Do not do business with these people, they tried to sell you stuffs you don’t need. Sneak in extra fees on the document and sells agreement. They do not wants to cancel the extended warranty that you have 60 days to cancel if you do not wanted, and never answer your emails or return your calls.

Watch out for this dealer. I was charged over $195 for them to diagnose an airbag light. They refused to credit the diagnostic charge to the repair. I did not want to leave my car for 3-4 days while the part came in. Ive been to Audi of Danbury and Valenti Audi in Watertown and been treated much better. Ill be buying a new vehicle next year at any dealership without the Hoffman name. Make sure you ask how much for a diagnosis before dropping off. I guess they are hurting for money instead of customers because this kind of customer service scares customers off.

Efficient and professional once the car went into service. The on-line appointment system only allowed me to schedule a few days out. This worked out for me this time but I would have appreciated the chance to consider service options a little farther out. I suppose I could have called but I do prefer the system.
