I went there, and I was greeted very kindly and when I needed help, they assisted immediately and gave me the perfect dye for my hair!! They even complemented me on my style and choice!! Also the products are very good!

The sales associate Tatiana was extremely helpful, I came in for 2 small items and left with about 10 things that I couldnt wait to go home and try. Every product she helped me choose turned out to be just the thing I was looking for. She helped me compare different colors and brands of makeup, hair products and gel nail setups AND chose from the on sale buy 2 get 3 products. Definitely going to look for her with my next to do list. I did spend more than I planned but saved a HUGE amount over the beauty supply house that I normally frequent that happened to be closed.

This is used to be such a great place, my wife and I always bought everything at this store for our hair salon, but sad to say the new staff there is so rude and unprofessional, there is a heavy set short spanish girl there with glasses that is giving the place a bad name with her bad attitude, the last two times weve been there she has treated us very disrespectful even overcharged us for the products. actually she seemed to be high on some sort of drug, the employer should do drug test on the employees on that store and I guarantee you i am correct..Honestly i would never return there again neither will any of my staff its a shame cause of people like her now they lost all my business and all 15 hairdressers of my salon, and who knows how many other people feel the same as myself.

Went in to get TONER for my hair.. I talked to a young girl with long purple & green colored hair, big nose. All she cared about was trying to get me to buy products that I didnt need. So I was just trying to get out of there & left with stuff I didnt even want. That place used to be really good. Now this young girl is there. Ill NEVER go back.

It is a great place to shop for hair products. The staff is knowledgeable about which products to use. They are very helpful.

Typically when working in retail of a customer is buying something that has a NO RETURN policy you notify them of that before they buy $30 worth of something! Terrible.
