality they offer. Working with Michigan Shirt Works was a great experience. Our shirts turned out beautiful, working with them to design one was a breeze, they took our ideas and just made them happen. Of several quotes I got back from other companies, Michigan Shirt Works East Lansing had the best deal and the most prompt/friendly service. This business is the BEST Ive ever worked with for screen printing services. They did a custom design for our high school floor hockey team, printed the shirts perfectly, charged a price that the team members could comfortably afford, and delivered the finished order straight to our door. I rarely leave reviews, but I found my experience to be very unprofessional. I will not be coming back.I have gone through this company multiple times for shirt orders and everything usually goes smooth without any problems. However, this was not the case with my current order. I emailed them and went in the following day, Monday, with my design and talked through it with Theodore. I asked if it was possible to get the shirts by the upcoming Friday. He said that it should be done on Thursday, but Friday the latest, which sounded great for me since that would have been the perfect timing. Everything got processed and I paid in full for my order. I dont know what happened but overall I did not receive my shirts by Friday. In fact, I received it the next following WEEK at 2AM. Throughout that whole week, I text messaged him multiple times asking if the shirts were ready, in which he would reply no, it would be ready by tomorrow (Friday). This happened again the next couple of days but instead of replying No he didnt reply to me at all. I ended up calling him, and then eventually he stopped picking up my calls. This resulted in me coming in person throughout the week to check if the shirts were ready. I ended up going in person three different days before the shirts were finally ready.Sorry for the long post. Overall, this was the worse experience I ever had. I never received any compensation and the final shirts that came out were not in the right color. When I came in person each time to talk to Theodore, he was not there, as if he was doing his best to avoid me. All in all, be warned.

We recently used Michigan Shirt Works to provide some swag for our local non profit organization. They were very professional and easy to work with, and helped us in creating an avenue through which our coaches and kids were able to unite together and proudly show off the work we are doing in the community. The service that this company provides is above and beyond. My organization needed a shirt made that was previously made by another local company. The other company was unable to deliver on such short notice, but Michigan Shirt Works was. The shirt was a perfect match to our other shirts and of good quality. I highly recommend this company!

Very unprofessional. I have used this company many times in the past few years and have never had an issue up until recently. Initially, my order was to be completed on a Friday before the Saturday event the shirts were needed for. I spoke on the phone and through emails confirming designs and paying in full. When Friday came, I received no response from themSaturday morning, the day of the event, I went to the store during their business hours and they had the doors locked and a note posted saying be back soon and to call a number for help. I called the number several times over the next HOUR with no answer before having to leave for the event. Ted texted me hours later saying he had a more important client in Detroit to deliver to and would drop off my shirts in an hour. THREE hours later he delivered my shirts and offered no apology or any form of discount.Very unprofessional. Things happen to delay these things which I understand but answer the phone and handle it

They did our t-shirts for the stobers bar Olympics. although we came in last place we got a ton of comments on our shirts. the logo was hilarious, and the local radio station keep repeating it. the shirts gave us a lot of free publicity and were very well printed and affordable. I have used their services on several other occasions and would highly recommend them.

Our group needed custom-designed shirts right away. Ted listened to what I wanted and drew up the design while I was there. We tweaked the design via email. He delivered on everything he promised.
