I normally come here before a morning shift at my job, sometimes there’s a little bit of a wait, however all of the employees are fast and efficient- even when they’re mobbed at the drive through!

This Starbucks is one of the worse one Ive been too. I just recently moved to east Brunswick from Brooklyn NY., and the Starbucks on that side were better than this one. They are always short staff. And short in products. They are always out of the breakfast sandwich. If theyre not out of the sandwiches, they are out of the coffee blend that I prefer. I can never get all the goods that I want. Also, it seems that they have no organization. Its is ridiculous in that place. I am surprised because I never experienced a Starbucks like this one before, that is back in Brooklyn.

Has a drive thru. They should have this info on every single restaurant

Since theyve been able to open since the pandemic, this Starbucks has kept me satisfied. Glad theyre now fully open for business. Thankful for the wonderful staff.

Very good coffee shop in East brunswick, NJ area. Very happening and trendy crowd. It’s a brand new shop in brand new property, so you feel like you stepped into a new Starbucks.

Location is consistent. People are nice. Mainly go through drive-through. Only complaint... holy moly why does it take so flippin long to get my order.

I like their Pike coffee and buy bags of it there. I have them grind it at #4 which is a very fine grid. I like my coffee strong. ☕😎

Went here for a morning interview, plenty of places to sit, and it was clean. Staff was quick and helpful. one thing to know is the music is just a tad loud for having a casual conversation, you sort of have to raise your voice to be heard, but not a huge deal. Overall, Id come back.

Drinks were great and made to my liking. Only thing was that I was 2and in line and didnt get my drink until the drive thru was handled, the online order or delivery pick-up was done. My order and money were taken very quickly but. No attempt at asking me if I placed my order or if I was taken care of. 3 employees shot me quick glances and quickly went back to work without engaging in a 3l10 second question and answer conversation. They just over looked my sticker for some reason. What that reason was, Im not sure of. Maybe Ill try the other Starbucks down rt.18 the other way next time.

Hi. I dont like coffee. But I LOVE tea. Unfortunately, with Starbucks as a whole, when it comes to other drinks, they have an impressive selection, but food? I know they have enough money to bump up the choices or at the VERY LEAST the quality, especially for the price we pay for everything. I would be MUCH easier on a family owned or newly established business, but some paychecks are basically wired straight to Starbucks and theyve been around a while. So I think (while it is a coffeehouse and many know and love their specialty) they could splurge a little to show some love to those of us being dragged in there, by the hair, by the crazy Karen in our family that needs her fix.

This place is filthy, with horrible service to note. We were waiting for 20 minutes for a drink without anybody noticing before someone realize that our drink was taken. I saw the girl that had issues ringing us up walk out after her shift with one of our drinks. When I first walk in it smells as if there were sewer problems coming from the bathroom. there where drink splatter on every vertical surface tile glass and stainless steel including the drive-thru windows were disgusting. There was even a thick film of coffee grinds caked up all over the grinding machine top. To sum it all up I have taken a picture of the business card holder which is filled with disgusting dirtthat shows the level of respect of management within this location. I did see a gentleman come out from the back with plain clothes on and couldnt tell if he actually worked there and was standing behind the register at one point. I contacted the regional manager just to let them know what I saw. As appreciation she said she would send me a drink or two on the house. I told her that is not why I called but still expected the drink or two just because she stated it. Never did get anything after that conversation. You expect to have a clean facility when youre buying a premium product. Otherwise you can go like the corner Bodega and at least get it in a bottle.

They need to be more organized, have something for mobile orders to be delivered to the parking lot in the car or something because not a lot of people want to sit in a drive thru for hours on end, especially if they have to go to work

Disgusting! They allow in store pick ups, but when I got there the doors were closed, the girls saw me and just laughed! I didn’t even get my order because I didn’t have file to stay in 1 hour drive thru!

My all time favorite place to go. The Cranberry Blitz Bars are delicious. You can purchase a tray and give as a sweet gift.

Okay I think their specialty drinks are too expensive but I get sometimes a small cup of regular coffee with low-fat skim milk in it and or whatever they have 1% and it gives me to pick up that I need! I have to say its some sort of Asian chicken wrap there to have a lot of protein in it and its power packed with protein! I had that for dinner did not use the sauce so this way it was less calories I highly recommend it

As Starbucks go this one is quite good. The service is a little on the slow side but I think all Starbucks are like that no matter where you go. This place is always PACKED so be prepared for that. But if you want a consistent place where you can go in the am and get a coffee and bagel..place your mobile order and pick up for sure.

I like this Starbucks the best out of the ones in the New Brunswick area. It has great hours (always open to 11-11:30) and friendly workers. Seems pretty clean too. A good place to go and get work done. There could be more seating (especially with power outlets but that’s true of every Starbucks) and more parking since the lot gets crowded but it’s really a great Starbucks location overall.

Unfortunately, they were extremely slow. Which, I mean, I get because its Starbucks and its the start of Pumpkin Spice season. But, this Starbucks is just slow no matter how many people are working or even waiting. Great drinks, but they are the epitome of slow. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I mobile ordered and didn’t receive an item, I called them to get my refund and they said that they can’t send me the refund through the app, so if I wanted the refund I needed to go back and waste my time for their mistake.

Convenient drive through if you are traveling on Rt. 18 north bound. Parking is a little tight but nice location for a quick hitter. Friendly staff, very cheerful.

One of the worst experience I have had in a long time. Walked in, at least 20 people standing in the store, all over the place waiting for their order, I could not get past them to the order area. Then there was about 45 minutes wait to get the 2 coffees, then waited another 15 minutes for our 2 sandwichs, but only got 1, had to wait another 10 min. To get the second 1. No mgt to control the caos.

Ordered a peach green tea with lemonade in drive thru, when I got my cup I see later on as I drove away there was pieces of strawberries in my cup/ lid as if they reused the cup. Honestly made me not want to drink my drink... disappointed.

They are staying open. Posting signs outside on the window for their hours of operation during this troubling time. thank you for doing a great job for our community.

Just like a classic Starbucks and the big windows are really nice for sunlight. 4 stars because Starbucks should consider melting syrup in coffee before putting ice in. Sometimes, I feel like Im drinking coffee with bits and pieces of caramel syrup. Trust me, not a good experience.

When I say I love this Starbucks, I love this Starbucks!!! Lol. The staff is always friendly, polite, and lets not forget patient. They Always get my order right, and have it prepared quickly. Definitely check it.

Love their coffee and they have updated on the inside. However, their drive thru takes too long! They allow people to order 10 drinks via the drive through; catering orders! The customer service person should tell people to go in for their order. I waited several times for 15 minutes! Too long for a drive through.

Co-worker spilled my drink. Manager came over cleaned the mess and then replaced my drink for free. Great customer service, very nice people and managed extremely well. Highly recommend!

You can drink coffee, tea or other beverages that are not found in other places. You can have lunch there too as they have good meals and desserts. You can study too. It is clean and nice. It is not for adults only but for kids too.

We LOVE the Guava Passion Drink and Hot Banana Bread.

Adequate for the juice me up. I prefer the independent cafes but this works in a pinch.

If you like poor service, this is the place. Go to drive in and order a special cinnamon coffee, wait a good number of minutes behind other cars only to be told that they didnt have the coffee that was highlighted in the advertisement...we left after what we felt was a non genuine apology and really inconsiderate overall behavior that didnt value our time in the least

I went in there looking like I dont know what Im doing because I didnt. Two or three baristas immediately started assisting me in my decision and in what I would probably like. Apparently Im a Christmas blonde kind of coffee person.

The selection of bagels and pastries was limited and counter person had no idea what was available.The black iced was decent but not as good as Paneras.The staff was less that enthusiastic and helpful, poor service even for a Starbucks where your expectations are low to begin with.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks it is very convenient to the shopping center the best by Sharp Rite beauty supply’s I come here a lot to get some errands done and I stop by and get it iced coffee with the hazelnut syrup! Yum

Cashier and workers were very nice manager not so nice when trying to explain that to the counter and blenders were dirty didnt feel they were properly cleaned especially after we ordered a vanilla bean and after supposedly washing it it still had the foam on it so not going back there

All Starbucks are pretty much the same if youve been to one you been to them all, but I do love Starbucks coffee if this is the one in East Brunswick its pretty good if its the one in the hospital in New Brunswick its convenient

Very slow line and my order was made wrong.

Im pretty sure I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but what I got tasted more like white milk. I had to drop my daughter to her dance recital, but I am currently in the bathroom feeling sick due to Starbucks cheap quality. Slow drive through ...why they havent gotten double lanes yet is kinda embarrassing.

So I went through the drive through, like I do most days. Today just seemed odd, the guy on the headset and window was off. From taking my order to not knowing how to run 2 credit cards. Said my cards were no good. So I went across the street to Dunkin who were happy to serve me and run my CC. maybe he was on something that made him inoperable..... idno

They just remodeled the place so it feels more like a community coffeehouse. Wifi is super fast and you can grab lunch at several places within the same complex. They have a nice outdoor area but its very noisy since its on rt 18.

They do not offer enough sugar to put into coffee, except artificial sweeteners and regular sugar packets which are not even sweet. They should have a pitcher with sugar like every other decent coffee shop. Instead they make you pay twice as much, for coffee that is clearly not good quality. Cheap.

Ordered online for pick up. We had 3 different orders, all placed about 8 minutes out. We were lectured for a few minutes by the person at the drive thru window that we shouldnt be picking up at the drive thru. My friend is handicapped and it is much harder for her to go into a store. They also forgot part of her order.

This was my second visit to East Brunswick Starbucks, and unfortunately, for the second time the store was not even close to what a rational person would call clean. Although the line moves quickly when placing your order, receiving it is a completely different story. After waiting for quite some time for an ice coffee, black, I asked one of the baristas about it. It seems my coffee was placed by the drive through window for pickup. Why, I dont know, but had I not asked about it, I probably wouldve never received it. Being an avid Starbucks supporter, this site is one I will pass by in the future.

Its neither the biggest Starbucks nor the most comfortable; theres no soft seating, (often no seats available in general,) and sometimes the air conditioner doesnt operate as it should. They also occasionally have issues with ants and flies.

Great Starbucks with outdoor seating. Usually, its hard to find a seat inside, however. The highway also is a bit of a turn off with the outdoor seating but Im sure atmosphere wasnt on their mind when they opened a drive thru Starbucks on a highway anyway. Needless to say, good experience here.

Service was extremely obnoxiously slow. The little redhead cashier was engaged in a full on conversation about beverages, flavors, textures, ingredients etc with the client in front of us for a very long time. It seemed like they were falling in love. We had to interrupt the coffee symposium to expedite the ordering process.
