Had issues with my bluetooth connectivity. Requested to resolve this and upgrade the u- connect software. I called to verify if all the issues are fixed before pick up and they said.. oh yes everything works perfectly.. Then after pick up i realised nothing is fixed and i have all the problems when i dropped my car for service.They claim the software upgrade is done and charged me around $80I tried explaining that the issues are not fixed in my car. They kept on saying that the software is upgraded ..then i slowly realised its just waste of time.Very disappointed with the service provided

Bad customer service!!! 20min before talking to a consultant to relate any work needed. Had my truck towed to make a key after 3 key cuts they never was able to cut the key to start my engine fixed mines with paper holding my battery for the remote on my key and still I was charged labor 🤔$70 . I put a complain and still got no response
